Power transmission device
A transmission gear train includes at least a pair of gears, to which power is transmitted from drive force sources; gear cases in which lubricating oil is sealed and which accommodate the transmission gear train; and a plurality of drain holes provided in the gear cases and configured to discharge the lubricating oil from insides of the gear cases.
Fluid exchange machine
A machine for replacing used transmission or power steering fluid in a vehicle with new transmission or power steering fluid includes a frame having a housing. The machine includes a pair of service hoses that extend from the machine and connect to the vehicle for placing the machine in the fluid flow. New, used, and axillary fluid tanks are provided. A pump and a manifold are associated with two of the tanks. The pumps provide for the selective withdraw or insertion of fluid into or out of the tanks. A display on the housing presents an operator of the machine with various tasks or options the machine can perform. A processor controls activation of the pumps and other electrical components based on inputs received by the display. Scales are provided under one or more of the tanks for determining the amount of fluid going into and out of the tanks during the exchange process.
Two-piece stand-pipe
An automobile transmission hydraulic oil fill system includes a transmission oil pan and a two-piece standpipe system. The two-piece stand-pipe system includes a clinch nut connected to the oil pan and having a threaded bore opening through the oil pan. A stand-pipe is fixed to the clinch nut. The stand-pipe includes a longitudinal bore in fluid communication with the threaded bore. An end cap defining a free end of the stand-pipe prevents entrance of hydraulic oil into the longitudinal bore of the stand-pipe during hydraulic oil fill of the transmission. Multiple ports created in a side wall of the stand-pipe allow entrance of the hydraulic oil into the longitudinal bore and to flow out of the threaded bore of the clinch nut. Each of the ports include an edge. The edges of the ports define a hydraulic oil fill level of the transmission.
Temperature regulating valve and thermal management system provided with temperature regulating valve
A temperature regulating valve and a thermal management system provided with the temperature regulating valve are provided. The temperature regulating valve includes a filling state and a first working state, and a thermodynamic element is impelled to not abut against a first valve seat by means of providing a hot melt in an end cover of the temperature regulating valve. When a first valve port is in an open state, at said time the temperature regulating valve is installed in the thermal management system, and since the first valve port is in the open state, lubricating oil may then flow into a heat exchange device by means of a first interface channel, the first valve port, and a second interface channel during a process of filling the lubricating oil.
Apparatus and Method
An apparatus configured to control fluid distribution between at least one fluid circulation system (2) associated with equipment (3) and at least two replaceable fluid containers (4), the apparatus having: a fluid path (5) configured to couple to at least one fluid port (6) of the fluid circulation system (2), and to at least one fluid port (7) of each of the replaceable fluid containers (4), the fluid path (5) having at least one valve (8) between the fluid circulation system (2) and at least one replaceable fluid container (4); and a control apparatus (9) configured to control the at least one valve (8) to control the flow of fluid between the fluid circulation system (2) and the at least two replaceable fluid containers (4).
MULTI-GEAR TORQUER
Disclosed is a multi-gear torquer with end covers on both sides of the casing. An input shaft and an output shaft are respectively arranged at the center of the two end covers. A sun gear is fixed on the input shaft and moves along a planet gear engaged in the transmission mechanism. The planet gear meshes with a gear ring and moves around the sun gear, then the planet gear drives the turntable centrally fixed with the output shaft connected to the load end. The multi-gear torquer disclosed herein has the following advantages: large output torque and high mechanical efficiency, and it can be used as power transmission equipment for a car or a train and used as other mechanical transmission equipment.
Isochoric Transmission Fluid Change Mechanism
An isochoric mechanism for changing transmission fluid composed of a box component, two bags, two valves, a board, plastic tubing, and two adapters. The mechanism ensures that the same amount of new transmission fluid is injected into the transmission system as the amount of old transmission fluid that is drained out of the transmission fluid reservoir. Mechanism is driven by gravity, and usage requires two supports that are of equal height, to support the body of the mechanism using the board component. Valves ensure that the system can be stored and reused. Automatically collects old transmission fluid for recycling, and upon return to the provider, the mechanism may be refilled with new transmission fluid.
LUBRICATION SYSTEM AND A METHOD FOR LUBRICATING A TRANSMISSION SYSTEM COMPONENT
A method and a lubrication system for lubricating a transmission system component. The lubrication system may include a lubrication system reservoir for storing a lubrication liquid; and a distribution system. The distribution system may be configured to refill, with the lubrication liquid, a transmission system reservoir that is configured to lubricate the transmission system component. The refill occurs while the transmission system component and the lubrication system are positioned within a vacuum chamber.
Working machine
A power tool includes a prime mover, an output shaft that extends along a first direction and retains a tip tool and is driven by the prime mover, a support member that supports the output shaft to be drivable, a gear that rotates around an axis extending in a second direction crossing the first direction and transmits a power of the prime mover to the output shaft, and a gear cover that accommodates the gear and the support member. Inside the gear cover, a lubricant retention portion capable of retaining a lubricant is arranged at a side of the support member, and the lubricant retention portion is partitioned from a gear accommodation portion that accommodates a gear by a wall extending in a direction intersecting an extending direction of the output shaft in the gear cover.
STRADDLE-TYPE VEHICLE
A straddle-type vehicle includes a drive unit used for driving a rear wheel of the straddle-type vehicle, wherein a discharge port that discharges oil in the drive unit is installed on a lower section of the drive unit, and a guide that guides oil to an outside in a vehicle width direction is installed in a vicinity of a lower section of the discharge port.
