Shift device
In a shift lever device, a gate pin of a lever is guided by a gate groove of a gate plate, and a detent pin of the lever is abutted on a detent face of a detent block due to an urging force. A sensor mechanism detects a shift position of the lever. The gate plate, the detent block, and the sensor mechanism are disposed at a lower side of the lever, the gate plate and the detent block are disposed at a rear side of the lever, and the sensor mechanism is disposed at a front side of the gate plate and the detent block. This thereby enables a reduction in size of the shift lever device in an up-down direction.
SHIFT LEVER RETENTION APPARATUS
A gear shift lever biasing apparatus includes a shift lever biased primarily along a first dimension axis using a spring. The shift lever is retained to a backing plate, which may be mounted on a frame. A contact area on the backing plate engages with a bumper that is secured to the frame with a semi-rigid retainer, thereby providing bias to the gated shift lever primarily along a second dimension axis that is primarily orthogonal to the first dimension axis.
Gear-shifting device for vehicle
A gear-shifting device for a vehicle is provided and includes a guide body that has a first end portion connected to a control shaft, installed so that a second end portion is rotated at the first end portion as an axis in a rotational displacement that corresponds to a selecting path to perform a selecting operation, and installed to be moved in a substantially straight displacement that corresponds to a shifting path along an axis direction of the first end portion to perform a shifting operation. A guide unit is disposed to distinguish each shifting path on the selecting path in which the second end portion of the guide body is rotated and is configured to guide the second end portion of the guide body to be movable along the shifting path.
MODULAR SHIFT ASSEMBLY
A steering column assembly includes a jacket assembly and a modular shift assembly that is operatively connected to the jacket assembly. The modular shift assembly includes a shift bracket, a shaft, and a shift clevis. The shift bracket has a first shift bracket portion that defines a shift bracket first opening and a second shift bracket portion. The second shift bracket portion defines a shift bracket second opening. The shaft has a first shaft portion and a second shaft portion. The second shaft portion is at least partially received within the shift bracket opening. The shift clevis extends at least partially through the first shaft opening.
Selector
A selector includes a lever guide, an operating lever, and a stopper. The lever guide has first and second movable-path slits therein. The first movable-path slit extends from a first position to a second position along a first direction. The second movable-path slit extends along a second direction different from the first direction as to intersect the first movable-path slit at an intersection position. The second movable-path includes a third position. The operating lever is movable in along the first and second movable-path slits. The operating lever is configured to move to the first position through the first and second movable-path slits. The stopper slides and contacts the operating lever when the operating lever moves from the third position to the first position. The stopper slides and contacts the operating lever when the operating lever moves from the first position to the third position. The stopper opens and closes an opening-and-closing target path out of the first movable-path slit between the second position and the intersection position in conjunction with a movement of the operating lever.
VEHICLE SHIFT LEVER ASSEMBLY
In at least some implementations, a shift lever assembly enables shifting among gears of a vehicle transmission. A primary shift path includes multiple positions corresponding to automatic transmission shifting among multiple drive gears, a reverse gear and a park gear. A secondary shift path includes multiple positions to permit user selection among the multiple drive gears, and an interconnecting path extends between the primary shift path and the secondary shift path so that the shift lever may move between the shift paths. A blocking member is movable relative to the shift lever to selectively permit or prevent the shift lever from moving from the primary shift path to the secondary shift path. An actuator moves the blocking member to prevent shift lever movement to the secondary shift path unless the shift lever is in a position corresponding to one of the multiple drive gears.

The present disclosure relates to an actuating device for an electro-mechanical motor vehicle transmission system, comprising a housing, a shift lever, a flat mechanical linkage, wherein the shift lever is movably supported at housing for shifting between gear ratios, wherein the shift lever is movably supported in each one of the shift gate in a shifting direction by means of the flat mechanical linkage and is pivotably supported in at least one selection gate about a selection axis for selecting among different shift gates, as well as a detection device, which is designed to detect a displacement of the shift lever in the shifting direction and pivoting of the shift lever about the selection axis.

A steering column assembly that includes an upper jacket and a gear shift assembly. The upper jacket extends along a steering column axis. The gear shift assembly includes a shift assembly bracket and shift shaft assembly.
