Equalized hydraulic clamp force control
Hydraulic valve circuitry adapted for automatic weight-responsive control of load-clamping members of a load-lifting system having a free lift mast. The load-lifting system generally includes one or more fluid power actuator for applying a gripping force to a load, at least one elongate, longitudinally-extensible fluid power lifting device having a free lift range of motion and at least one main lift range of motion, and manually operated load-clamping and load-lifting selector valves. The hydraulic valve circuitry provides, independently, weight-responsive control of the load-clamping members when lifting a load, full-time automatic weight-responsive force control of the load-clamping members without concurrent manual actuation of load-clamping or load-lifting selector valves, and equalization of sensed load weight so that the sensed load weight is substantially independent of the longitudinally-extensible position of the lifting device.
Oil controlled valve
A valve body comprises an inner compartment extending along a longitudinal axis from a second end portion towards a first end portion. First, second, and third fluid ports in to the valve body are perpendicular to the longitudinal axis. The second fluid port is between the third and the first fluid port. A fourth fluid port is parallel to the longitudinal axis. A spool is configured to selectively reciprocate in the inner compartment. The spool comprises a first fluid receptacle configured to block fluid flow to the third fluid port and to fluidly communicate with the second fluid port when the spool adjoins the first end portion. The first fluid receptacle is configured to fluidly communicate with the second fluid port and with the third fluid port when the spool adjoins the second end portion. A second fluid receptacle is configured to receive fluid pressure from the fourth fluid port.
Vacuum large-capacity electrically controlled proportional valve
A vacuum large-capacity electrically controlled proportional valve includes a main body having a valve bottom seat, a middle valve seat, and a guide seat and has a vacuum pressure chamber, in which a main diaphragm is arranged with an elastic element provided thereon to connect with the guide seat. A pilot discharge straight rod is fit to a center of the main diaphragm. The main body includes a master channel connected to a guide channel and a feedback channel Provided above the guide seat are a vacuum pressure electromagnetic valve, an atmospheric pressure electromagnetic valve, and a sensor. The guide seat includes a regulation channel connected to the vacuum pressure chamber. A pilot atmosphere channel is connected to a space under the main diaphragm. A first and a second vacuum destruction valve gates are provided and driven by an external atmospheric pressure for speeding up decrease of interior vacuum level.
Consumer control device and a control method
A consumer control device, with which an external consumer device can be supplied with compressed air in a controlled manner, contains a compressed air maintenance unit, equipped with a proportional pressure regulating valve that can be electrically actuated, which is connectable via an outlet channel with the consumer device to be actuated. In the outlet channel an electrically controllable shut-off valve and an outlet pressure sensor are connected, both of which communicate with an internal electronic control unit, which is also supplied with information on the air flow in the outlet channel. The consumer control device can be operated according to a similarly proposed method, in that the consumer device in a normal operating phase is supplied with compressed air by the shut-off valve that is in the release position, which is regulated by a proportional pressure regulating valve adopting working mode at a working pressure value.
LOADING MACHINE CONTROL DEVICE AND CONTROL METHOD
A control device generates an operation signal for controlling a pressure of hydraulic oil on a downstream side of the swing motor in a hydraulic device based on an azimuth direction, a swing speed, and a target stopping azimuth direction of a swing body during braking of a swing motor.

A vacuum electrically controlled proportional valve includes a valve seat coupled to a guide seat. The guide seat is connected, at a top thereof, to a vacuum pressure electromagnetic valve, an atmospheric pressure electromagnetic valve, and a sensor. A main diaphragm is sandwich between the seat valve and the guide seat to define a vacuum pressure chamber. A pilot discharge straight rod that is provided with a vacuum valve gate assembly is fit to a center of the main diaphragm. A master channel through which a primary-side pressure and a secondary-side pressure flow is provided. A regulation channel is provided and controlled by the vacuum pressure electromagnetic valve and the atmospheric pressure electromagnetic valve. A pilot atmosphere channel is connected to a space under the main diaphragm. HYDRAULIC CONTROL APPARATUS
A hydraulic control apparatus includes an output-side oil passage into which oil from a first oil passage and oil from a second oil passage flow, and a pressure regulating check valve regulating a hydraulic pressure in the second oil passage. The pressure regulating check valve includes first and second elastic portions housed in a spool hole between a valve body and a bottom of the spool hole. A natural length of the second elastic portion is shorter than a distance between the valve body and the bottom when the valve body closes an inflow hole. The second elastic portion applies an elastic force to the valve body in a state in which the valve body opens the inflow hole.
METHOD FOR CONTROLLING A HYDRAULIC ACTUATOR
A method for controlling a hydraulic actuator (2) of a system (1) by means of a valve having a valve element is described. A position of the valve element determines a pressure supplied to a hydraulic actuator (2). In such a method a variable dead band should be minimized. To this end a start position of the valve element is preadjusted as a function of at least one parameter outside the hydraulic actuator (2).
