VALVE CONTROL DEVICE
A valve control device configured such that a pressure measurement value of a chamber, a target pressure value of the chamber, and an opening degree measurement value of the vacuum valve are input to the valve control device and configured to control an opening degree of the vacuum valve based on a deviation between the pressure measurement value and the target pressure value, comprises: a storage storing a correlation between the opening degree of the vacuum valve and a conductance of a system including the vacuum valve; and a correction gain setting section obtaining, based on the correlation, a change rate of the conductance in association with an opening degree change at the input opening degree measurement value, thereby setting an inverse of the change rate as a correction gain. The opening degree of the vacuum valve is controlled based on the deviation and the correction gain.

VACUUM VALVE, VACUUM PUMP, AND VACUUM PUMPING SYSTEM
A vacuum valve connected to a vacuum pump, comprises: a valve plate to be openably/closably driven; a drive section configured to openably/closably drive the valve plate; a signal input section to which a pump information signal indicating an operation state of the vacuum pump is input; and a valve control section configured to control operation of the valve plate based on the input pump information signal.
Slide valve
A slide valve comprises: a casing having a pair of facing flow channels; a slide plate inserted into and removed from a space between the flow channels; and an annular sealing body slidingly moving in a facing direction of the flow channels inside the casing and coming into contact with the slide plate inserted between the flow channels to bring the slide valve into a closed state. A first sealing member sealing a gap between the sealing body and the inner peripheral wall surface is disposed on an inner peripheral surface of the annular sealing body and a second sealing member sealing a gap between the sealing body and the outer peripheral wall surface is formed on an outer peripheral surface of the annular sealing body.

Valve
A valve is described including a valve seat defining a first port and a second port and an angularly movable valve member having a first face and a second face. The valve member is movable between a closed position in which the first face thereof, or a valve element associated therewith, closes at least one of the ports and an open position. The valve member defines a first flow passage and a second flow passage, each flow passage communicating with a chamber defined, at least in part, by the second face of the valve member. At least the first flow passage defines or includes a flow director to impart a circumferential or tangential component to the fluid flow therethrough.
Valve device
A valve device including: a drive source; a base having a valve seat surface in which a fluid inflow hole and outflow hole are formed; a case body covering the valve seat surface-side of the base, and a valve chamber together with the base; a first valve body for opening and closing the outflow hole; and a second valve body for opening and closing the inflow hole is provided. The output part of the drive source, the first and second valve bodies are housed in the valve chamber. The first valve body is a substantially cylindrical member, one end surface of which is in sliding contact with the peripheral edge of the outflow hole in the valve seat surface, receives the driving force of the drive source and pivots such that the outflow hole is switched between a closed state and a fully or partially opened state.
Bleed valves for gas turbine engines
A bleed valve for a gas turbine engine compressor has a valve body and a flapper. The valve body defines a flow path and includes a flapper seat. The flow path extends through the valve body. The flapper is pivotally connected to the valve body and is movable between a closed position and an open position. In the closed position the flapper seats against the flapper seat and blocks the flow path. In the open position the flapper is angled towards the valve body inlet such that fluid moving through the valve body exerts force on the flapper, urging the flapper towards the closed position.

Apparatus for controlling a toilet system
A toilet system configured for operation on-board an aircraft includes, according to an implementation, a toilet bowl, a left side support bracket supporting the toilet bowl, a right side support bracket supporting the toilet bowl, a control box including a first set of pins, and a harness connector configured to electrically couple the toilet to the aircraft. The harness connector includes a set of pins, where the first set of pins of the control box are configured to be connected to the set of pins included in the harness connector, and the control box is configured to determine a platform of the aircraft based on the presence or absence of a pin in the set of pins included in the harness connector.
