SERVICEABLE ROTATING MAGNETIC PIN
A magnetic pin system includes a magnetic pin having a polymeric body including: a seating portion; a cylindrical-shaped insert portion integrally fixed to the seating portion; and a first locking wing and a second locking wing oppositely positioned about the insert portion with respect to the first locking wing and integrally connected to the insert portion. A metallic insert is fixed to the seating portion. The metallic insert is susceptible to a magnetic field applied to the metallic insert acting to co-rotate the metallic insert and the polymeric body to install and to remove the polymeric body from a fixed position. A magnetic coupler is positioned over the metallic insert and magnetically coupled to the metallic insert. The magnetic coupler is rotated to induce a 90-degree rotation of the magnetic coupler and thereby the metallic insert to lock the magnetic pin in the fixed position.

MOUNTING BRACKETS, FILTER UNITS CONFIGURED TO COUPLE TO THE MOUNTING BRACKETS AND RELATED METHODS
The present invention provides target devices such as filter units with a plurality of external projection members that project outwardly from the target device and cooperate with apertures in a mounting bracket whereby the target device can be slidably moved from a first position to a second position provided by a lobe of the apertures to couple the target device to a respective support structure using a respective mounting bracket. The mounting bracket can be provided as a plurality of mounting brackets, including a first one attached to the support structure and a first side of a first target device and a second one attached to a second side of the first target device and to a first side of a second target device thereby allowing the first and second target devices to be stacked together to a common support structure.
ADJUSTABLE CLIP ASSEMBLY FOR SOLAR MODULES
The present disclosure describes a solar power system including rails, solar modules, and a plurality of adjustable clips to secure the solar modules to the rails. The clips include at least a base member, an elastomeric support member, a bracket member, and an alignment member configured to secure the various members of the clip together. The adjustable clips are configured to slide within a slot defined through a portion of a surface of a rail and including a recessed edge thereby allowing the rail system to accommodate solar modules of varying dimensions.
Pull aid structure
A pull aid structure includes a handle; a connecting element movably disposed at the handle; and a positioning element disposed at the handle and movably coupled to the connecting element. The pull aid structure enables a user to place the connecting element on an object, rotate the handle to fasten another object, confine the positioning element to the connecting element, and compress an elastic element, so as to couple together the two objects. To remove one of the objects, the user separates the positioning element and the connecting element to thereby separate the two objects, thereby achieving quick coupling and ease of removal.
UPHOLSTERY INTERIOR INSTALLATION TOOL
A panel installation tool is provided that includes a first portion configured to releasably engage with a panel, a second portion attached to the first portion and configured to releasably engage a structural component to retain the first portion with respect to the structural component, and a location indicator configured to enable marking on a panel surface a location through which a retaining element may be used to retain the panel to the structural component.
FASTENER FOR PROVIDING A CLAMP LOAD BETWEEN TWO PARTS
A rocker assembly for a vehicle includes an upper rocker panel, a lower rocker panel, and a fastener. The fastener connects the upper and lower rocker panels. The fastener has a frustoconical tip to locate the fastener on the lower rocker panel, a body with a plurality of fins to stabilize the fastener between the upper and lower rocker panels, and a shoulder including an arrow-head configured to clamp the lower rocker panel to the upper rocker panel between the shoulder and a head of the fastener.
FASTENING FIXTURE
Disclosed are systems and methods for attaching interior furnishings in a vehicle. In one embodiment, a system can include an anchor having a rivet nut, a bolt for engaging the rivet nut, and a railing that can be fastened to the anchor with the bolt. In certain embodiments, the anchor can include a main plate having a rivet nut, a backer plate having press nuts, and screws suitably configured to engage the press nuts and facilitate a movement of the backer plate towards the main plate. In some embodiments, the anchor is configured to fit into and removably attach to a factory cutout of a wall of the vehicle.
PANEL FASTENING SYSTEM
A fastening system comprising a second fastener fastened to a first fastener; the first fastener comprising a hollow housing having a side-wall and a top-wall; a first aperture formed in the side-wall and in the top-wall of the hollow housing, the first aperture configured for entry of the second fastener during fastening of the second fastener and first fastener; a second aperture formed in the side-wall of the hollow housing; a beam formed in the side-wall between the first aperture and the second aperture, the beam attached at opposing ends to the side-wall; the beam blocks the first aperture to inhibit separation of the second fastener from the first fastener through the first aperture; and the beam is configured to be deformed during fastening of the second fastener to the first fastener.
Windshield wiper connector and assembly
Embodiments of a windshield wiper assembly may include a support structure, a wiper blade connector assembly for connecting the support structure with a wiper arm of a vehicle, a wiper blade cover fittable over the wiper blade connector assembly, and a wiper blade strip secured to the underside of the support structure. The connector assembly may include a wiper blade connector, a wiper blade connector cover connected to the wiper blade connector and pivotable between an open position and a closed position, and a wiper blade connector adapter securable between the wiper blade connector and the wiper blade connector cover. The various embodiments of a wiper blade connector assembly permit the embodiments of the wiper blade assembly to be connected with a plurality of wiper arm types.
