Conductive fastening mechanism
A conductive fastening mechanism including a nut connected to an energy load module and electrically connected to a power supply through a power switch S0; an anti-rotating seat located above the nut; a conducting element arranged in the anti-rotating seat and electrically connected to a load; a connecting piece penetrating the anti-rotating seat and the conducting element and selectively connected to the nut, used for on-off between the load and the power supply; a handle rotatably arranged on the connecting piece, where the handle is configured to be selectively clamped in the anti-rotating seat to limit the connecting piece. The handle is rotatably arranged on the connecting piece and can be selectively clamped on the anti-rotating seat, such that the handle plays a role in preventing the connecting piece from rotating, so as to achieve the purpose of anti-vibration and anti-loosening, prevent damage and other safety accidents, and improve safety.
NUT LOCKING WASHER
A lock washer for preventing relative rotation between an inner component and an outer component in an aircraft engine. The lock washer comprises an annular body having an inner circumferential surface and an outer circumferential surface radially spaced apart to define a radial thickness of the annular body. Radially-inward protruding tabs extend radially inwardly from the inner circumferential surface of the annular body and are operable for engagement with slots in the inner component. Radially-outward protruding tabs extend radially outwardly from the outer circumferential surface of the annular body and are operable for engagement with slots in the outer component. The radially-outward protruding tabs are circumferentially offset from the radially-inward protruding tabs such that the radially-outward protruding tabs and the radially-inward protruding tabs are all free of circumferential overlap.

BOLT RETENTION DEVICE
A bolt retention device is provided that includes a bolt having a shaft, a retention portion that includes a radial retention surface extending along the shaft, a sleeve having a cylindrical base with an inner bore, and at least one rib extending radially from the cylindrical base, wherein the retention portion has a diameter sized to receive the inner bore of the sleeve, and wherein the bolt is inserted into the sleeve to align the retention portion with the inner bore of the sleeve. The sleeve works to retain the bolt in a coupling aperture by applying a resistive force in the direction opposite the direction of motion. This resistive force is caused by physical interference created by the ribs against the inner bore of the coupling aperture. The ribs may vary in shape to create different desirable resistive characteristics.
Nut locking device and assembly for mounting same
The invention relates to a locking device (300) comprising: a shaft (24) comprising a first thread (22); and a nut (12) and a ring (13) to be assembled on the shaft; the nut comprising a first inner thread (18) defining a first radial clearance with the first thread of the shaft; the nut further comprising a second inner thread (20) in the opposite direction to the first inner thread, the ring (13) comprising a second thread (40) defining a second radial clearance with the second inner thread of the nut; the ring comprising a third inner thread (38) defining a third radial clearance with the first thread of the shaft. The inner threads and the first and second threads have an identical and constant thread pitch; and each of the second and third radial clearances is greater than the first radial clearance.
THREADED FASTENING SYSTEM
A fastener system incorporated in a structural member, the system including a dual threaded member and an anti-rotational member. The dual threaded member is inserted through a hole in the structural member. The dual threaded member has an engaging feature. The anti-rotational member is coupled to the dual threaded member, and the anti-rotational member is coupled with the engaging feature of the dual threaded member and with the structural member to thereby limit rotation of the dual threaded member relative to the structural member.
THREADED FASTENER
A threaded fastener includes a nut forming a threaded center hole that defines a rotational axis. The threaded fastener also includes a plurality of spring plungers affixed to the nut, each having a shaft that is aligned parallel to the rotational axis. The threaded fastener also includes a positioner forming (i) an unthreaded center hole that is coaxial with the threaded center hole and (ii) a plurality of recesses facing the spring plungers. As the nut is torqued against the positioner on a threaded spindle, the spring plungers repeatedly engage and disengage the recesses as the nut rotates with respect to the positioner. The recesses are shaped such that positioner converts the applied torque into a linear force that compresses the spring plungers, thereby locking the threads of the nut against the threads of the spindle.
Fastening member loosening detection tag
A tag configured to detect loosening of a fastening member fastened to a fastened part of an apparatus includes: a base sheet including a fastening member attached portion and a fastened part attached portion, the fastening member attached portion being attached to the fastening member, the fastened part attached portion being attached to the fastened part; a RFID chip mounted on the base sheet; an antenna circuit mounted on the base sheet while being connected to the RFID chip; and an electric conductor mounted on the base sheet while being connected to the RFID chip, the electric conductor being configured such that an electric property of the electric conductor changes when the fastening member is displaced relative to the fastened part attached portion.
Connecting device to antenna housings
A connection device on an antenna housings includes a circular mounting platform, a covering cap, and a screw bolt. The circular mounting platform is configured to receive an antenna board on the top side. The bottom side of the mounting platform is provided with reinforcement ribs running radially toward the center. The covering cap is configured to completely cover the mounting platform. The screw-bolt is situated at the center of the mounting platform, and is configured to be inserted into an antenna housing carrier. The connection device is a rotary/latching connection.
