Pumping System

A pumping system including a pumping chamber with a fluid sensor having a cylindrical shaft extending into the priming chamber. The sensor has a sensing dome on an end of a cylindrical shaft extending into the priming chamber, with the dome having a vertical base having a diameter less than the cylindrical shaft diameter. The sensor signals a controller whether liquid is present based on an algorithm with settings for dampening of the electromagnetic field, conductance of the electric field, and/or permittivity of the magnetic field using settings which correlate to the fluid environment. The controller controls operation of the pump and primer based on the sensor signal.

The drain nozzle is detachably and hermetically connected to a sewage pipe. The drain nozzle and the cleaning coupling protrude outside the main box body. The sewage discharge device of the present invention prevents users from contacting fecal matter and wastewater. Manual cleaning of the drain pipe is also eliminated, which is convenient to use.

A controller receives the control signal, and when the control signal satisfies a predetermined criterion, the controller deenergizes the priming pump, repositions the valve to the open position, and/or energizes the pool pump.

Flood water removal systems including a motor, a vacuum generating device, a discharge pump, and a vacuum tank can be efficiently arranged to be transversely mounted to a vehicle. Certain flood water removal systems can include a supercharger driven by the engine to generate vacuum. The systems can include a valve to prevent collapse of a vacuum tank and maintain a predetermined vacuum pressure without varying the speed of the motor. The systems can also include a two-stage exhaust that blends exhaust from the blower with motor exhaust in a silencer to reduce noise generation for operation in residential or other noise-sensitive settings. The systems can also include a vacuum tank comprising a noise reduction baffle to further reduce noise generation.

At its end section facing the impeller plane, a transitional surface of the bulge continuously transitions into the lateral boundary surface, or an inner peripheral wall of the ring channel adjoining the lateral boundary surface.

To improve the net positive section head of the pump, the shaft section between a constriction and the shaft end is formed to taper from the shaft end toward the constriction, and the first impeller and shaft section between the constriction and first pump section has a smooth contour.

The main fluid chamber may receive and output fluid from the chamber inlet and the chamber outlet, respectively. The siphon line may be positioned at the periphery of the main fluid chamber and may include a priming inlet and a siphon outlet. The priming inlet may be positioned at or near a top wall of the body structure and may receive air bubbles from the main fluid chamber. The siphon outlet may be positioned at the chamber outlet and may output the air bubbles at the chamber outlet. Other examples may be described and claimed.
