HUB-BEARING ASSEMBLY FOR A WHEEL OF A MOTOR VEHICLE
A hub-bearing assembly having an axis of rotation includes a stationary radially outer ring and a flanged hub radially inside the radially outer ring and rotary about the axis and about the radially outer ring. The flanged hub has a toothed profile and an axially inner tubular portion. A radially inner ring is mounted in axial abutment on the flanged hub. A toothed sleeve is mounted axially close to the radially inner ring and angularly coupled to the toothed profile of the flanged hub. The flanged hub has a profile gradually transitioning between a radially outer surface of the toothed profile and a radially outer cylindrical surface of the tubular portion of the flanged hub.
Thin section three ring bearing
A bearing assembly includes an inner ring with an inner raceway and disposable about a first member and an outer ring with an outer raceway disposed about the inner ring. A middle ring is disposed between the inner and outer rings and has an inner intermediate raceway and an outer intermediate raceway and is configured to connect with a second member so as to be rotatable about a central axis through the first member. A first set of rolling elements is disposed between the inner ring and the middle ring and a second set of rolling elements is disposed between the outer ring and the middle ring. The outer ring is sized such that a ratio of the outside diameter to the axial width is greater than eight to one (8:1) and the middle ring is formed of a material different than the inner and outer rings.

Turbine section support for a gas turbine engine
A gas turbine engine includes a compressor portion, a combustor fluidly connected to the compressor portion via a primary flowpath, and a turbine portion fluidly connected to the combustor via the primary flowpath. The turbine section includes a first turbine portion and a second turbine portion. The second turbine portion is at a low pressure relative to the first turbine portion. A first turbine shaft is supported relative to a second turbine shaft by a first bearing, the first bearing having an inner diameter and an outer diameter, with the inner diameter of the first bearing being connected to one of the first shaft and the second shaft and the outer diameter of the first bearing being connected to the other of the first shaft and the second shaft.
Tiered axial bearing
An axial roller bearing includes a first bearing including a first cage and a first plurality of rollers and a second bearing including a second cage and a second plurality of rollers. The axial roller bearing further includes a first washer positioned on a side of the first bearing, a second washer positioned on a side of the second washer which is opposite from the side of the first bearing on which the first washer is positioned, and a connecting washer positioned between the first bearing and the second bearing. The first cage is attached at an inner side to the first washer and at an outer side to the connecting washer. The second cage is attached at an inner side to the connecting washer and at an outer side to the second washer.

The second cage is attached at an inner side to the connecting washer and at an outer side to the second washer.
AXIAL BEARING ARRANGEMENT
An axial bearing arrangement with a first and second bearing rings that are rotatable relative to each other. First rolling bodies are arranged axially between the rings for supporting the rotation of the two bearing rings. The rolling bodies are arranged running on raceways of the first bearing ring and of the second bearing ring during rotation. At least one third bearing ring is arranged offset axially with respect to the second bearing ring, and therefore the second bearing ring is arranged so as to be rotatable relative to the third bearing ring. Second rolling bodies are arranged axially between the second bearing ring and the third bearing ring for supporting the rotation of the second bearing ring relative to the third bearing ring. The second rolling bodies are arranged running on raceways of the second bearing ring and of the third bearing ring during rotation.

The first cage is attached at an inner side to the first washer and at an outer side to the connecting washer. The second cage is attached at an inner side to the connecting washer and at an outer side to the second washer.
Tiered axial taper roller bearing with common center ring
A tiered bearing assembly including first and second pluralities of tapered rolling elements and a common center ring arranged between the first and second pluralities of tapered rolling elements with a Z-shaped profile in cross-section is provided. A taper direction of the first plurality of tapered rolling elements is opposite to a taper direction of the second plurality of tapered rolling elements.
