Gear shift system
A device for a gear shift system for a vehicle, the gear shift system comprising a gear shift member, the device comprises a device member, and a member connector configured to connect to the gear shift member and thereby connect the device to the gear shift system so that, in use, one of the device member and the gear shift member is beneath a rider's foot to provide a first member, and the other of the device member and the gear shift member is above the rider's foot to provide a second member, wherein in use downwards movement of the first member effects a first gear shift and in use upwards movement of the second member effects a second gear shift.
Method and control unit for operating a drive train
A method for operating a drive train, having a main and, an auxiliary drive and a speed modulation gearbox with a fixed mechanical transmission ratio between the two drives, for starting and towing a drive train to a defined set rotational speed. The main drive is started via a direct-on-line-start with direct coupling to a supply network. The auxiliary drive is started simultaneously with at a time before or at a time after the main drive. For towing the drive train to the defined set rotational speed, which corresponds to a defined percentage of a rated rotational speed of the drive train, the main drive is operated motorically in forward mode at least at times and accelerated to its rated rotational speed, wherein parallel to this the auxiliary drive is operated motorically in reverse mode at least at times.
SWITCH MODULE
A switch module includes a lever switch to operate at least one electronic device mounted on a vehicle by an operation on an operation lever, and a case that is integrated with the lever switch installed thereto and is installed to a back side of a steering of the vehicle so as to integrally rotate with the steering. The case is box-shaped with a front surface portion open, and the lever switch is installed by sliding from the front surface portion toward a back surface portion into an installation opening that is formed on a side surface of the case and has a cut-out shape extending the front surface portion toward the back surface portion.
SHIFT CONTROL DEVICE OF VEHICLE
The present invention provides a shift control device of a vehicle mounted to a body of a vehicle and having a gearbox, a shift actuator, a base, a gearshift lever, and a gearshift detector. The gearshift lever is disposed on the base. The gearshift detector is electrically connected to the shift actuator. The gearshift lever has a shift pedal, the shift pedal has a pivot portion, and the shift pedal is connected pivotally to the base by the pivot portion. The gearshift detector has a rotating element, and the rotating element is rotated coaxially with the pivot portion of the shift pedal. In the shift control device of a vehicle of the present invention, a signal wire will not be wrapped with other components, so transmission errors of mechanisms are reduced, and the structure is simple.

SHIFTING DEVICE FOR VEHICLE
A shifting device in which a selected shift position can be confirmed easily, and which can be fitted easily in vehicles. The shifting device comprises: a restriction member that restricts a movement of a shift lever into a predetermined shift slot in a first shifting mode, and that cancels the restriction of the movement of the shift lever in a second shifting mode; and an indicator that indicates a first pattern when the first shifting mode is selected, and that indicates a second pattern when the second shifting mode is selected.
Stowable shift lever assembly
A shift lever assembly includes a shift lever, a folding device, and a fold interlock device. The shift lever is adapted to move between park and gear positions. The shift lever includes a base structure and an arm pivotally engaged to the base structure about a first axis. The folding device is adapted to pivotally move the arm with respect to the base structure about the first axis and between deployed and stowed states. The fold interlock device is adapted to move between locked and released positions, and includes a locking member adapted to abut the arm in a circumferential direction with respect to the first axis when in the locked position to prevent movement from the deployed state to the stowed state, and to circumferentially clear the arm when in the released position to enable actuation of the folding device from the deployed state to the stowed state.
Electromechanical gear selection device comprising an actuator
A method for setting a gear in a transmission of a power tool, the power tool including an electric motor as well as a controller for setting the rotational speed of the electric motor. A transmission includes an operating device for selecting a gear in the transmission, a shift fork as well as an actuator, the operating device including a signal transmitter as well as a sensor for receiving a signal of the signal transmitter. The method includes: setting the operating device from a first position to a second position for selecting a gear in the transmission; detecting a signal by the at least one sensor according to the second position of the operating device; transmitting a signal to the controller; setting the rotational speed of the electric motor from a first value to a second value by the controller; positioning the operating device from the second position into a third position; detecting a signal by the sensor according to the third position of the operating device; transmitting a signal to the actuator; and setting the shift fork from a first position to a second position with the aid of the actuator for the purpose of changing from a first gear into a second gear.
MONITORING METHOD AND DEVICE FOR DETERMINATION OF GEAR-STICK POSITION, VEHICLE CONTROLLER, AND VEHICLE
A monitoring method and device for determination of a gear-stick position, a vehicle control unit, and a vehicle. The monitoring method for determination of a gear-stick position includes: acquiring a first actual gear-stick position and a first acceptable gear-stick position calculated by a functional layer; calculating a second actual gear-stick position according to a gear-stick position signal; determining whether the first actual gear-stick position and the second actual gear-stick position are consistent; in case that the first actual gear-stick position and the second actual gear-stick position are consistent, determining whether the first acceptable gear-stick position is valid; and in case that the first actual gear-stick position and the second actual gear-stick position are inconsistent or the first acceptable gear-stick position is invalid, controlling the vehicle to enter a safe state. The present application can ensure safe driving of a vehicle.
Steering Wheel Input Device
The present disclosure relates to a steering wheel input device and, in particular, a gear shift device for a steering assembly. Aspects of the present disclosure are particularly relevant to automotive paddle shifters and automotive input devices for a steering wheel group. A steering wheel input device includes an input actuator for location adjacent to a steering wheel and includes a one or two input regions, each being moveable around an axis of the steering wheel and being pressable by one of the driver's hands on the steering wheel for registering inputs. A tracking input receives tracking data, and a controller moves the input regions based on this. The tracking data may include hand tracking data for determining the location of the driver's hands on the steering wheel, where the controller is operable to move the input regions in line with movement of the driver's hands around the steering wheel.
