A sensor device for a rolling path insert of a track guide can be loaded by rolling bodies and is pressure-sensitive. The sensor device includes at least one tuple, extending in a rolling direction, of a number of sensors, which can each be signal-connected or are signal-connected to an evaluation device, by means of which a relevant difference signal can be determined from sensor signals of sensor pairs of the at least one tuple. The sensor device can be included in a rolling path insert, a guide carriage and a guide rail for a track guide, and a track guide.
BEARING DEFECT AUTO-DETECTION BY SWEPT PATTERN FOLLOWED BY POST-SWEEP LOGIC FILTER
A bearing defect auto-detection system includes a processor to receive condition monitoring data that includes vibration harmonics corresponding to a bearing coupled to a rotatable shaft. The processor performs a pattern sweeping process that sweeps a pattern through both a speed range and a bearing class defect frequency range. In response to the test pattern having at test pattern sideband, the processor also sweeps the test pattern sideband through a sideband range, against the condition monitoring data to determine the pattern's fundamental frequency and sideband frequency. The processor determines a most probably bearing defect type associated with the bearing based on the best match value amongst results associated with the test pattern. The processor also performs a post-sweep logic process that compares a number (N) of most recent results from the pattern sweeping process to at least one conditional test to confirm the most probably bearing defect type is present.
BEARING ARRANGEMENT FOR A DEEP DRILLING DEVICE
The invention relates to a bearing arrangement for a drilling head, through which flushing liquid flows, of a deep drilling device, having multiple radially outer and radially inner bearing rings, wherein the radially outer bearing rings are arranged coaxially over the radially inner bearing rings, wherein, radially between the bearing rings, there are arranged balls which roll in raceways of the bearing rings, and wherein the raceways are delimited axially on both sides by shoulders with mutually opposite shoulder surfaces which run parallel to a bearing longitudinal axis. In order for a bearing arrangement of this type, which, as per the prior art, is adjoined in an axial direction by at least one plain bearing, to be designed to be of short axial extent and in order to simplify the construction, the internal diameter (Di) of the shoulder surfaces of the radially outer bearing rings and the external diameter (Da) of the shoulder surfaces of the radially inner bearing rings are dimensioned such that said shoulder surfaces perform the function of parallel radial plain bearings with a radial clearance (S).
STEERING DEVICE
A steering device includes a clutch and a wheel-turning shaft. The clutch includes an input shaft, an output shaft, a planetary gear mechanism, a housing, and a restriction member. The planetary gear mechanism is coupled to each of the input shaft and the output shaft. The housing is configured to accommodate the planetary gear mechanism and at least part of the output shaft. The restriction member is secured to the housing or constitutes part of the housing. The restriction member is opposed to an outer surface of the output shaft through a gap so as to restrict inclination of the output shaft. The wheel-turning shaft is configured to be displaced in accordance with rotation of the output shaft so as to turn wheels of a vehicle.
