A blower includes: a base; a case disposed above the base and provided with an inlet and an outlet; a rotating plate disposed below the case and rotatably disposed on the base; an electric wire whose part is exposed to an outside of the base and the other part extends upwards of the rotating plate through the base; and an electric wire holder including an electric wire holder that is fixedly disposed on the rotating plate and fixes one side of the electric wire extending towards of the rotating plate from an inside of the base, in which the base includes an electric wire fixing protrusion that fixes the other side of the electric wire extending from an outside to an inner space of the base and an electric wire guide rib that fixes a partial arrangement of the electric wires whose arrangement is changed in an inner space of the base according to a movement of the rotating plate.
Motor-fan assembly with improved airflow and noise reduction properties
A motor-fan assembly includes an assembly housing which supports a motor assembly, a working fan assembly which includes a working fan rotated by the motor assembly which draws in and exhausts working air, and a cooling fan assembly which includes a cooling fan rotated by the motor assembly which draws in and exhausts cooling air. The assembly housing includes a motor vent cover associated with the cooling fan assembly, wherein the motor vent cover further includes a sidewall with at least one vent hole therethrough and at least one socket aligned with the at least one vent hole. The assembly also includes a body having a tube opening extending therethrough, and an inner facing surface with at least one tail receivable in the at least one socket so that the at least one vent hole is contiguous with the tube opening.
Methods and systems for manufacturing an impeller wheel assembly
Methods for manufacturing an impeller wheel assembly (e.g., an impeller wheel attached to one or more additional components) are provided. In one example, a method includes casting an impeller wheel without a hub feature in a mold and holding the cast impeller wheel in a fixed position using a holding plate during subsequent stages of fabrication (e.g., the addition of a shaft via friction welding).
MULTISTAGE CENTRIFUGAL PUMP WITH TWO PARALLEL FLOWS OF PUMPED MEDIUM
The invention relates to the field of pump design. A multistage centrifugal pump with two parallel flows of pumped medium comprises a housing consisting of two separate parts, each of which contains impellers and guide apparatus, and a central pressure cover mounted between said parts of the housing. A delivery pipe is vertical and centrally oriented. The pump additionally includes an end transfer cover for transferring fluid from the first part of the housing to the second part via transfer channels provided integrally with the pressure cover and the transfer cover. The impellers are arranged in the first and second parts of the housing such as to be opposed to one another in relation to the central pressure cover. The first part of the housing comprises a horizontal suction pipe and a vertical discharge pipe, which are disposed on the drive side of the pump and are configured in the form of a single cast part. The discharge pipe is connected by a transfer pipe to an annular chamber in the central pressure cover. The invention is directed toward simplifying the installation, assembly and repair of the pump in an operating environment, reducing the length of the pump piping, and allowing for disassembly and repair of the wet end of the pump without disconnecting the suction and discharge pipes.
DIFFUSER AND DESWIRL SYSTEM WITH INTEGRAL TANGENTIAL ONBOARD INJECTOR FOR ENGINE
A diffuser and deswirl system associated with an engine includes a throat ring defining a plurality of passages spaced apart about a perimeter of the throat ring, a plurality of pockets and a support flange. Each passage of the plurality of passages is to receive a working fluid and each pocket of the plurality of pockets is defined about a portion of a respective passage of the plurality of passages. The diffuser and deswirl system includes a plurality of conduits, with each conduit including a first conduit end and a second conduit end opposite the first conduit end. The first conduit end of each conduit is received within and coupled to the pocket of a respective one of the plurality of passages to receive the working fluid, and each conduit includes a mating feature defined between the first conduit end and the second conduit end coupled to the support flange.

A centrifugal pump for lifting clean water or water with suspended solids includes a hollow body having a front opening, a volute with a delivery port, and an impeller accommodated in the body and designed to be coupled to a motor, with blades tips substantially coplanar at an annular peripheral area. A cover of the front opening includes a flange, an annular wear plate, rigidly joined to the flange and located at a predetermined axial distance from an annular peripheral area of the impeller, and an adjustment system, mounted onto the flange and accessible from the outside, to controllably adjust the axial distance of the wear plate, and to both calibrate the axial position of the wear plate and lock the wear plate in the calibrated position. A method of adjusting the axial distance of the wear plate from an impeller in a centrifugal pump.

A method for manufacturing a compressor includes a step of installing a bundle having an O-ring on an outer peripheral surface inside a lower half casing so that a position of the O-ring in an axial direction coincides with a position of a lower half relief groove, a step of installing an upper half casing having an upper half relief groove on the lower half casing so that a position of the upper half relief groove in the axial direction coincides with the position of the O-ring, and a step of pressing the bundle in the axial direction to move the O-ring to a position away from the lower half relief groove and the upper half relief groove, and bringing the O-ring into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the lower half casing and the inner peripheral surface of the upper half casing.

The invention relates to a method of installing a subsea system (1) comprising the steps of: —installing at least one first foundation structure (13′) on a seabed, wherein the first foundation structure (13′) comprises a connection interface (50′) connectable to a second foundation structure (13″), —installing a first compressor train on the foundation structure (13′), the first compressor train comprising at least a first compressor (8′), —connecting the first compressor train to at least one well flow line (2), —connecting a first compressed fluid line (9′) to an outlet (15′) of the first compressor (8′) and to a common outlet (16) for the compressed fluid in the subsea system (1), wherein the first compressed fluid line (9′) comprises a flow regulating device (24′), —connecting a first connection line (10′,12′) to the first compressed fluid line (9′) at a position upstream of the flow regulating device (24′) and/or to a line (2, 6′) at a position upstream of the first compressor (8), and wherein the first connection line (10′, 12′) is connectable to an additional compressor train positioned on the second foundation structure (13″), the first connection line (10′) comprising a flow regulation device (20′,22′), —connecting a second connection line (11′) to the first compressed fluid line (9′) at a position downstream of the flow regulation device (24′) and wherein the second connection line (11′) is connectable to the additional compressor train positioned on the second foundation structure (13″), the second connection line (11′) comprising a flow regulation device (21′).
