A reusable closure system for providing easy closure and opening of an object such as a sheet forming a barrier. The reusable closure system generally includes a backing member adapted to be secured to an object, such as by an adhesive. A closure member may be connected to the backing member, with the closure member including a first portion which is removably connected to a second portion by one or more magnets. An optional outer closure member may be connected to the closure member, with the outer closure member including a zipper. Thus, the reusable closure system may be secured to various objects to allow for selective opening or closing of the objects in a versatile, user-selected manner.

A substrate mounting clip includes a plate having a first side and a second side. A first arm extends from the first side of the plate. The first arm includes a first projection shaped and dimensioned to secure the plate to a first substrate. A second arm extends from the second side of the plate. The second arm includes a second projection shaped and dimensioned to secure the plate to a second substrate proximate to the first substrate. An aperture is formed in the plate between the first arm and the second arm.

A system and method for removably joining two surfaces together with a connector using protrusions and slots. A protrusion rising from the surface is slid into a slot in a parallel direction to the surface so it is secured against being removed in a perpendicular direction to the surface. Various shapes of protrusions and slots are possible, including trapezoid profiles.

Panels equipped with magnetically-controlled connectors that are movable between an open position and a closed position. When the connectors are in the open position, the panels can be moved relative to the support frame. In the closed position, the connectors engage with the support frame to secure the panel to the frame.

A formed body 1 includes a first flange 3, a body portion 100 (a first vertical wall portion 4, a top plate portion 5, a second vertical wall portion 6), and a second flange 7, and the formed body 1 is made of steel having tensile strength of 440 MPa or more. The first flange 3 extends toward the second flange 7 from an edge portion of the first vertical wall portion 4. The first flange 3 and the body portion 100 curve so as to conform to each other as viewed from the direction orthogonal to the top plate portion 5.

A device for fastening a first motor vehicle component to a second motor vehicle component. The device includes a first connection piece and a second connection piece. The first connection piece has a first component fastening surface for fastening to the first motor vehicle component, a first connection piece fastening surface which is perpendicular to the first component fastening surface, and first reinforcing surfaces which each connect a lateral end edge of the first component fastening surface to a lateral end edge of the first connection piece fastening surface. The second connection piece includes a second component fastening surface for fastening to the second motor vehicle component, a second connection piece fastening surface which is perpendicular to the second component fastening surface, and second reinforcing surfaces which each connect a lateral end edge of the second component fastening surface to a lateral end edge of the second connection piece fastening surface. The first connection piece and the second connection piece are connected to each other at an interface between the first connection piece fastening surface and the second connection piece fastening surface.

A fixation device for securing a linear element to a workpiece includes a contact component and a fixation component. The contact component typically includes (i) a first contact surface for application to a workpiece and (ii) a first opening for receiving a linear element. The fixation component typically secures a portion of the linear element on a side of the first contact component opposite the first contact surface. The fixation component engages the contact component to prevent passage of the linear element's secured portion through the workpiece when a tension is applied to the linear element in a direction opposite the contact surface.

Panels equipped with magnetically-controlled connectors that are movable between an open position and a closed position. When the connectors are in the open position, the panels can be moved relative to the support frame. In the closed position, the connectors engage with the support frame to secure the panel to the frame.

A panel arrangement comprising a first panel, comprising a first connector permanently bonded to an end edge thereof; and, a second panel, comprising a second connector permanently bonded to an end edge thereof; wherein the first and second panel are in end-on abutment via the first connector and second connector, and wherein the first and second connectors are fastened together by a fastener.

A segment for an annular structure is disclosed. The segment includes an arcuate body extending between a first end and a second end. The segment includes a first plurality of interlocking portions extending from the first end and a second plurality of interlocking portions extending from the second end. Each interlocking portion includes a first leg and a second leg partially embedded in the arcuate body and a connecting portion connecting the first leg and the second leg, the connecting portion external to the arcuate body. The segment also includes a flange proximal to the first end and the second end of the arcuate body. Each flange includes a first spacing portion that extends radially outward from the outside surface and a second extending portion that extends distally from the main body portion.
