A sliding balance board has an eccentrically mounted center wheel as a pivotable central balancing member, a wheel with one-way sprag clutch bearings mounted near the left end of the board and a wheel with one-way sprag clutch bearings mounted near the right end of the board. A user balances himself/herself on the board, and yet slides the board to the left and right, back and forth by shifting his/her weight left and right, synchronized to the rocking motion of the eccentrically mounted center wheel.

A roller board has axles provided with castors and secured at the front and rear ends of a board deck such that a steering movement is transferrable to the axles by a person on the board deck by lateral shifting of weight. Steerability and problem-free operation are improved. Substantially rigid booms, one directed to the front and one directed to the rear, are provided at the front and rear ends of the board deck, respectively. A support arm pointing in the direction of the central axis of the board deck is rigidly fastened to each boom. The support arms are pivotable on the two sides about a pivot axis inclined in the direction of travel by 40° to 50° relative to the plane of the board deck. The axle of a single castor is mounted rotatably in or on each hub, with the pivot joint inside the castor.

The present disclosure provides a detachable training wheel apparatus for mounting to the underside of a skateboard tail or nose to assist with balancing a user during manoeuvres which require tipping of the skateboard onto two wheels, while allowing the board to continue rolling along the ground with minimal friction. The apparatus comprises a single wheel mounted to a mounting board by a pair of supports and a central bushing, with the opposing side of the mounting board having a flat surface provided with attachment means for detachably coupling to the skateboard underside, such as a hook and loop surface.

The invention discloses a skateboard wheel tyre, including an annular cover tyre, embedded parts and a first connector, wherein the first connector is located on the inner side of the annular cover tyre, and a cavity is formed therebetween; n second connectors are disposed in the cavity, wherein n is an integer greater than or equal to 1, and the second connector is connected to the annular cover tyre and the first connector; the annular cover tyre, the first connector and the n second connectors are integrally formed from the same material; the embedded parts are embedded into gaps among the annular cover tyre, the first connector and the n second connectors to fill the gaps, and the embedded parts are made from a material which is the same as the annular cover tyre in type but different in color and hardness.

Apparatus and systems are provided that enhance the use of a one wheel skateboard. Some of the apparatus described provide lateral surfaces that engage outer portions of a user's feet. Other apparatus facilitate the engagement of common snowboard bindings to a one wheel skateboard, thereby widening the spectrum of tricks that can be performed.

A motor assembly for a transport vehicle (such as a skateboard) having at least one wheel for rotating about a shaft having an end distal to the wheel and an end proximal to the wheel, the motor assembly comprising a stator fixed to the shaft, and a motor bell surrounding the shaft at the location of the stator, wherein the motor bell comprises a first end being adapted to be attached to the wheel for transferring rotational movement of the motor bell to the wheel, and a second end surrounding the shaft at the location of the end distal to the wheel, wherein the second end of the motor bell is a free end permitting removal of the motor bell during removal of the wheel. The motor bell being adapted to permit airflow therethrough for cooling of the motor assembly.

The foot lift attachments include a right foot lift attachment and a left foot lift attachment, each having a first concave curved outer facing side wall configured to be engaged on a curved support surface of either of a fender covering the single wheel, or a curved support surface of a mounting bracket secured at each side of the opening for the single wheel, and each having a convex curved top end wall with a concave curved underside configured to laterally receive and overlap the medial side and a top portion of the skateboard rider's foot and footwear worn on the foot to enable the rider to lift the skateboard off the ground with their feet and perform freestyle skateboarding maneuvers and aerial moves and jumps.
