Isolation knife gate valve
An isolation knife gate valve has a valve body including pipe couplings. Removable face sealing elements are attached on either side of the valve body interior to the pipe couplings. A perimeter seal may also be mounted within the valve body. The face sealing elements may include flexible seal elements extending around the opening. The flexible seal elements may cooperate with the perimeter seal, having portions contacting side surfaces of the perimeter seal and other portions contacting faces of the valve gate.
Gate valve
A gate valve includes a valve plate and a valve rod that are detachably connected along a rod axis by screwing a connecting screw in a screw hole formed at an end of a valve rod through a screw insertion hole formed in the valve plate. The valve plate includes a contact portion that is in contact with the connecting screw. When the connecting screw is loosened to detach the valve plate from the valve rod, the valve plate is displaced along the rod axis together with the connecting screw via the contact portion to move to a valve-plate detaching position at which the connecting screw comes completely out of the screw hole of the valve rod. Accordingly, the valve plate can be detached from the valve rod easily and reliably even if the valve rod is tightly inserted in the valve plate mounting hole.
VALVE STEM RETAINER DEVICE, SYSTEM, AND METHOD FOR INSTALLING THE SAME
A valve stem retainer device may include a housing that holds a valve stem. The housing may prevent the valve stem from closing without control. The device may include at least one bracket that holds on to the housing. The device may include a steel rod that holds on to the housing. The steel rod may support the at least one bracket. The device may include a double set of a washer and a nut that ensures a tight and secure connection between the at least one bracket and the housing.
Pump fluid end with positional indifference for maintenance
A packing assembly for a pump fluid end comprising: a packing screw; a packing carrier; and a packing, wherein the packing screw, the packing carrier, and the packing are each cylindrical with a width measured along a central axis thereof that is less than a minimum spacing distance of a pump comprising the pump fluid end and a pump power end, wherein the pump fluid end comprises a reciprocating element bore in which a reciprocating element can be reciprocated via the pump power end via connection of the reciprocating element to a reciprocating element adapter coupled with a pushrod and crankshaft of the pump power end, wherein the minimum spacing distance is an axial distance measured along the central axis between a back of the pump fluid end and a front end of the reciprocating element adapter when the crankshaft of the pump power end is at top dead center.
Gate valve including valve bore assembly
A gate valve including a valve body, a gate assembly, an operating end, a balancing end, and a valve bore assembly. The valve bore assembly includes two sets of components positioned on either side of the gate assembly to maintain the axial alignment of the gate assembly within the valve body during actuation between an open configuration and a closed configuration.
Valve stem of needle throttle valve and method of fabricating the same
This disclosure provides a valve stem of a needle throttle valve and the method of fabricating the same. The valve stem includes ahead part, a body part, a washer, a first solder sheet and a second solder sheet. The washer is made of metal. The first solder sheet is placed between the head part and the washer, and the second solder sheet is placed between the body part and the washer. The head part, the washer and the body part are jointed together by the melted first solder sheet and the melted second solder sheet.
Valve removal method of fluid pipeline structure, fluid pipeline structure, and valve device
A valve removal method of a fluid pipeline structure, which removes an unnecessary portion of a valve device from a connection port portion side of a pipe without flow disruption in the fluid pipeline structure that detachably includes the valve device including a valve body, which is openable and closeable from a direction intersecting a flow path axis of a connection port portion, on the connection port portion side of the pipe connected to a fluid piping system includes a valve body fixing step of fixing the valve body at a closed valve position to the connection port portion side in a sealed manner; and a valve component removing step of removing other unnecessary valve components of the valve device in a state where the valve body which is fixed in a sealed manner is left on the connection port portion side.
Gate valve with disk replacement structure
Provided is a gate valve with a disk replacement structure. The gate valve is installed on a pipe, and comprises: a valve body having a blocking space formed therein, a pair of flange pipes formed to communicate with the blocking space, and a cover mounted on an upper side thereof to close the blocking space; a disk arranged in the blocking space to be lifted and provided with a mounting hole which is formed on an upper surface thereof and has a lifting nut therein; and an operating rod installed on the cover to lift the disk. An insertion hole is formed on the cover to penetrate the cover.
Trigger mechanism for a valve assembly
A valve assembly is provided, the valve assembly comprising a body that defines a fluid flow path between an inlet and an outlet with a frangible member between the inlet and the outlet across the fluid flow path so as to block fluid flow The valve assembly also includes a member for rupturing the frangible member, a spring biasing the rupturing member into contact with the frangible member and a member for retaining the rupturing member away from the frangible member. A magnet is spaced apart from the retaining member, and a non-magnetic sleeve is disposed between the magnet and the retaining member. The non-magnetic sleeve blocks a magnetic field provided by the magnet. Also included is a trigger for removing the non-magnetic sleeve, wherein, when the non-magnetic sleeve is removed, in use, the magnetic field attracts the retaining member to release the rupturing member to cause rupture of the frangible member.
Control Valve Compensation System
A control valve compensation system for producing both a pre-compensated and a post-compensated load sensing hydraulic directional control valve module, wherein both configurations use the same components except for a sliding compensating component. The control valve compensation system generally includes a hydraulic directional control valve housing which is adapted to be easily-interchangeable between a load sensing pre-compensated pressure configuration and a load sensing post-compensated pressure configuration by simply removing and replacing a different compensator assembly within the housing. The compensator assembly is adapted to direct oil flow through the housing while simultaneously providing compensation for the valve function. Directional valve assemblies may be provided, with the valve assemblies functioning to provide post-compensated functions, pre-compensated functions, and mixed pre- and post-compensated functions. These directional valve functions can be re-configured in the field by simply swapping the compensator assemblies to produce the desired functionality of the end-user at that particular time.
