Release mechanism
A release mechanism generates a force on a cable to operate an adjustment mechanism or the like in a seat or other device. The release mechanism includes a rotor, a housing, a spring, and a cover that attaches to the housing. The spring generates a torque, and the spring also axially biases the rotor into engagement with the cover to prevent rattling.
Robotic surgical systems, instrument drive units, and drive assemblies
A drive assembly of an instrument drive unit, is provided. The drive assembly includes a drive screw, a drive nut, a follower, a biasing element, and a drive element. The drive nut is threadedly engaged with a threaded portion of the drive screw such that rotation of the drive screw results in longitudinal movement of the drive nut. The follower is longitudinally slidable with respect to the drive screw. The biasing element is disposed in mechanical cooperation with the drive nut and the follower. The drive element is disposed in mechanical cooperation with the follower. Longitudinal translation of the drive element is configured to drive a function of the surgical instrument.

Bicycle operating device
A bicycle operating device comprises a base, a user operated input, a cable actuator and a positioning abutment. The user operated input is movably arranged with respect to the base from a rest position towards an operated position. The cable actuator is movably arranged with respect to the base in response to movement of the user operated input between at least first and second cable holding positions. The positioning abutment is movably supported on the base between at least a first abutment position and a second abutment position. The positioning abutment selectively engages the user operated input to position the user operated input at an adjusted rest position in a state after the user operated input has been moved from the rest position to the operated position. The adjusted rest position is different from the rest position.

Manual park release system with twist lock mechanism
A manual park release handle system equipped with a mechanism for preventing the unintentional deployment of the manual park release system has: a base having an opening therethrough and a handle pivotally connected to the base, configured to pivot between a disengaged position and an engaged position. The handle is connected to a cable coupled to a park gear release within the automatic transmission of the vehicle. A tether strap is attached to the handle. A housing cover is attached to the base and has an aperture overlapped with a lock piece cylinder. The tether strap passes through the lock piece cylinder and the aperture, and is attached to a twist lock piece. The twist lock piece is configured to pass through the housing cover aperture and engage the lock piece cylinder and to disengage the lock piece cylinder by rotating the twist lock piece within the lock piece cylinder.

SEAT DROPPER REMOTE DEVICE
A seat dropper remote device has a base portion, central portion and paddle portion. The base portion has a mounting plate for mounting to a bar clamp on a bicycle handlebar and a base bolt hole. The mounting plate has a mounting slot to receive a mounting bolt. The central portion is connected with the base portion, receives an actuation cable, and includes a body having a body bolt hole. The device includes a paddle portion that is connected with the central portion, actuates the actuation cable, and has an assembly bolt cavity and an assembly bolt. The assembly bolt passes through the assembly bolt cavity, body bolt hole, and base bolt hole. The assembly bolt provides rotational adjustment of the paddle portion and the mounting bolt provides lateral adjustment of the paddle portion. The lateral adjustment, rotational adjustment, and actuation of the actuation cable operate independent of one another.
