The cage includes an annular body, a plurality of first cage prongs, and a plurality of second cage prongs. A radially outer part of each of the first cage prongs includes a recessed portion. The present disclosure relates to a field of door/window hardware accessories, in particular to a door/window pulley, a pulley device, and a door/window. The present disclosure provides a bearing and an anti-deformation metal ring that can be in contact with a track, the anti-deformation metal ring uses its own rigidity to effectively avoid generating indentation, and the door/window pulley is also difficult to be pressed to cause deformation. Moreover, an inner part of an injection molded body is disposed between the bearing and the anti-deformation metal ring, which not only well transfers pressure bore by the anti-deformation metal ring when load-bearing to the bearing, but also restores the anti-deformation metal ring after slight deformation by giving an outward elastic support to the anti-deformation metal ring using elasticity of the injection molded body.
PIVOT JOINT ASSEMBLY
The pivot joint assembly includes a housing with an opening which extends along an axis. A bearing is received in the opening and which has a cylindrical outer surface that is in slidable contact with another surface so that the bearing can slide in an axial direction relative to the housing. The bearing has a curved inner bearing surface. The pivot joint assembly also includes an inner ring with a curved outer surface that is in slidable contact with the curved inner bearing surface of the bearing so that the inner ring can rotate and articulate relative to the housing.

An upper case manufacturing method using an axial draw mold, in molding of an upper case made of a synthetic resin and including an inclined cylindrical portion. A fixed mold is provided with a first half body, and a movable mold is provided with a second half body. The first half body and the second half body abut against each other in an inclined plane. The first half body has a first flat surface at both ends on the inner diameter side of the inclined cylindrical portion in the inclined plane, and the second half body has a second flat surface at both ends on the inner diameter side of the inclined cylindrical portion in the inclined plane. The first flat surface and the second flat surface are flat surfaces that prevent the occurrence of undercutting when the upper case is removed from an injection molding mold.
