Rebar snap hook
A snap hook assembly includes a hook body defining a neck portion and a hook portion which form a capture area. A gate and a trigger are both pivotally mounted to the hook body. The gate is moveable between a closed position and an open position and is biased to the closed position. The snap hook is configured such that, when the gate is in the closed position, it cannot be moved to the opened position. The trigger is operable to release the gate, so that the gate can be moved from the closed position to the opened position.
PERSONAL ITEM MANAGEMENT APPARATUS
An embodiment personal item management apparatus includes a wearable band having a fixed circumference that defines a first outer diameter; and a clasp coupled to the wearable band, the clasp having a second outer diameter that is less than the first outer diameter and being adapted to couple a personal item to the wearable band. In an exemplary embodiment, the ratio of the second outer diameter to the first outer diameter is about 0.4.
SAFETY HOOK
Provided is a safety hook.
This safety hook is equipped with a hook part, a closing-off body supported by the hook part so as to be capable of swinging, and a first urging member for urging the closing-off body from an open position toward an closing-off position. The closing-off body comprises a closing-off-body base part, a first arm part capable of opening and closing the entrance of the hook part, and a second arm part extending in a direction different from that of the first arm part. The second arm part comprises a closing-off-body operation part. Operating the closing-off-body operation part causes the closing-off body to move from the closing-off position to the open position. The safety hook is further equipped with a lock member for securing the closing-off body in the closing-off position. Operating the lock-member makes it possible to unlock the lock member from the closing-off body.
Hand-line hook
A hand line hook having a curved body portion, a gate pivotally attached to the body, and a gate lock pivotally attached to the body. Detents are formed in the gate lock to further lock the gate in either its open or closed positions.
DOUBLE-LOCK CARABINER
A locking carabiner includes a body having a first end and a second end. A gate rotatably coupled to the second end about a gate axis, and a locking mechanism rotatably coupled to the gate about a locking mechanism axis. The locking member is configured to engage with the first end, and the gate axis is substantially parallel to, and offset from, the locking mechanism axis. Additionally, the rotation of the locking mechanism is in a substantially similar plane as the rotation of the gate.
Fall Protection Equipment Having Inductive Sensor for Connection Status and Control
Techniques are described for monitoring and controlling fall protection equipment. For example, the techniques of this disclosure may be used to monitor the connection status of fall protection equipment, e.g., whether or not the fall protection equipment is connected to a support structure. The techniques described in the disclosure may determine whether the fall protection equipment is connected to a support structure based on changes in a resonant frequency of an electronic circuit of an inductive sensor within the fall protection equipment. The inductive sensor may be formed from sets of one or more coils, where a first set of one or more coils and a second set of one or more coils are wound in opposite directions.
DUAL DISPLAY SUPPORT SYSTEM
The inventive technology relates to an improved dual display support system that may support a plurality of support adapters each having one or more fitting supports coupled with fitting displays to more efficiently place, support, and/or retrieve elevated displays, and other promotional/marketing materials having multiple anchor positions.
DEVICES FORMED OF INTERCONNECTED COMPONENTS
In the disclosed devices formed from interconnected components, each includes a yoke component, a boss component and an axle bolt. The yoke component includes: a carabiner body with a back, an opening, and a yoke formation. The yoke formation includes a U-shaped section open to the outside of the body, defining a space between two legs, the legs having bearing surfaces through each of which a respective axle bore is formed. The back extends from the yoke formation. A spur extends from the yoke formation. A gate on the body pivots between closed and open positions. The boss component has flat, parallel external bearing surfaces, an axle bore extending through the boss component, the axle bore opening at each bearing surface. The axle bolt passes through the axle bores in the yoke and boss component.
Dust-proof safety hook
A dust-proof safety hook contains: a body, a connection shaft, a returning element, a housing sleeve, a resilient element, a rotary sheath, and a positioning bolt. The body includes an accommodation space, an opening, a first segment, and a second segment. The connection shaft includes a first part and a second part, and the returning element is mounted between the body and the connection shaft. The housing sleeve includes a slot which has a limiting portion and two notches. The resilient element is fitted with the connection shaft, and the rotary sheath includes a through orifice and a cut. The positioning bolt is inserted into the through orifice of the rotary sheath and the limiting portion of the slot of the housing sleeve, such that the rotary sheath moves along the slot of the housing sleeve by way of the positioning bolt.
