A health monitoring system provided with an aircraft includes a temperature sensor assembly and a control system. The temperature sensor assembly is disposed within a housing and is positioned to monitor at least one of a temperature and a temperature rise of a gear of an actuator that is positioned within the housing. The control system is in communication with the temperature sensor. The control system is configured to output for display an indicator responsive to at least one of the temperature and the temperature rise of the gear being greater than a threshold.

Systems and methods for actively monitoring health of a no back brake device
An actuator system includes a motor, a ballscrew assembly coupled to the motor, a no back brake device coupled to the ballscrew assembly, and a sensor coupled to the ballscrew assembly. The sensor is configured to acquire load data regarding a load applied to the no back brake device. A control module is configured to determine an estimated coefficient of friction for the no back brake device based on the load data, and transmit an alert signal based on determining that the estimated coefficient of friction is outside a predetermined range. The control module is coupled with the sensor and includes a processor coupled with a non-transitory processor-readable medium storing processor executable code.
ELECTRIC AXLE DRIVE TRAIN, CONTROL UNIT, AND COMPUTER PROGRAMME PRODUCT
The disclosure relates to an electric axle drive train of a motor vehicle. The drive train includes an electric machine having a rotor which is mounted rotatably relative to a stator and can be supplied with current by a control unit, a gear assembly which is coupled to the rotor and a first rotatably mounted output shaft which is operatively connected to the gear assembly in a torque-transmitting manner. The output shaft is connected in a torque-transmitting manner to a vehicle wheel of the motor vehicle. An actuatable rotation blocking device is positioned between the rotor and the vehicle wheel in such a way that a rotation of shafts lying in a torque flux can be blocked. At least one rotational angle sensor is positioned between the rotor and the rotation blocking device in such a way that it provides a signal, that represents a rotational angle position, to a shaft lying in said torque flux.
Bending meshing type gear device
Provided is a bending meshing type gear device including a wave generator, an external gear flexibly deformed by the wave generator, and an internal gear meshing with the external gear. The internal gear includes an internal tooth ring portion including an internal tooth formed on an inner periphery, an external connection portion connected to an external member, an easily deformable portion provided between the internal tooth ring portion and the external connection portion, and configured to be more easily deformable than the internal tooth ring portion, and a distortion measurer provided in the easily deformable portion.
Load sensing system
An actuator including a pair of load sensors arranged in the load path through the actuator. The load sensors are antagonistically preloaded and their outputs electrically connected to a processor for calculating a load in the actuator from the difference in loads measured by the respective load sensors.
