A single dovetail tenon joint mechanism has a first panel and a second panel; the first panel is provided with a single dovetail tenon groove; the cross-section of the single dovetail tenon groove is a right-angled trapezoid; the right-angle sides of the right-angled trapezoid are near the edge side of the first panel; the long base of the right-angled trapezoid is located at the deepest part of the single dovetail tenon groove; one end of the second panel is provided with a single dovetail tenon that matches the single dovetail tenon groove. The single dovetail tenon is wedged into the single dovetail tenon groove for attachment therewith. During installation, a single dovetail tenon can be inserted from one end of the single dovetail tenon groove, thereby attaching the first panel to the second panel.

A set of panels including a first panel with a first main plane and a second panel with a second main plane. The first and the second panel are provided with a mechanical locking device for locking a first edge of the first panel to a second edge of the second panel at a junction plane, wherein the first main plane is essentially perpendicular to the second main plane and the junction plane is extending between the first main plane and the second main plane. The first edge includes an edge tongue that extends from the junction plane. The second edge includes an edge groove at the junction plane. The edge tongue is configured to cooperate with the edge groove for locking together the first and the second edges in a first direction which is perpendicular to the first main plane. A furniture module for forming part of a piece of furniture is provided. The furniture module comprises a first panel (102), a second panel (104), and at least one hinge member (120) having at least one connection element (140), whereby the hinge member (120) is arranged to be attached to at least one of the panels (102, 104) by means of said connection element (140). The hinge element (120) is configured to allow the first and second panels (102, 104) to be folded relative each other by approximately 270° between a folded, and flat, shape, and an erected corner shape.

The Toe Notch Plate attaches to a standard router and maintains the router at approximately a 75 degree angle from the work piece and is adjustable for use with ¾″ or ½″ material. It also maintains the router bit a consistent distance from the edge of the work piece. When the router is moved along the edge of the work piece it will create an angled groove providing a resting point for a nail gun and an entry point for brad nails. This allows the grooved piece to be toe nailed to another piece of wood which typically will be perpendicular.

Panels are shown which are provided with a mechanical locking system allowing perpendicular connection with a snap action. A set of panels including a first and a second panel, an edge of the second panel is insertable into a groove of the first panel, when the panels are arranged essential perpendicular to each other, to obtain a mechanical connection between the first and the second panel, when the second panel is displaced essentially perpendicularly to the first panel.

A set of panel-shaped elements includes a first panel-shaped element, a second panel-shaped element, and a third panel-shaped element. The first panel-shaped element includes at least one recess that extends through the first panel-shaped element from a first side to a second side. The second panel-shaped element includes a first profiled portion, which is configured to extend into the recess from the first side of the first panel-shaped element. The third panel-shaped element includes a second profiled portion, which is configured to extend into the recess from the second side of the first panel-shaped element and for locking engagement with the first profiled portion. The set of panel-shaped elements can be assembled using a method where the third element is moved into locking engagement with the first and second elements.
