Master Mounting and Hydraulic Disk Brake

A master cylinder for a hydraulic brake or clutch, the master cylinder comprising a lever and a cylinder housing in which a piston is slidably arranged, wherein the piston is secured against rotation in the cylinder housing, and a piston position detection device having a signal member asymmetrically arranged with respect to a circumference of the piston and a detection member that is at least one of assigned to the signal member and opposite to the signal member.

ATTACHMENT SYSTEM FOR A PLURALITY OF TREATMENT MEMBERS

An adapter assembly for use with a reciprocating treatment device that includes a main body portion having at least a first top male attachment member or a first top female attachment member on a top thereof and at least first and second bottom male attachment members or first and second bottom female attachment members on a bottom thereof.

JOINT MECHANISM AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS USING THE SAME

The joint mechanism includes an engagement pin; a first coupling having a pair of projections with engagement recessed portions formed respectively, the engagement recessed portions with which both end portions of the engagement pin are freely engaged or disengaged; a second coupling including a circumferential wall having an opening portion and a pair of projecting pieces; and a biasing member. The pair of projecting pieces are arranged in the engagement recessed portions so as to be opposed, on an upstream side in a rotation direction, to opening defining surfaces of the pair of projections, with the second coupling attached to the first coupling. Both end portions of the engagement pins are engaged with the engagement recessed portions so as to be each sandwiched between each of the pair of projecting pieces being applied a biasing force of the biasing member and each opening defining surface of the pair of projections.

Interference fit connection for a shaft

An interference fit connection for a shaft comprises a hub having a conical through opening and a reduction sleeve having a cylindrical through opening for arrangement on the shaft and a conical outer circumference, where the cone angle of the conical outer circumference corresponds to the cone angle of the corresponding conical through opening of the hub. The hub is a two-component part having a first component made of steel and a second component made of fiber-reinforced plastics material. The second component made of fiber-reinforced plastics material is designed as a ring which is arranged on the outer circumference of a sleeve portion of the first component, which sleeve portion surrounds the reduction sleeve, so as to surround this sleeve portion. The fiber-reinforced plastics material has a higher modulus of elasticity than the steel of the first component.

Slip Yoke Assembly

A slip yoke assembly having a shaft sleeve, a yoke sleeve, and a yoke. The yoke sleeve may have a set of yoke sleeve splines that may mate with a set of shaft sleeve splines and permit axial movement of the yoke sleeve with respect to the shaft sleeve. The yoke may be fixedly disposed on the yoke sleeve.

Impeller shaft

A connected impeller and shaft is provided. The shaft has a first part which provides a threaded portion carrying a thread which screws onto a corresponding threaded portion of the impeller. The shaft also has a second part which provides an abutment surface for engaging a corresponding abutment surface of the impeller when the threaded portions are screwed together, thereby tightening the threads to provide a rotationally fixed connection between the impeller and the shaft. The first part is rotationally fixed relative to the second part at a joint. The threaded portion of the shaft is axially spaced a first distance from the abutment surface of the shaft. The threaded portion of the shaft is axially spaced from the joint by a second distance which is greater than the first distance. The threaded portion of the shaft and the joint are on the same side of the impeller.

Master Mounting and Hydraulic Disk Brake

A master cylinder for a hydraulic brake or clutch system, in particular, a handlebar steered vehicle, in particular a bicycle, comprises a housing containing a cylinder chamber, in which are disposed a piston slidable therein and a pressure chamber. A compensation chamber is connected with the pressure chamber through at least one compensation bore. Also provided is a cover closing the housing and a counterpart for mounting the master cylinder on a handlebar tube. Further provided is at least one connecting device for connecting the counterpart with the housing of the master cylinder. Included with the connecting device is a first connecting portion for connecting the cover with the housing of the master cylinder and a second connecting portion for connecting the counterpart with the master cylinder and for mounting the master cylinder on a handlebar tube.

Drive arrangement for direct drive rotor

A direct drive system is provided for supporting and driving a rotor. The drive system includes a support body and a drive hub assembly, which are modularized respectively and assembled together to produce the drive system. The support body has a body wall extending between opposite ends. One of the ends has an interior surface and an exterior surface. The drive hub assembly is mounted onto the exterior surface of the end of the support body. The motor mounts so as to be position primarily in an interior of the support body.

Shaft spacing flange for a kneading machine

An adjustable coupler for linking an oscillating kneader to a gear box. The adjustable coupling has a slide coupler adapted to be slidably received within an output couple of a gear box. The slide coupler has external splines wherein the external splines mate with splines of the output couple thereby coupling rotation of the slide coupler with rotation of the output couple. The internal splines are capable of mating with external splines of a slidably received kneader input shaft thereby coupling rotation of the kneader input shaft with rotation of the slide coupler. A plug in the slide coupler abut the kneader input shaft in the slide coupler and a lock mechanism maintains the kneader input shaft abutted against the plug.

An apparatus used for winding or unwinding winch straps includes a clevis, a first engagement plate, and a second engagement plate. Both the first engagement plate and the second engagement plate contain a lobe, a lug, an oblong body, and a plate pinhole which are rotatably connected to the clevis with a plate retaining pin which traverses through the plate pinhole. When in use, a power tool is attached to a tool-receiving slot, which is integrated into a structural body of the clevis. Next, the lobe of the first engagement plate and the second engagement plate establishes a connection with the spool hub the apparatus is being used on. Simultaneously, the lug of the first engagement plate and the second engagement plate are pressed against the spool hub. Therefore, the force is transferred from the power tool to the spool via the introduced apparatus.
