TRANSMISSION COMPRISING A HOUSING
A transmission includes a housing and a distributor part to which lubricating oil is able to be applied through a recess in the housing, e.g., in a housing part of the housing or in a cover part of the housing. The distributor part includes a collection region and feeder channels, which are connected to the collection region and are able to convey lubricating oil to bearings of the transmission.
Gear device
There is provided a gear device including a motor having a motor shaft, a gear mechanism, a coupling that couples the motor shaft and an input shaft of the gear mechanism with each other, a first space accommodating the gear mechanism and holding a lubricant, a communication passage allowing the first space and a second space for accommodating the coupling to communicate with each other, and a blocking member disposed between the gear mechanism and the communication passage.
Lubricant drain conduit for gas turbine engine
An assembly for a gas turbine engine having: static and rotating components; a seal between the static and rotating components, and between a cavity and an environment outside thereof, the cavity having an inlet fluidly connectable to a source of lubricant and an outlet fluidly connectable to a scavenge pump for drawing lubricant out of the cavity; and a drain conduit having a drain inlet outside the cavity in proximity to the seal for receiving leaked lubricant, and a drain outlet fluidly connected to the outlet of the cavity, the drain outlet located in proximity to a scavenge inlet via which the lubricant exits the cavity to flow toward the scavenge pump such that, in use, a lubricant flow within the drain conduit is entrained by the lubricant exiting the cavity via the scavenge inlet.
LUBRICATING STRUCTURE FOR POWER TRANSMISSION MECHANISM
There is provided a lubricating structure for a power transmission mechanism in which a crankshaft is coupled to a piston disposed in a cylinder bore and in which power is transmitted from the crankshaft to a camshaft. The lubricating structure includes: an idler gear that is configured to transmit power from the crankshaft to the camshaft; and an idler gear shaft that supports the idler gear via a bearing. One end portion of the idler gear shaft protrudes into the cylinder bore, and an oil passage configured to guide oil from the cylinder bore to the bearing is formed in the idler gear shaft.
COOLING SCHEME FOR HYDROSTATIC TRANSMISSION
A system including a gearbox and a hydraulic machine connected by a working fluid circuit. The gearbox including a gearbox housing having first and second gearbox fluid passages integrated into the gearbox housing. The hydraulic machine including a case having first and second hydraulic machine fluid passages, the first and second hydraulic machine fluid passages being integrated into the case. A set of rotating elements enclosed within the case. The first gearbox fluid passage and the first hydraulic machine fluid passage align to form a feed passage to conduct fluid at a first pressure from a first source to the set of rotating elements. The second gearbox fluid passage and the second hydraulic machine fluid passage align to form a charge passage to conduct fluid at a second pressure from a second source to the set of rotating elements. The first pressure being less than the second pressure.
OIL DRAINAGE
An arrangement including a transmission housing forming a lubricant sump and a pipeline including a first piece and a second piece. The first piece and the second piece of the pipeline respectively open into the lubricant sump. The first piece and the second piece of the pipeline are inserted into one another.
GEAR UNIT HAVING A SHAFT, A FIRST BEARING, A HOUSING PART, AND A COVER
A gear unit includes a shaft, rotatably mounted via a first bearing, a housing part, and a cover connected to the housing part. The shaft has a threaded region onto which a nut is screwed, and a spacing sleeve and a disk are arranged between the nut and an inner ring of the spacing sleeve. The greatest outer diameter of the disk is greater than the greatest outer diameter of the spacing sleeve; the greatest radial distance of the disk relative to the rotational axis of the shaft is greater than the greatest radial distance of the spacing sleeve relative to the rotational axis of the shaft; and/or the radial spacing region covered by the disk and relative to the rotational axis of the shaft contains the radial spacing region covered by the spacing sleeve.
GEAR UNIT INCLUDING A HOUSING HAVING A LOWER PART AND A COVER PART
A gear unit includes a housing having a lower part and a cover part, e.g., fitted onto the lower part, and an output shaft and a driving shaft. The lower part includes a first support, a second support, a base plate, and side walls. Each side wall is connected, e.g., welded, the first and second supports. The first support is a closed annular structure, e.g., a closed ring. The second support is an open annular structure, e.g., an open ring. A first bearing, e.g., a double bearing, for rotatably supporting the output shaft is received in the base plate. A second bearing for rotatably supporting the output shaft is received in the bearing receiving part. The base plate is connected, e.g., welded, to the second support and to the bearing receiving part.
OIL-IMMERSED STEERING GEAR
The present invention belongs to the technical field of steering gears, and specifically discloses an oil-immersed steering gear, including a shell assembly, where a control chamber and an oil immersion chamber are separated in the shell assembly. According to the oil-immersed steering gear of the present invention, the gear transmission assembly is immersed in the liquid gear oil in the oil immersion chamber, so that fluid lubrication conditions can be maintained in a meshing area of the gear transmission assembly for a long time, thereby preventing gear wear, ensuring stable output speed, and prolonging the service life of the steering gear. Even if the steering gear is used for a long time, no noise will be made.
Oil drainage
An arrangement including a transmission housing forming a lubricant sump and a pipeline including a first piece and a second piece. The first piece and the second piece of the pipeline respectively open into the lubricant sump. The first piece and the second piece of the pipeline are inserted into one another.
