Hydraulic damper having a pressure tube and a ring
A ring circumscribing a moveable rod of a hydraulic damper, the moveable rod defining a central axis, the ring comprising a first circumferential surface, a second circumferential surface, a first finger, a second finger, a first flange, and a second flange. The first finger and the first flange defining a first end of the ring. The second finger and the second flange defining a second end of the ring.
MOUNT ASSEMBLY FOR VEHICLE
A mount assembly for a vehicle is provided. The mount assembly includes a mount that supports an in-vehicle device and a support bracket that is coupled and locked to the mount. The support bracket includes a first hook. The mount assembly further includes a mounting bracket that couples the mount to a vehicle body. The mounting bracket includes a housing to which the mount is coupled and a first stop protrusion to which the first hook of the support bracket is hook-coupled. A wedge ring supports the first hook from behind to prevent the first hook from bending backward and being separated from the first stop protrusion.
Tubular vibration-damping device
A tubular vibration-damping device including a vibration-damping device main unit and an outer tube member mounted onto an outer peripheral surface of the vibration-damping device main unit in a non-adhesive way. The outer tube member is constituted by a pair of division units mounted onto the vibration-damping device main unit from opposite sides. A first engaging part and a second engaging part are provided to butted ends of the division units and are engaged with each other by approach of the division units so that the division units are positioned with respect to each other in a direction of engagement of the first and second engaging parts. The division units are allowed to undergo relative displacement in a direction orthogonal to the direction of engagement of the first and second engaging parts.
Engine mount having bracket coupling hook
An engine mount for a vehicle includes: a core which is made of a plastic material and attached to an outer circumferential surface at a lower end of a main rubber body; and a cover which is coupled to the core to close a lower opening of a bracket, in which the core and the bracket are assembled by coupling the core and the cover and then inserting a hook formed on the core into a groove formed in an inner wall surface of a body of the bracket.
Torsional vibration damper
A torsional vibration damper for damping a vibration component of a rotational movement around an axial direction has a damper mass to carry out an oscillation to damp the vibration component, a damper mass carrier to movably guide the damper mass, and a supporting body in contact with or can enter into contact with the damper mass in at least one operating situation of the torsional vibration damper. The supporting body is connected to the damper mass carrier to drive the supporting body relative to the damper mass carrier during rotation of the torsional vibration damper, and a support structure formed together with the supporting body to radially support the supporting body under a first operating condition and to radially release the supporting body under a second operating condition which differs from the first operating condition.
Tuned mass damper
A tuned mass damper for damping a vibration component of a rotational movement around an axial direction includes a damper mass configured to perform an oscillation to damp the vibration component, a damper mass carrier to movably guide the damper mass, and a supporting body in contact with or to enter into contact with the damper mass in at least one operating state of the tuned mass damper. The supporting body has a catch structure d the damper mass carrier has a catch aperture via which the supporting body is connected to the damper mass carrier to secure the supporting body relative to the damper mass carrier in axial direction.
CARBON FIBER WAVE SPRING AND METHOD OF MAKING
A method of making a carbon fiber wave spring includes forming a disc-shaped ring from prepreg carbon fibers. The disc-shaped ring is then formed into a desired wave shape. The disc-shaped ring in the wave shape is then cured to form a wave spring.
HYDRAULIC BEARING
The invention relates to a hydraulic mount, including a hydraulic mount for mounting a motor vehicle engine on a vehicle body. In embodiments, the hydraulic mount includes: a hydraulic module with a support spring that supports a mount core, surrounds a working chamber, and is supported on an outer ring on which a cover is fixed, a compensation chamber which is separated from the working chamber by an intermediate plate and is delimited by a compensation membrane, wherein the compensation chamber and the working chamber are filled with a damping liquid and are connected with each other in a liquid-conducting manner via a damping channel arranged in the intermediate plate; and a housing accommodating the hydraulic module. In embodiments, the outer ring includes a radial projection with a rubber-lined axial abutment surface and a non-rubber-lined radial outer surface.
Assembly bearing
An assembly bearing for a motor vehicle assembly includes an inner part, an elastomer supporting body in which the inner part is embedded, and an outer part that surrounds the supporting body. In embodiments, the outer part includes a first part and a second part that are clipped to at least one fastening element connected to the supporting body.
