Air spring having a pleated bellows
A pneumatic spring for a running gear of a motor vehicle, including a pneumatic spring cover and a pneumatic spring piston, wherein a pneumatic spring bellows composed of elastomer material is braced in air-tight fashion between the pneumatic spring cover and the pneumatic spring piston, wherein the pneumatic spring bellows is at least partially surrounded by a sleeve-like outer guide, wherein a corrugated bellows surrounds the pneumatic spring bellows and the outer guide, and wherein, between the outer guide and the corrugated bellows, there is provided a separately formed, air-permeable fastener by which the corrugated bellows is fixed to the outer guide.
Dust cover assembled bumper stopper
A bumper stopper installed on the shock absorber of a vehicle to respond to the impact of a cylinder lifting or lowering in the vertical direction depending on the running state of the vehicle. The bumper stopper is constructed such that a cylindrical dust cover having an opening formed at the lower end thereof is connected to a buffer member formed of peaks and troughs. The buffer member has a through hole through which a cylinder and rod of a shock absorber passes via a connection plate so that the buffer member and the dust cover are integrated with each other. It prevents air from being compressed inside the buffer member, thereby preventing component damage due to high pressure. Also, it prevents abnormal noise from occurring in the process of contact and separation between the cylinder and the connection plate, thereby providing improved ride comfort.
Dust cover assembled bumper stopper
A bumper stopper installed on the shock absorber of a vehicle to respond to the impact of a cylinder lifting or lowering in the vertical direction depending on the running state of the vehicle. The bumper stopper is constructed such that a cylindrical dust cover having an opening formed at the lower end thereof is connected to a buffer member formed of peaks and troughs. THRUST SLIDING BEARING
A thrust sliding bearing in which a dust cover that covers a piston rod of a strut type suspension can be securely and easily assembled to a lower case that is arranged under an upper case, and to provide the thrust sliding bearing whose mold structure for molding the lower case can be simple. In a thrust sliding bearing, a lower case, which rotatably slides around an axial center of an upper case, includes a plurality of upper tongues for engaging with at least a case-side protrusion of the upper case and a plurality of lower tongues for engaging with at least a cover-side protrusion of a dust cover, and the upper tongues and the lower tongues of the lower case protrude in the direction toward the axial center from an inner circumferential surface of a cylindrical portion provided in the lower case so as not to overlap each other in the direction of the axial center.

PREPRESSED EMERGENCY AIR SPRING ASSEMBLY
A prepressed emergency air spring assembly includes an upper cover plate, an air bag, an upper end plate and a lower end plate. The periphery of the upper end plate is connected with an outer periphery of the lower end plate through the air bag. A steel spring is arranged between the upper cover plate and the upper end plate in a pressing mode. A plurality of hourglass elastomers are arranged between the upper cover plate and the upper end plate along a circumferential direction of the steel spring.
ROTARY DAMPER
A rotary damper comprising a fixed structure, a rotor configured to rotate about an axis (R-R), and two opposing bellows. The bellows each extend between the rotor and the fixed structure and are attached thereto. The bellows each define a chamber for holding hydraulic fluid and are configured to expand and contract as the rotor rotates. The damper further comprises a damping orifice extending through the rotor or the fixed structure. The bellows are sealingly engaged around the damping orifice and the damping orifice permits fluid communication between the chambers defined by the bellows.
ROTARY DAMPER
A rotary damper comprising a fixed structure, a rotor configured to rotate about an axis (R-R), and two opposing bellows. The bellows each extend between the rotor and the fixed structure and are attached thereto. The bellows each define a chamber for holding hydraulic fluid and are configured to expand and contract as the rotor rotates. The damper further comprises a damping orifice extending through the rotor or the fixed structure. The bellows are sealingly engaged around the damping orifice and the damping orifice permits fluid communication between the chambers defined by the bellows.
Shield for vehicle shock absorber
A shield is slidably mounted to a cylinder of a shock absorber and fastened to a piston shaft of the shock absorber. The shield may include a circumferential slot that fits over a disk formed on the piston shaft to secure the shield to the piston shaft. The shield may include a partial cylinder that extends over a point of entry of the piston shaft into the cylinder. For example, the shield may have a cross section that is a 200 to 270 degree arc. The shield may include a guide along an interior surface that engages a slider secured to the cylinder. The guide may be a slot and the slider is a post seated in the slot.
