In another embodiment, a device is provided for selective coupling with the ladder that includes a support or safety rail and an adjustable tray. The device may be coupled with the ladder in a number of different positions including a stowed position. In another embodiment, a hinge assembly is provided having a magnetic component configured to be magnetically coupled with and temporarily store an object on the ladder.

MODEL CONSTRUCTION SET

A construction set for erecting structures that can be assembled and disassembled. The technical result consists in expanding the functional capabilities of a construction set, which makes it possible to assemble a high-strength structure.

Street paddle assembly
11365755 · 2022-06-21 ·

A street paddle assembly for propelling, balancing, and slowing the user upon a skateboard includes a shaft, a tube, and a foot. The shaft comprises a plurality of sections, which are selectively mutually engageable so that the sections are linearly oriented. A connector engaged to each of the plurality of sections is positioned to retain the sections in proximity when the sections are mutually disengaged. The foot is engaged to a lower end of the shaft and can frictionally engage a surface. The tube is selectively engageable to an upper end of the shaft and extends bidirectionally therefrom. The tube and the shaft can be grasped in a respective hands of a user, positioning the user to utilize the assembly. Each of a pair of caps selectively engageable to a respective opposed endpoint of the tube retain an article positioned in the tube.

TELESCOPIC TENT POLE
20220170287 · 2022-06-02 ·

The present disclosure relates to a telescopic tent pole extendable between an extended and collapsed state, in particular for a vehicle roof top tent. The tent pole includes a first pole element and a second pole element connected to each other and moveable relative to each other in an axial direction to extend or collapse the tent pole. The tent pole further includes a fixation device configured to be adjustable between a blocking state and a release state, with the fixation device biased towards its blocking state. The fixation device, in its blocking state, is configured to prevent collapsing of the tent pole in the extended state or at least one intermediate state of the tent pole. Alternatively, the fixation device, in its blocking state, is configured to permit further extending of the tent pole towards its extended state in the intermediate state of the tent pole.

Telescoping boom with cycling slit-tube deployer

Systems and methods for extending a boom. The methods comprise: placing a drive train assembly in a start configuration in which an engagement member of the drive train assembly is coupled to an inner telescoping segment of the boom; rotating a spool in a first direction so as to unwind a slit-tube that is coupled to the engagement member; causing the inner telescoping segment to move in a direction away from a proximal end of the boom as the slit-tube is being unwound from the spool; and coupling the inner telescoping segment to an adjacent telescoping segment when the inner telescoping segment reaches an extended position. The slit-tube extends a distance inside the boom that is equal to or less than a length of the adjacent telescoping segment when the inner telescoping segment is in the extended position.

Infant car seat and release actuator

An infant car seat includes a seat base and a stability leg. The stability leg is rotatably disposed under the seat base. The stability leg includes an upper leg tube, a rotary member and a first latch. The upper leg tube includes at least one opening. The rotary member includes a pivoting portion and an encircling portion. The pivoting portion is rotatably connected to the seat base. The encircling portion is connected to the pivoting portion and slidably disposed on the upper leg tube. The first latch is disposed on the rotary member, and adapted to detachably engage with the at least one opening for constraining a movement between the rotary member and the upper leg tube.

Extensible telescoping mast assembly and deployment mechanism

Extensible mast is comprised of multiple mast sections which are aligned along a mast axis. Each mast section is formed of an elongated tubular member disposed in a nested configuration when the mast is in a stowed condition. Each mast section is configured to slide along a direction aligned with the mast axis to facilitate a transition of the mast from the stowed condition to a deployed condition. In the deployed condition, adjacent mast sections are disposed substantially end to end so as to form a mast having an elongated length extending from a mast base to a mast tip. Mast sections includes one or more latches formed from a portion of the sidewall and resiliently engage a portion of an adjacent mast section.

Integrated master/slave actuator for a pedestal

A pedestal is provided having a telescoping column and an integrated master/slave actuator unit for a telescoping column of a pedestal-mounted support structure such as a surgical bucket, storage container, receptacle, utility tray, work surface, seat, equipment or automotive service rack, or other platform. The telescoping column preferably is vertically extendible and retractable by an actuator unit, which preferably is manually-actuated such as by being foot-actuated and vertically extendable to raise and lower the platform. The actuator unit is operated by an actuator pedal or other drive unit through an actuator stroke, which causes the column to raise and lower through a lift stroke. The actuator stroke is smaller than the lift stroke so that a small movement, such as by downward movement of the user's foot, allows the column to rise through an extended distance, i.e. the lift stroke. The actuator pedal may be actuated again, such as by being depressed downwardly, to unlock the column and allow the column to automatically retract preferably in response to the weight of the pedestal and gravity acting thereon.
