CASTELLATED CLIP FOR POWER TAKE OFF JOINT AND SHAFT GUARDS
A castellated locking clip, for use with a Power Take Off safety guard, the locking clip including at least two castellations.
SEALING BOOT FOR SEALING A JOINT OF FRONT DIFFERENTIALS
A sealing boot for sealing a joint of 8 & 8 front differentials, where the sealing boot comprises a first sealing boot section having a first cylindrical inside surface. The first sealing boot section is adapted for being tightly fitted to a shoulder section of an end portion of a differential output shaft protruding a housing of the 8 & 8 front differential. The shoulder section is disposed between a male spline and the housing. A second sealing boot section has a second cylindrical inside surface. The second sealing boot section is adapted for being tightly fitted to an outside surface section of an end portion of a CV axle shaft having a female spline disposed therein. The female spline being adapted for being engaged with the male spline of the differential output shaft. The sealing boot forms a sealed enclosure between the first cylindrical inside surface and the second cylindrical inside surface.
APPARATUS FOR SHIELDING VEHICLE COMPONENT
A shielding element for protecting at least one suspension and/or driveline component. The shielding element is connected to a suspension component. The suspension component extends in a first axial direction and includes a mounting portion at one end for mounting the suspension component to a vehicle. The suspension component further includes a second end for mounting the suspension component to a knuckle. The second mounting portion is capable of receiving a suspension mounting component, which may be or include a ball joint. The shielding element is located near the second mounting portion. The shielding element extends from a surface of the suspension component in a second direction different from the first direction. The portion of the protection element that extends in the second direction may protect at least one of the mounting point, the suspension mounting component, and the driveline component from contact with debris.
Dual plunging constant velocity drive shaft
A dual plunging constant velocity (CV) drive shaft is provided for communicating rotational forces from a transaxle to a drive wheel of a vehicle. The dual plunging CV drive shaft comprises a drive shaft that transfers torque from the transaxle to the drive wheel. An inboard plunging CV joint is coupled between the transaxle and the drive shaft, and an outboard plunging CV joint is coupled between the drive shaft and the drive wheel. The inboard and outboard plunging CV joints each comprises an elongate housing that receives a CV joint coupled with the drive shaft. The inboard and outboard plunging CV joints communicate rotational forces from the transaxle to the drive wheel during vertical pivoting of a trailing arm coupled with the outboard plunging CV joint. The elongate housings allow the drive shaft to float longitudinally, as needed, during extreme pivoting motion of the suspension.
Rubber outboard deflector ring
A constant velocity joint assembly includes a housing body having an outer surface and an inner surface extending between a first housing end and a second housing end along a central axis. The inner surface of the housing body defines a raceway. A plurality of rollers are disposed in the raceway. A flexible boot is operably fixed to the housing body, with the flexible boot extending along the central axis. A deflector ring is fixed to the outer surface of the housing body. The deflector ring has a metal inner ring portion and a non-metal outer ring portion.
UNIVERSAL JOINT SHAFT
A universal joint shaft can be provided for transmitting torque between a power take-off shaft of a driving agricultural machine and a drive journal of an agricultural implement to be driven. The universal joint shaft comprises
a first joint with a first inner joint member and a first outer joint member, which are pivotably and torque-transmittingly connected to each other, a second joint, with a second inner joint member and a second outer joint member, which are pivotably and torque-transmittingly connected to each other, a connecting shaft, via which the first inner joint member and the second inner joint member are connected to each other in a rotationally fixed manner, and
a connecting hub which is rigidly connected to the first outer joint member and has connecting means for connecting the connecting hub to a shaft in a rotationally fixed manner, a housing in which the connecting hub is accommodated and rotatably mounted, and a generator accommodated in the housing, said generator has a stator rigidly connected to the housing and arranged coaxially to the connecting hub, and said generator further has a rotor rotatably mounted relative to the housing, wherein the rotor is drivingly connected to the connecting hub via a transmission.
BOOT
A boot includes a large-diameter tubular portion, a small-diameter tubular portion, and a bellows portion. The large-diameter tubular portion includes a fastening groove into which a fastening member is fitted, an opening end to which the bellows portion is coupled and into which an outer case is inserted, at least one seal lip having an annular shape and protruding from an inner circumferential surface of the large-diameter tubular portion at the position where the fastening groove is projected to the inside in the radial direction, so as to be continuous over the entire circumference, and a protrusion protruding from the inner circumferential surface on the opening end side with respect to the seal lip so as to be provided over the entire circumference. A height of the protrusion is set to be smaller than a height of the seal lip.
FOLDABLE PTO SHAFT PROTECTION COVER
The present disclosure relates to a foldable PTO shaft protection cover for protecting a PTO shaft installed at the rear of a tractor when connecting a working machine to the rear of a tractor to work and separating the working machine from the rear. A foldable PTO shaft protection cover for protecting a PTO shaft of a tractor from the outside includes: a rear cover covering the circumference of a PTO shaft; left and right covers installed at left and right sides of the rear cover and covering the PTO shaft at the left and right sides; a top cover mounted to be able to rotate 90 degrees up and down above and ahead of the left and right covers; and a bracket disposed over the left and right covers to be installed on a tractor body and supporting a top cover in an opened state or a closed state.
Protective device for a universal shaft as well as protective arrangement with universal shaft and such a protective device
A protective device for a universal shaft (3) has an attachment element (6), a tubular protective guard (7) and a latching device (24, 25). The attachment (6) is positioned around a shaft journal (2) projecting from a housing (1) and is attached to said housing (1).
