Spring Enclosed Trampoline
20170319886 · 2017-11-09 ·

A spring enclosure trampoline includes a trampoline bed connected across a horizontal frame member. The trampoline bed is supported by a plurality of springs. Trampoline legs support the horizontal frame member above a ground surface. A trampoline enclosure supports a trampoline enclosure net from a spring enclosure netting support. The trampoline enclosure surrounds the trampoline bed and the trampoline enclosure is supported on a trampoline pole. The spring enclosure netting support is formed as a leaf spring. The leaf spring is flexible in a horizontal direction and in a vertical direction. A leaf spring vertical dimension is greater than the leaf spring horizontal dimension. A horizontal spring constant of the leaf spring, and a vertical spring constant of the leaf spring are different.

Leaf spring, leaf spring group, and compressor

A leaf spring (100) comprises at least two spring arms (120, 130) and an inner fixing hole (110). The at least two spring arms (120, 130) are evenly distributed around a center of the inner fixing hole (110); each spring arm is of the same structure, and an outer fixing hole (122) is disposed at an outermost end of each spring arm. Further provided are a leaf spring group and a compressor. The leaf spring group comprises multiple leaf springs, and the compressor comprises the leaf spring group. The provided leaf spring has a structure of multiple concentric circular arms or a structure of concentric vortex arms, and the leaf spring has smaller equivalent mass, so that the rigidity and inherent frequency requirements can be met without the need of increasing the mass of the components, thereby reducing the product mass and saving the cost.

Composite leaf spring and method of making same

A leaf spring manufactured from composite material has a variable cross sectional area. The leaf spring is manufactured by die forming a core of a constant cross section, then winding fibers onto the core to create a spring with a variable cross section and then cutting the spring to size. A ply lay-up station is shown which winds fiber onto a die formed workpiece as it moves through the station.

ELEVATOR SAFETY SPRING AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING

A method of manufacturing an elevator safety spring is provided. The method includes determining a plurality of dimensional parameters of the elevator safety spring. The method also includes selecting a plurality of dimensions within the dimensional parameters. The method further includes manufacturing the elevator safety spring based on the selected parameters, the elevator safety spring having an I-beam cross-section.

The present invention is an artificial grass block that can accommodate to the different sized cells of the similar grass pavement stones produced by different companies. The artificial grass block can bear an up to 10% size difference of the cells. The artificial grass block can carry out this function by its elastic, flexible positioning-fixing unit, which positions and fixes the artificial grass block inside the cell of a certain size range. The positioning-fixing unit is longer than the cell before insertion and deforms during insertion. This deformed positioning-fixing unit creates a tension that appropriately positions and firmly fixes the artificial grass block within the cell. LEAF SPRING FOR BOTTLE GRIPPING ASSEMBLY
20210372497 · 2021-12-02 ·

A bottle gripping assembly comprising a pair of bottle gripping arms, each of the bottle gripping arms having a grip member such that when the grip members of the bottle gripping arms are moved toward each other, the pair of bottle gripping arms can grip a bottle therebetween. The bottle gripping assembly also includes a base for supporting the pair of bottle gripping arms, the base including an opening adjacent the pair of bottle gripping arms. The opening is configured to accept an actuator therethrough for actuating the bottle gripping arms to move the grip members of the bottle gripping arms toward each other. Each of the bottle gripping arms includes a leaf spring made of PEEK adapted to abut the actuator.

Leaf spring

A leaf spring may include: an upper plate provided with arc-shaped portions which are integrally formed on both end portions thereof, respectively, for forming spring eyes; a lower plate disposed to overlap a lower side of the upper plate and provided with arc-shaped portions which are integrally formed on both end portions thereof, respectively, and face the arc-shaped portions of the upper plate to form the spring eyes; clamping units installed to restrain the both end portions of the overlapped upper and lower plates from being separated from each other; and a central fastening unit configured to fasten central portions of the overlapped upper and lower plates.

Connector

A connector including: a first buffer member that includes a spiral-shaped wire in a plan view; a second buffer member that has a substantially annular and flat plate-like shape, and that is capable of warping in a thickness direction; a collar member that includes a cylindrical portion surrounded by the first buffer member and the second buffer member, a first flange facing a radially inner side of the first buffer member, and a second flange facing a radially inner side of the second buffer member; and a coupling member that includes a first holder section holding radially outer sides of the first buffer member and the second buffer member, a second holder section holding the shielding body, and a coupling member base portion.
