Corrosion-resistant air preheater capable of slowing down dust deposit
Disclosed is a corrosion-resistant air preheater capable of slowing down dust deposit. The air preheater comprises a shell, an air inlet is fixedly formed in the side wall of the shell, an air outlet is fixedly formed in the side, away from the air inlet, of the shell, a flue gas through pipe is fixedly arranged on the inner side wall of the shell, rotating assemblies are arranged on the outer side wall of the flue gas through pipe, a flue gas inlet box is fixedly arranged at the top of the shell. According to the corrosion-resistant air preheater, an air pressure plate is pushed through the flue gas pressure intensity, and then the air pressure plate can descend. After the air pressure plate descends, rotating blades can rotate under the flowing effect of flue gas, then a movable rod rotates, and a scraping plate is further enabled to rotate.
Gas Compressor Cleaning
A method and corresponding gas processing system for cleaning deposited solid material from a fouled portion of a gas compressor whilst the gas compressor is in situ in a natural gas processing system are provided. Cleaning of a gas compressor is achieved by accumulating liquid removed from cooling gas used for cooling the gas compressor and supplying the accumulated liquid to an inlet of the gas compressor in order to remove deposited solid material from the gas compressor. The cooling gas is extracted from an intermediate stage of the gas compressor.

Provided is an outer enclosure for a turbo blower in which a turbo blower is installed, which includes a housing forming an exterior of the outer enclosure, an outside air inflow chamber which is a space partitioned in one side inside the housing and which communicates with the outside through an outside air inlet, an inverter chamber which is a space partitioned in the other side inside the housing, a motor chamber which is a space partitioned in an upper portion of a space positioned between an inverter chamber and the outside air inflow chamber, and in which a turbo blower including an intake nozzle communicating with the outside air inflow chamber is positioned, and a first refrigerant discharge port is positioned on one side, a refrigerant inflow chamber which is a space in a lower portion of the motor chamber and which communicates with the outside through a refrigerant inlet, in which the upper and lower portions of the inverter chamber are in communication with the motor chamber and the refrigerant inflow chamber, respectively, and the refrigerant inflow chamber is communication with the motor chamber.
TURBOMOLECULAR VACUUM PUMP
A turbomolecular vacuum pump is provided, including: a stator; a rotor configured to rotate in the stator about an axis of rotation; and a regulation valve configured to modify an inlet conductance of the turbomolecular vacuum pump by axial displacement towards or away from a suction orifice of the turbomolecular vacuum pump, a face of the regulation valve facing the suction orifice having a hollow form.
INTERFACE MODULE WITH SAFETY INTERLOCK SYSTEM, STORAGE MEDIUM, AND SAFETY VERIFICATION METHOD
Examples of an interface module includes a fan filter unit having a fan and a filter, a housing surrounding a space adjacent to the filter, the housing includes a door, an upper housing surrounding a space adjacent to the fan, a first port provided in the upper housing, a second port communicating to a FFU internal space, the FFU internal space is a space between the fan and the filter in the fan filter unit, and a differential pressure gauge connected to the first port and the second port to detect a differential pressure between an interior of the upper housing and the FFU internal space.
Blower assembly for a powered air-purifying respirator
A blower assembly for a powered air-purifying respirator (PAPR) assembly includes: a lower housing; an upper housing connected to the lower housing, such that the upper housing and the lower housing collectively define a first interior cavity; a filter configured to filter ambient air drawn into the blower assembly; and a fan. The upper housing and the filter define a pathway for a flow of air into the first interior cavity. The fan is positioned in the first interior cavity such that, when the fan is activated, ambient air is drawn into the blower assembly and travels along the pathway into the first interior cavity for subsequent delivery out of the blower assembly. The lower housing defines an outlet port for directing breathable air out of the blower assembly for delivery to a user (e.g., via a breathing tube interconnecting a headpiece and the outlet port).
Vacuum pump, and stator component, discharge port, and control means used therein
To provide a vacuum pump suited for removal of a product deposited in a flow path of the vacuum pump, and a stator component, a discharge port, and control means that are used in the vacuum pump. A vacuum pump includes a flow path through which a gas is transferred from an inlet port toward an outlet port and removing means that removes a product deposited on an inner wall surface of the flow path. The removing means has injection holes with one ends opened at the inner wall surface of the flow path and injects the removing gas into the flow path through the injection holes.
VACUUM PUMP AND VACUUM PUMP SYSTEM
A vacuum pump capable of removing side reaction products without overhaul is provided. The vacuum pump includes A motor for rotating a rotor, a heater capable of raising a temperature, a base spacer for holding the heater, a controller capable of controlling the heater by switching an operation mode between a normal operation mode and a cleaning operation mode, and a storage portion storing information on a set temperature relating to the heater, the storage portion stores at least first temperature information for the normal operation mode, or more specifically, set temperature information capable of using the pump without nonconformity, second temperature information for the cleaning operation mode, or more specifically, set temperature information capable of re-gasifying side reaction products generated during the normal operation mode, and the temperature represented by the second temperature information is higher than the temperature represented by the first temperature information.
Design, control and operation of filters for turbomachines
A method for designing and/or controlling a filter assembly for the air supply to a turbomachine includes: calculating a current and/or an expected concentration of particles in air present at an inlet of at least one filter stage of the filter assembly as a function of a mean size of the particles; calculating a sensitivity spectrum that, depending on the mean size of the particles, indicates an extent to which a predetermined concentration of such particles has a negative effect on performance and/or on service life of the turbomachine; calculating, for at least one filter candidate usable in the filter stage and/or switchable on or off, a concentration of particles to be expected at an outlet of the filter from a concentration and filter properties of the at least one filter candidate; and calculating a quality rating from the concentration and a sensitivity spectrum.
