A first side of the enclosure has a first end and a second end. The first end is configured to removably attach via the first attachment mechanism to a first corner of the enclosure and the second end is configured to removably attach via the second attachment mechanism to a second corner of the enclosure. The first attachment mechanism includes (a) a first bolt located at the first end of the first side or the first corner of the enclosure and (b) a first slot located at the first end of the first side or the first corner of the enclosure, opposite the first bolt. The second attachment mechanism includes (a) a second bolt located at the second end of the first side or the second corner of the enclosure and (b) a second slot located at the second end of the first side or the second corner of the enclosure, opposite the second bolt. The first and second bolts are dimensioned to be slidably received within the respective first and second slots to removably attach the first and second ends of the first side to the respective first and second corners of the enclosure.
Table Assembly and Method for Assembling Thereof
The table assembly comprises a first side wall, a second side wall, a first table top and a first support. The first side wall comprises a plurality of first side wall mortises. The second side wall comprises a plurality of second side wall mortises. The first table top comprises at least one first table top tenon. The first support comprises two first support tenons. The method comprises: coupling the first support to the first side wall by coupling one of the first support tenons to the first side wall mortise; coupling the first support to the second side wall by coupling another one of the first support tenons to the second side wall mortise; and coupling the first table top to the first side wall via coupling the first table top tenon to the first side wall mortise, wherein the first table top is supported by the first support.
QUICK ASSEMBLY TABLE AND INSTALLATION METHOD THEREOF
The present disclosure discloses a quick assembly table and an installation method thereof. The table includes a tabletop and legs. The legs are evenly arranged at a bottom of the tabletop, a sliding slot is disposed at the bottom of the tabletop, the legs slide along and fit into the sliding slot, the legs are connected by an annular beam in between, the annular beam is fitted with a locking screw, and the locking screw expands or shrinks the annular beam to push the legs to slide along the sliding slot. The tabletop and legs are installed in a slide-and-fit manner without screws, and are convenient to assemble and disassemble. In addition, relative locations between all the legs and the tabletop can be adjusted synchronously through expansion or shrinkage of the annular beam, making adjustment flexible and convenient.
TOOL-LESS FASTENING SYSTEM
A tool-less fastening system includes an interface assembly including an interface body having a first longitudinal end, a second longitudinal end, and a contact surface disposed between the first longitudinal surface and the second longitudinal surface, a fastening element coupled to the interface body, and a stop block extending from the interface body at the second longitudinal end, the stop block including an inclined surface. The tool-less fastening system also includes a receiver shaped to receive the interface body. The receiver has a receiver body defining a channel and at least one receiver block extending from the receiver body into the channel, wherein the at least one receiver block includes a receiving surface for receiving the contact surface of the interface body. In some embodiments, the tool-less fastening system can be implemented with shippable furniture, such as office chairs and tables.
Leg coupling for table
A leg coupling for a table includes a coupling body for supporting a lower surface of a top plate. The coupling body includes an upper coupling projecting downward. The upper coupling is configured to be inserted into a coupling insertion hole of a leg. A lower coupling with a thread hole is coaxially arranged under the upper coupling. The coupling body includes a bolt insertion hole. A bolt inserted into the bolt insertion hole is screwed into the thread hole of the lower coupling. A peripheral surface of the upper coupling or a peripheral surface of the lower coupling can be press-fitted to an inner surface of the leg. The peripheral surface of the upper coupling has the same diameter as the peripheral surface of the lower coupling. Opposing ends of the upper coupling and the lower coupling have taper surfaces that can be engaged with each other.
Joining device with minimum visibility for parts of furniture and furnishing items
A joining device with minimum visibility for parts of furniture and furnishing items, in particular connecting a first panel to a second panel, which must be moved towards each other in an approach direction to bring the edge of one panel buffered in a tightening position against a surface of the other panel, includes a blocking group and a connection group assembled on the panels. The blocking group is inserted inside a seat contained in the thickness of the panel on which the blocking group is applied, and the seat has a longitudinal axis perpendicular to the approach direction, and extending from an edge towards the inside of the panels.
Frame structure of an electric bed
A frame structure of an electric bed includes a detachable upper frame and a detachable lower frame, wherein the upper frame includes wheels, and the lower frame includes rail slots. The lower frame can be separated into a front lower frame and a rear lower frame; the front lower frame includes a front lower frame main body and front lower frame mounting portions on both sides of the front lower frame main body; the rear lower frame includes a rear lower frame main body and rear lower frame mounting portions on both sides of the rear lower frame main body; and wherein the front lower frame mounting portions and the rear lower frame mounting portions are connected by screws; and the front lower frame main body and the rear lower frame main body together form an accommodating space for accommodating a driving structure of an electric bed.
