WELDED BOARD AND STRUCTURE FOR ELECTRICAL CABINET
WELDED BOARD AND ELECTRICAL CABINET STRUCTURE presents a cabinet built with welded frames that use vertical and horizontal profiles, having an internal fastening wall with holes and cutouts to the fitting of a cage nut and an internal fastening tab, a side sealing surface, a front sealing surface and the isolation barrier, the structure being assembled with at least two welded frames, which are assembled in parallel and joined through four depth profiles, said depth profiles being joined directly to the welded frames vertices.
Fastener systems and methods
A system includes a washer, a nut, a retainer structure, and a gasket. The washer has a bore extending between a distal end and a proximal end. A first section of the bore extends from the distal end to a shoulder portion. A second section of the bore extends from the shoulder portion to the proximal end. The shoulder portion defines an aperture. The nut is configured to be received in the first section of the bore. The nut includes a threaded bore configured to threadably engage a threaded shaft of a bolt. The retainer structure is configured to axially retain the nut in the first section of the bore of the washer. The gasket has a through-bore axially aligned with the bore of the washer and the threaded bore of the nut. The gasket is configured to be axially retained in the second section of bore of the washer.
Module attachment apparatus and method
Exemplary systems and methods described herein can be used to secure a rail to a module or the rail to a support using a nut that can be inserted at a desired point of mounting. Another exemplary system describes a flashing to be inserted under a roof shingle, wherein the flashing is secured to a support for a rail or module. Yet another exemplary system describes a clamp that secures a rail or module and is adjustable along the length of a post. Spacers can be added to the post to extend the adjustment range of the clamp.
NUT FOR A CLAMPING MECHANISM OF A VULCANIZING PRESS, CLAMPING MECHANISM, VULCANIZING PRESS AND SUPPORT DEVICE FOR COMPONENTS OF A VULCANIZING PRESS
The invention relates in particular to a nut 1 for a clamping mechanism 10, a clamping mechanism 10 comprising a tie bolt 11 and two nuts 1, a vulcanizing press 20 comprising clamping mechanisms 10 and a support device 23.
FIXTURE
A fixture of the present disclosure includes: a first fitting fixed to a first object; a second fitting fixed to a second object; and a positioning bolt fixing a position of the second fitting relative to the first fitting. The first fitting includes: a cylindrical portion extending in a z direction and including a first elongated hole on an outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion, the first elongated hole extending in a circumferential direction; a shaft that turns inside the cylindrical portion and includes a screw hole corresponding to the positioning bolt; and a first fixing portion to which the first object is fixed. The second fitting includes: a movable portion including a second elongated hole extending in an x direction and through which the positioning bolt penetrates; and a second fixing portion to which the second object is fixed.
INTEGRATED FASTENING DEVICE
This invention provides an integrated fastening device including a first clip seat, a second clip seat and a fastener, the fastener is used for fixing the first clip seat in the sliding groove of the mounting bar, the second clip seat is used for mounting on the cover, a hook is disposed at the first clip seat for snap-fitting with the second clip seat. The beneficial effects of this technical solution lie in: the hook and the second clip seat are fitted together to prevent longitudinal slippage between the hook and the cover.
Structural Fastener
A nut operable for blind attachment between two rims on opposite sides of a strut channel. According to one embodiment, the nut is a spin nut operable to insert the nut into the channel, rotate and lock the nut onto the two rims on the strut. The spin nut includes a base, a pair of wings formed on one end of the base and operable to attach to two rims. The symmetrical helix is formed on the wings on the other end of the base. A shoulder extends from the symmetrical helix. A hole, such as a threaded hole is formed in the shoulder extending into the base, forming a threaded nut, according to one embodiment. A bolt may be inserted into the threaded hole to attach to a bracket, strut, plate or any suitable structure.
CLIP LOCKING DEVICE
This invention provides a clip locking device including a first clip body, a second clip body, and a fastener. The first clip body has a protruding piece, the first clip body sliding fits with the sliding groove on the guide rail by the protruding piece. The fastener is mounted at the first clip body for pressing the first clip body tightly against the guide rail. The second clip body is detachably connected with the first clip body, the second clip body has a vertical sheet, the vertical sheet is used for connecting with the locking tongue. By the first clip body, the protruding piece, and the fastener, mounted the first clip body to the guide rail, and the position of the first clip body on the guide rail can be adjusted by adjusting the fastener.
SLIDING TRACK CONNECTOR
A sliding track connector for mounting objects to a track member using a twist tie or zip ties. The connector includes a rigid body with a plurality of transversely aligned holes configured to receive a twist tie. The connector body includes a bottom surface, outer sidewalls, and a center void. At least two pairs of holes extend transversely through the sidewalls of the body. In one embodiment, formed or attached to the bottom surface of the body is a post configured to slide freely inside the slot. Attached to the post is a wide cap configured to press against the inside surfaces of the flanges formed on opposite sides of the track member's slot. In one embodiment, the post and cap are integrally formed on the body. When the body is rotated, the post rotates inside the channel and the cap becomes wedged. against the flanges on opposite sides of the slot. On or two twist ties are inserted through the holes on opposite sides of the connector body during use to hold an object on the track member.
