Radial band wedge impact driving device
A torque transfer assembly for a bit holder includes an axial movement limiting subassembly and a rotation limiting subassembly. The axial movement limiting subassembly is configured to retain a drive body of the bit holder in proximity to a driven body of the bit holder. The rotation limiting subassembly is configured to cause torque applied to the drive body to be transferred to the driven body. The rotation limiting subassembly includes a first cam body at a distal end of the drive body and a second cam body at a distal end of the driven body. The first and second cam bodies are configured to transfer a majority of the torque between the drive body and the driven body indirectly via the torque transfer assembly by limiting rotation of the first cam body relative to the second cam body.
ENGINE FAN ADAPTER SYSTEMS AND METHODS
A method of coupling a fan to an engine includes selecting a base portion of a fan adapter, which includes a mounting portion and a coupling portion with a mating portion. The mounting portion is configured to be coupled to a fan drive or a fan drive pulley of the engine via one or more mounting elements. The method also includes selecting a fan end portion of the fan adapter. The fan end portion includes a mounting portion and a coupling portion. The mounting portion of the fan end portion is configured to be coupled to the fan, and the coupling portion of the fan end portion includes a mating portion that is complementary to the mating portion of the base portion. The method further includes coupling the engine to the fan by coupling the mating portion of the fan end portion to the mating portion of the base portion.
Shaft-hub connection
A shaft-hub connection includes an alignment gearing with a plurality of dogs. The dogs comprise a contouring cross-section, which runs, at least partially, along a prolonged trochoid.
Quick-connect mixer impeller coupling
One embodiment provides a quick-connect and rotation system for impeller coupling including: an impeller comprising: a mixer end; and a first attachment end; the first attachment end comprising a first member that is diametrically magnetized; and an motor comprising: a rotational shaft with a second attachment end comprising a second member that is diametrically magnetized; wherein the first attachment end and the second attachment end are complementary to each other; and wherein the motor imparts rotational torque, via a magnetic field between the first member and the second member, on the first attachment end when the first attachment end and the second attachment end are connected.
FIXING MECHANISM FOR LIFTING DEVICE
A fixing mechanism for a lifting device is provided. The lifting device includes a motor and a transmission shaft driven by the motor. The fixing mechanism includes a support body, a fixing assembly, a bearing, and a connection assembly. The fixing assembly includes a base plate fixed above the support body and a chamber disposed between the base plate and the support body. A bearing is arranged in the chamber and clamped between the support body and the base plate, and the transmission shaft passes through the bearing and protrudes from the base plate. The connection assembly is sleeved on the transmission shaft to together connect with the motor. Accordingly, power transmission efficiency may be improved, and vibration and noise generated during operation of the motor may be reduced.
DRIVING FORCE TRANSMISSION MECHANISM AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS
A driving force transmission mechanism is a mechanism for transmitting rotational force of the second rotor having a driving-side coupling to a first rotor having a driven-side coupling. The driving-side coupling includes a body and a plurality of second engaging members engaging with first engaging members of the driven-side coupling, each of the plurality of second engaging members has at an abutting point on an abutting surface of a corresponding first engaging member a first inclined surface inclined so as to be away from a rotation axis of the body from a downstream side toward an upstream side in a rotation direction of the body.
Dynamic reversible multi-cross section universal modular driveline coupler
Apparatus and method for an improved driveline coupler having a reversible saddle thereon which allows it to be configured to work with different sizes and shapes of shafts. The reversible saddle is configured on one side to work with one size of driveline shaft and configured on the opposite side to work with a different size driveline shaft so that in the field, an operator can modify the driveline coupler from use with a first size of drive shaft to a second size of drive shaft easily and quickly by turning the saddle upside down.
Socket Adaptor
Exemplary embodiments are disclosed of socket adaptors for retaining impact sockets to impact tools.
Two-stage universal joint
A two-stage universal joint includes a sleeve, a driving member and a restricting member. The sleeve defines an axial direction and includes a receiving groove and an assembling portion. The driving member includes a polygonal ball head. The polygonal ball head has a plurality of arcuate portions. The polygonal ball head is inserted into the receiving groove. The driving member is slidable between a first position and a second position relative to the sleeve.
SHAKING AND/ OR MIXING DEVICE
A shaking and/or mixing device comprises: a drive (7a) having a drive shaft (7), an eccentric unit (4) driven by the drive shaft (7) and having an eccentric hub (14), and a holder (20) for receiving at least one sample to be treated by the shaking and/or mixing device (1). The eccentric hub (14) and the holder (20) are connectable to one another by means of a releasable connection in order to transmit a movement of the eccentric hub (14) onto the holder (20) and the releasable connection is provided as an extension of the drive shaft (7).
