The pool can comprise a plurality of joints configured to join at least the two or more horizontal support members through insertion. The presently disclosed joint can comprise at least a portion cutaway configured to laterally receive at least one horizontal support member from two or more horizontal support members. The presently disclosed joint can also be configured to receive at least one vertical support member. This and other embodiments are disclosed herein.

At least one of the head portion and the tail portion is configured to elastically deform to secure a first member in position relative to a second member. The head portion and the tail portion may include one or more deformable legs having an interface feature configured to engage with one of the first member and the second member. A bucked-type rivet assembly includes a formable member and an anvil. The anvil is configured to thermoplastically deform the formable member proximate to the second member by passing current through an electrical circuit that includes at least one of the formable member and anvil.

A thimble apparatus for use with a rope has a thimble eye formed as a generally U-shaped shackle defining a center aperture therein with arms on opposing sides of the aperture. The thimble eye has an outer surface, a front face, and a rear face. A groove is formed within the front face of the shackle generally in the shape of a U and has a width. A rope seat is formed within the shackle beneath the groove proximal to the rear face and has a diameter larger than the width of the groove. The groove forms a passage to the rope seat from the front face along the length of the groove. A base connects to ends of the arms of the shackle closing the aperture. The base defines a channel formed as an open-ended groove through the base such that in use the channel permits a rope to extend from either one of adjacent sides of the base to position the thimble apparatus between first and second positions.

The strut portion is insertable into a mounting hole provided in a mounting target. The check portion is caught on the mounting target on an outlet side of the mounting hole. The abutment portion abuts on the mounting target on an inlet side of the mounting hole. When any one of the mounting target or the fixture vibrates, the check portion and the abutment portion deform to suppress a vibration in a direction parallel to an insertion direction. When any one of the mounting target or the fixture vibrates, the interposing portion deforms to suppress a vibration in a direction parallel to a plane orthogonal to the insertion direction.

One of the connectors includes a neck extending to a head that presents a flat face opposite the neck and a contact surface between the neck and an outer edge. The other connector includes a body and a plurality of resiliently deflectable locking elements that each extend from a side of the body and define a locking surface opposing a surface of the body. The panel retainer and the sheet retainer are connectable via the first and second connectors. A method of fastening together a panel and a sheet is also provided. The method comprises installing the panel retainer on a panel, anchoring the sheet retainer to a sheet, and connecting together the panel and sheet retainers via the first and second connectors.
