A metal pump housing includes a shaft support hole for supporting a middle part of a rotary shaft. The rotary shaft includes a first end on which a pump operating portion is provided and a second end on which a motor rotor is provided. A metal motor case is fixed to a part of the pump housing that is at a side of the second end. The motor case accommodates a motor section including a motor stator and a motor rotor. A plastic circuit case member is fixed to a part of the motor case that is opposite to the part to which the pump housing is fixed. A circuit substrate for controlling the motor section is fixed to the circuit case member and is separate from the motor case.

The pump motor economically provides for a reliable heat dissipation with an increased heat dissipation capacity, from the printed circuit board into the medium which has to be transported, in the case of a pump motor of an appropriate kind.

Motor controller and fan system comprising the same

A motor controller, including: a supporting frame, a control circuit board, and a control box. The control box includes: a cavity, a base plate, and a plurality of fins. The control circuit board is disposed on the base plate in the cavity. The fins are disposed outside the cavity on an outer side surface of the base plate. Cooling ducts are formed between adjacent fins. The control box is fixed on the supporting frame.

Systems and methods are provided for cooling electronics and rear end stator windings in an alternator. The system includes an alternator having a rotor assembly, stator assembly, and dual-sided fan disposed in a housing. The housing includes a drive end, rear end, and sides. The rotor assembly includes drive end and rear end poles. The stator assembly surrounds the poles and includes drive end and rear end stator windings. The dual-sided fan is mounted to the rotor assembly adjacent the rear end poles within the housing. The dual-sided fan includes a separating wall, drive end blade set, and rear end blade set. The drive end blade set extends from a first side of the separating wall and at least partially faces the drive end. The rear end blade set extends from a second side of the separating wall and at least partially faces the rear end.

Blower motor assembly having air directing surface

A blower assembly includes a centrifugal fan and a motor assembly. The centrifugal fan has a plurality of axially extending impeller blades, a first axial end, and an air inlet. The air inlet is at the first axial end of the centrifugal fan. The motor assembly comprises a stator, a rotor, and an air directing surface. The air directing surface is shaped and configured to direct air drawn into the air inlet radially outwardly toward the impeller blades. The air directing surface extends generally along the rotor axis from its first end to its second end. At least a surface region of the air directing surface generally circumscribes the rotor axis and diverges radially outwardly as such surface region of the air directing surface extends away from the first end toward the second end.

The circuit board on the base frame is disposed at a position eccentric with respect to the output shaft inside the casing.

A heat pump including a two-stage, high speed fluid compressor including a case having a fluid inlet and a compressed fluid outlet and containing a shaft rotatably mounted about a longitudinal axis, a first compression wheel and a second compression wheel mounted back-to-back on the shaft, the first compression wheel forming a first compression stage and the second compression wheel forming a second compression stage, and a motor positioned between the first compression wheel and the second compression wheel and arranged to rotate the shaft. The case includes an inner through housing extending coaxially to the longitudinal axis and inside which is arranged at least the motor, the inner housing having an inner wall arranged to form, with the motor, channels between at least the inner wall and the motor to cool the motor.

DIRECT CURRENT INDUCED DRAFT FAN

A direct current induced draft fan includes: a volute, a wind wheel, a motor, and a locking assembly. The motor includes a motor body and a motor controller. The motor is disposed on the top of the volute, and the wind wheel is disposed in the volute. The motor is configured to drive the wind wheel to rotate. The motor controller is disposed on one side of the motor body and is fixed on the motor body through the locking assembly. The side wall of the motor controller extends from the motor body towards the volute.

Water-cooled electronic inverter

A water cooled inverter is disclosed herein. More specifically, disclosed is a water cooled inverter for attachment to a water pump housing that defines a water chamber therewithin, the water cooled inverter comprising a pump seal plate, including a sealing wall that has a pump seal plate aperture therethrough, the pump seal plate aperture configured to receive a motor shaft to allow an impeller coupled to the motor shaft to propel water within the water chamber, and an inverter assembly, wherein the pump seal plate thermally couples the inverter assembly to the water chamber.
