GAS CUSHION DEVICE
[Purpose] To provide a gas cushion device capable of obtaining a high cushion force
[Solving means] A gas cushion device includes a cylinder, a piston slidably fitted in the cylinder, a gas enclosed in the cylinder to energize the piston, and an oil feeding mechanism configured to feed a lubricating oil to a fitting portion between the cylinder and the piston. The cylinder and the piston are fitted in an interference fit state. The piston is reduced in diameter from an inside of the cylinder toward the outside of the cylinder.
Buffer device for small-sized roller shade
A buffer device for small-sized roller shade comprises a housing body, a covered cylinder within the housing body, an oil seal over the outer edge of the covered cylinder and sealing with respect to the housing body, a covering body secured onto the housing body, a spring surrounding the outer edge of the covered cylinder away from the housing body and the covering body, a rotating body accommodating the covered cylinder around which the spring is provided, such that the spring and the covered cylinder are combined to rotate, a closure cap connected over the outer edge of the covered cylinder and synchronously rotated therewith, and a securing part away from the housing body while combined with the closure cap and the covered cylinder. Thus, the buffer device is reduced in volume for providing a shade panel with buffer effect in drawing/furling process.
Actuator and a bow
A pneumatic actuator having therein a venting element and a porous element, compression and elongation of the actuator creating an air flow in the venting element and porous element to output lubricant as a mist toward a sliding interface of the actuator. A bow using the actuator and a bow having a double string preventing sideward movement when launching an arrow. A compound bow having limbs with multiple rotatable elements and an actuator rotating such elements to launch an arrow.
BACK STOP FOR CRANE
A back stop for a crane which eliminates operator's discomfort and adverse effects on surrounding environment due to generation of abnormal noise and enables greasing work to be facilitated. A back stop includes an outer casing having a base end portion turnably connected to a boom or a crane main body and an opening portion opened in the outer casing front end portion; an inner casing having a base end portion turnably connected to the crane main body or the boom and having a front end portion side slidably fitted into the outer case through the opening portion; and a greasing tube arranged in the outer casing or the inner casing. An inlet of the greasing tube is arranged outside of the outer casing or outside of the inner casing on the base end portion side on which the greasing tube is arranged. A discharge port of the greasing tube is attached to a front end portion of the inner casing.
SPRING SLEEVE, CYLINDER, PISTON CYLINDER UNIT AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING A PISTON CYLINDER UNIT
Provided is a spring sleeve for a piston cylinder unit, wherein the spring sleeve is adapted to receive a spring, at least partially, and to guide it, wherein the spring sleeve has a cylindrical sleeve inner surface. The embodiment further relates to a cylinder for a piston cylinder unit, wherein the cylinder) is adapted to be arranged inside a spring of a piston cylinder unit. The embodiment also relates to a piston cylinder unit, including a cylinder, a spring arranged concentrically around the cylinder, and an inner spring sleeve and outer spring sleeve each arranged concentrically around the spring, wherein the cylinder and the spring are arranged inside the inner spring sleeve and the outer spring sleeve. Finally, the embodiment relates to a method of manufacturing such a piston cylinder unit.
DAMPING ARRANGEMENT
A damping arrangement for an electromechanical actuator including an actuator member and a lubricant fluid for lubricating the actuator member during movement of the actuator member. The damping arrangement comprises a constrained passage, the constrained passage configured to restrict a flow of the lubricant fluid in order to provide a damping force to resist a movement of the actuator member during a failure event.
Pressure buffer device
A hydraulic buffer device includes a first cylinder that stores oil, a rod member capable of being moved with respect to the first cylinder as being inserted into the first cylinder toward a first side of the first cylinder and being protruded outward from the first cylinder on a second side of the first cylinder, a rod guide that covers the second side of the first cylinder as having a through-hole, an oil seal arranged at the outer side of the rod member in the radial direction on the second side of the first cylinder, a groove portion that forms a flow path for oil flowing from the inside of the first cylinder toward the oil seal, and a small-diameter portion that restricts flow of oil flowing through the groove portion. An appropriate amount of fluid is supplied to a seal member in a pressure buffer device.
SELF PRESSURIZING SQUEEZE FILM DAMPER
A fluid damping structure is provided that includes an inner and outer annular elements, first and second ring seals, first and second outer annular seals. The inner annular element has an outer radial surface and a plurality of annular grooves disposed in the outer radial surface. The outer annular element has an inner radial surface. A damping chamber is defined by the inner and outer annular elements, and the first and second inner ring seal. A first lateral chamber is disposed on a first axial side of the damping chamber. A second lateral chamber is disposed on a second axial side of the damping chamber. A plurality of fluid passages are disposed in at least one of the inner annular element or the inner ring seals. The fluid damping structure is configurable in an open configuration and a closed configuration.
Elastomeric journal bearing
An elastomeric journal bearing, comprising inner part (2) extending in axial direction (x), outer sleeve (3) surrounding inner part (2), elastomeric bearing body (4) arranged between inner part (2), outer sleeve (3), connected to inner part (2), said bearing body comprising at least two radially extending webs (5, 6) which are offset in circumferential direction (u), and two annular walls (7, 8) which are offset in axial direction (x), between which extend axially webs (5, 6), and at least two chambers (10, 11) filled with liquid (9) and are separated from each other in circumferential direction (u) by webs (5, 6), said chambers being fluidically connected via at least one channel (12).
