Hydraulic system for working machine
A hydraulic system includes a first output fluid tube connecting between a hydraulic pump to output operation fluid and a first operation valve to change a first pilot pressure of the operation fluid, a second output fluid tube connected between the hydraulic pump and a second operation valve to change a second pilot pressure of the operation fluid, a switching valve provided in the second output fluid tube, and a warm-up fluid tube connected between the first operation valve and the switching valve, wherein the switching valve is switched between a first position allowing the operation fluid to be drained through the first output fluid tube, the first operation valve, the warm-up fluid tube and the switching valve, and a second position allowing the operation fluid to be supplied through second output fluid tube to the second operation valve.
Work Machine
There is provided a work machine which can improve accuracy of control of an actuator when a pressure difference between a hydraulic pump and the actuator is large and the demanded flow rate of the actuator is small. An auxiliary flow rate controller is configured such that an opening area of a main valve changes between a maximum opening area and zero according to the opening area of a pilot variable restrictor when the opening area of the pilot variable restrictor is equal to or more than a predetermined opening area and that the opening area of the main valve is zero irrespective of the opening area of the pilot variable restrictor when the opening area of the pilot variable restrictor is less than the predetermined opening area.
Generator motor flow control valve
A flow control manifold apparatus includes a housing defining a first flow path from a flow input port to flow output port and a second flow path from a return inlet port to a return outlet port. A first flow regulating valve is placed inline the first flow path and an excess flow path fluidly couples the first flow path to the second flow path. An excess pressure valve is placed inline the excess flow path and is in a closed orientation when the first flow regulating valve is open so that all of the fluid exits through the flow output port. The excess pressure valve is then in a partially open orientation when the first flow regulating valve is partially closed so that a first portion of the fluid exits through the flow output port and a second portion of the fluid exits through the return outlet port.
Work machine
A load sensing valve maintains a differential pressure at a set pressure by controlling a regulator in accordance with a differential pressure between a discharge pressure of a hydraulic pump and a load pressure of hydraulic actuators. A set pressure control device controls the set pressure. A controller controls the set pressure control device to reduce the set pressure more than when the work implement is being operated, when a predetermined determination condition that includes the work implement not being operated is satisfied.
Work machine
There is provided a work machine that can limit operation of a work device by MC, and improves the responsiveness of a hydraulic actuator to operation of an operation device by an operator, and ensures operability equivalent to that of a work machine that does not have MC functions, and allows the hydraulic actuator for which the operation device is not being operated to automatically operate in either direction of the operation directions thereof. For this purpose, a drive system includes a selector valve 203a disposed between a secondary port 134a of an operation device 45a and a flow control valve 15a and between a proportional solenoid valve 54a and the flow control valve 15a and a selector valve 203b disposed between a secondary port 134b of the operation device 45a and the flow control valve 15a and between a proportional solenoid valve 54b and the flow control valve 15a. A controller 40 switches the selector valves 203a and 203b to either one of a first position and a second position on the basis of signals from pressure sensors 70a and 70b and pressure sensors 200a and 200b and target operation set in advance regarding the selector valves 203a and 203b.
Continuous variable transmission hydraulic pressure control device
A continuous variable transmission (CVT) hydraulic pressure control device includes: a pressure regulation valve regulating an operation pressure of oil supplied to a friction element of a forward-rearward device; and a switch valve to respectively switch oil discharge paths through which the oil supplied to the friction element is discharged, respectively by a pilot pressure from the pressure regulation valve and an elastic force of a return spring. In particular, the oil discharge paths switched by the switch valve have oil flow resistances different from each other.
Gas cylinder
A gas cylinder includes supply passages for supplying, to an accommodation chamber, a part of gas supplied to a second port. When the pressure in a first pressure chamber is equal to or lower than a prescribed pressure, a valve element closes a discharge flow passage by the biasing force of a spring member and the pressure in the accommodation chamber. When the pressure in the first pressure chamber exceeds the prescribed pressure, the valve element is moved by the pressure in the first pressure chamber, against the biasing force and the pressure in the accommodation chamber, to thereby open the discharge flow passage.
Hydraulic system in work machine
A hydraulic system in a work machine includes a hydraulic pump to supply pilot hydraulic oil. A work hydraulic actuator is to move a work device of the work machine. A control valve is to control the work hydraulic actuator based on a pilot pressure of the pilot hydraulic oil. A target pilot pressure of the pilot hydraulic oil is input through the work operation device to control, according to the target pilot pressure, the pilot pressure supplied from the hydraulic pump to the control valve. A pilot oil path connects the work operation device and the control valve to supply the pilot pressure to the control valve. A drain oil path is divided from the pilot oil path. A pressure adjustment valve is provided in the drain oil path to adjust the pilot pressure to be less than the target pilot pressure when a condition is satisfied.
