Scroll compressor for vehicle

A scroll compressor of vehicles includes a housing including a first opening to form a receiving space, a compressing mechanism, and an electrical machinery mechanism including a rotor and a stator. The electrical machinery mechanism, located in the receiving space, drives the compressing mechanism to rotates. A lower holder is fixed to an upper holder via the stator. The stator is coupled to a binding post by lead-out wires, and the binding post, away from a bottom wall of the housing, is located between an inner wall of the housing and an outer wall of the stator. The stator and the binding post are directly or indirectly installed to a same component, and a distance between an outlet of the lead-out wires and the binding post is constant during the assembling process of the binding post and the lead-out wires.

Systems and methods for protecting sealed compressor electrical feedthrough

A method of feedthrough and overcurrent protection of a sealed compressor used in a transport climate control system (“TCCS”) is provided. The TCCS includes a climate control circuit with a sealed compressor. The sealed compressor includes an outer housing and an electrical motor within the outer housing. The method includes operating the sealed compressor to compress a working fluid by supplying electrical power to the electric motor of the sealed compressor via a sealed electrical feedthrough in the outer housing of the sealed compressor. The method also includes detecting an operating parameter of the sealed electrical feedthrough, and determining whether the sealed electrical feedthrough is in a melting condition based on the detected operating parameter. Also, the method includes adjusting operation of the climate control circuit upon determining that the sealed electrical feedthrough is in the melting condition until the sealed electrical feedthrough is no longer in the melting condition.

Hermetic compressor

A hermetic compressor includes a compressor shell, a terminal provided on the compressor shell, a terminal guard erected on the compressor shell and surrounding the terminal, and a terminal cover mounted to the terminal guard and covering the terminal. A terminal chamber is defined by the compressor shell, the terminal guard, and the terminal cover. Except for at least a body of the terminal, metal portions facing the terminal chamber are generally covered with an insulator such that the metal portions are not exposed to the terminal chamber. The insulator includes an insulating portion that covers an inner surface of the terminal guard.

An electric screw coolant pump for integration into a temperature control circuit of an assembly of which the temperature is to be controlled. An accommodation housing includes a feeder line and a return line of the temperature control circuit, which open into a cavity. A part of the cavity surrounds a spindle housing and communicates with an outlet opening of the spindle housing as well as the feeder line. A sealing element, which provides a seal between a suction side and a pressure side, is arranged towards an end surface of the axial end of the inserted spindle housing.

Electric compressor

An electric compressor includes an electric motor, and a motor controller configured to drive the electric motor. The motor controller includes a high voltage circuit board on which switching elements are mounted, a low voltage circuit board on which a control circuit controlling switching operation of the switching elements is mounted, an input connector, an output connector, and a current sensor. The high voltage circuit board and the low voltage circuit board are stacked with each other. The output connector is integrated with a detection busbar that provides electrical connection between the high voltage circuit board and the low voltage circuit board, and through which detection signals indicative of the output current are output to the control circuit.
