Stabilizer link for automobile suspensions
The present invention relates to a stabilizer link for automobile suspensions, comprising: a tubular body (1), having at one end a pair of first flattened areas (2, 2) configuring a leak-tight closure of a first inner cavity (9) of the tubular body (1) located between both flattened areas (2, 2); and a first covering (4) made of polymeric material coupled, during the forming process thereof, on the end of the tubular body (1) such that it surrounds the pair of first flattened areas (2, 2), and wherein said covering (4) comprises a first articulation (6).
BALL JOINT, AND STABILIZER LINK USING SAME
This ball joint is provided with: a ball stud, one end being fastened to a suspension device/stabilizer, and the other end having a ball part; a housing that rotatably supports the ball part of the ball stud; and a ball seat provided so as to be interposed between the housing and the ball part, the ball seat having an inner spherical part for accommodating the ball part. The ball seat is provided to the housing by insert injection molding. The inside diameter dimension of the inner spherical part formed by separate injection molding is set to a dimension corresponding to the anticipated amount of molding shrinkage of the resin during the insert injection molding.
BALL JOINT AND STABILIZER LINK USING SAME
A ball joint comprises: a ball stud which includes a stud part on one end side connected to a structure and a ball part on the other end side; a housing which oscillatably and rotatably supports the ball part of the ball stud; and a ball sheet disposed between the housing and the ball part. The ball sheet includes a recessed/protruding part formed of at least one of a recessed portion and a protruding portion on a surface facing the housing. The housing includes a fitting part having at least one of a protruding shape and a recessed shape each of which fits to the recessed/protruding part.
Hybrid bearing block for a camshaft
A bearing apparatus for mounting a camshaft in a cylinder head of an internal combustion engine may include a bearing element that surrounds a bearing ring in which the camshaft is rotatably mounted or mountable. The bearing element may be made of a first material whose expansion coefficient is greater than an expansion coefficient of a second material of which the bearing ring is made. An outer surface of the bearing ring may include a contour that engages in a form-fitting manner with a mating contour formed on an inner surface of the bearing element that surrounds the bearing ring. The contouring formed by the contour and the mating contour may form retaining structures that brace against one another in instances of thermal expansion.
DUST BOOT FOR A TIE ROD END OF A SICKLE BAR OF A COMBINE AND A METHOD OF MAKING
The tie rod end includes a housing with an inner bore that extends along a central axis. A stud is partially received in the inner bore and has a shank portion which extends out of the inner bore for attachment with a gearbox. The tie rod end further includes an elastic boot body which extends from a first boot end, which is sealed with the housing, to a second boot end. A boot bearing, which is made of a plastic material, is secured with the second boot end. The boot bearing is in a dynamic sealing engagement with the shank portion of the stud. The boot bearing presents a plurality of radially inwardly extending and annularly-shaped ribs that contact the shank portion.
Ball joint and method for manufacturing same
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a ball joint and a method for manufacturing the same, the method injection-molding a ball sheet using a ball stud having a spherical head portion, which has a non-spherical surface formed thereon, thereby simplifying the manufacturing process and improving productivity. In order to implement the purpose, a ball joint according to the present invention comprises: a ball stud (100) provided with a spherical head portion (110); a ball sheet (200) surrounding the outer peripheral surface of the spherical head portion (110) and allowing the ball stud (100) to play within an operating angle range; a cap (300) covering the spherical head portion (110) to form a sealed space between the cap (300) and the outer peripheral surface of the spherical head portion (110); and a socket (400) having an inner space, into which the spherical head portion (110), the ball sheet (200), and the cap (300) are inserted.
Internal gear pump
An internal gear pump integrally provided with a plain bearing requiring fewer machining steps, allowing inexpensive manufacture, and offering a highly stable seizing property. The internal gear pump has a trochoid (4), in which an inner rotor (3) having a plurality of outer teeth is eccentrically and rotatably accommodated in an outer rotor (2) having a plurality of inner teeth, the outer teeth meshing with the inner teeth, and in which a suction-side chamber for suctioning liquid and a discharge-side chamber for discharging the liquid that has been suctioned into the suction-side chamber are formed between the inner teeth and outer teeth; a drive shaft (9) fixed to the inner rotor (3); a casing (5) in which is formed a recess (5a) for accommodating the trochoid (4); and a cover (6) for closing off the recess (5a) of the casing (5).
End seal device of a linear guide
An end seal device of a linear guide includes a main plate and a cladding member. The main plate includes an upper portion, two engaging portions extending downwardly and bent rearwardly from the upper portion, and two lower contact portions extending downwardly from the engaging portions and each having a penetrating hole. The cladding member includes cladding portions respectively attached to major surfaces of the main plate, and two filling portions each filling the penetrating hole to interconnect the cladding portions for firmly covering and protecting the main plate.
