A valve for a vacuum apparatus includes a first housing element and a second housing element wherein an outer chamber is defined by the first housing element and the second housing element. The first housing element has a first opening and the second housing element has a second opening in fluid communication with the first opening via the outer chamber. An inner chamber is defined by the first housing element and the second housing element wherein a membrane is disposed in the inner chamber. A sealing element is connected to the membrane and is moveable from a first position to a second position wherein in the first position the sealing element closes the first opening in a leak-tight manner and in the second position the sealing element opens the first opening to allow a gaseous medium to flow through the valve.

Flow Rate Control Valve

A relief valve includes: a housing having a hollow cylindrical valve chamber and having a first communication port opening on one end side of the valve chamber; a first valve element for opening and closing the first communication port; a first spring for biasing the first valve element in the closing direction; and a retainer having a spring seat for supporting the first spring. A set load of the first spring is adjusted based on the press-fit amount of the retainer with respect to the housing. A press-fit piece member including a plurality of press-fit pieces is formed in the retainer, such that the press-fit pieces of the press-fit member are arranged to be spaced away from each other in the circumferential direction of the retainer and elastically abut the housing.

CHECK VALVE, CHECK VALVE-EQUIPPED BRANCHING TOOL, AND CLEANER DEVICE

A branching tool serving as a check valve incorporated in a cleaner device includes: a main unit provided with an inflow channel and a first outflow channel; a sealing member that allows a flow of cleaning fluid from the inflow channel to the first outflow channel when the cleaner device is in operation and that is formed to seal a backflow of the cleaning fluid from the first outflow channel to the inflow channel when the cleaner device is not in operation; and a lid member that is combined with the main unit so as to form a housing chamber for the sealing member. The lid member has a communication hole that allows the housing chamber to communicate with the outside. The lid member or the main unit is provided with a water receiving recess arranged around the communication hole.

FLUID FLOW DEVICE

A device for controlling the flow of fluid through a conduit from an upstream side of the device to a downstream side of the device. The device includes a valve seat mounted on a casing that defines a valve aperture, a mounting member arranged on the downstream side of the valve aperture; a valve member mounted on the mounting member. The valve member is arranged to selectively open and close the valve aperture thereby controlling the flow of the fluid through the valve aperture. A seal retaining member is arranged adjacent the valve seat and, with the valve seat, defines a seal retaining groove. A compliant seal within the seal retaining groove seals the valve aperture when the valve member is moved to close the valve aperture.

Inflation valve for tubeless tires

A tire inflation valve having anti-rotation features has an external valve seat, and includes a valve body, a valve stem extending through the length of the valve body, and anti-rotation features disposed interior to the valve body. The valve stem is configured to move relative to the valve body, such that a resilient seating surface disposed at a proximal end of the valve stem is displaced relative to a valve seat formed by an exterior surface of a proximal end of the valve body. The anti-rotation features may include a complementary slot and protrusion, a keyway and complementary protruding ridge, and/or complementary channels and lateral protrusions.

Flap valve with improved retainer

A one-piece flap valve (150) comprising first and second portions hingedly connected to one another by a flexible strip, the first portion having a hingeable internal valve flap (152) and the second portion comprising an at least partially annular valve seat (154). The first and second portions being socket-fitted together by relative movement, such that the valve seat (54, 154) is spanned by the flap (152), the second portion comprising first and second legs (121a, 121b) having first and second locking lugs (127a, 127b) extending radially outwardly therefrom, the locking lugs for location within locking apertures (125a, 125b) of a tube body (10) of a dispenser. The flap valve (150) comprising a retaining mechanism configured and arranged such that once the flap valve is installed in a tube body of a dispenser, the retaining mechanism resists against radially inward displacement of the first and second legs.

A check valve includes a housing defining an inlet, an outlet, a passage between the inlet and outlet, and a sealing surface along the passage. A piston member is disposed about a longitudinal axis and has a sealing face disposed perpendicular to the longitudinal axis and a circular groove defined therein extending inward from the sealing face. An O-ring is disposed in the groove. A biasing member exerts a biasing force on the piston and thus forces the O-ring into sealing engagement with the sealing surface of the housing. The piston member is moveable from a first position in which the O-ring is sealingly engaged with the sealing surface of the housing and thus the outlet is sealed from the inlet, and a second position in which the O-ring is spaced from the sealing surface of the housing and thus the outlet is not sealed from the inlet.

Check valve insert defining an open position and check valves having same

Check valve inserts define a valve seat for an open position of a check valve and have an outer support seatable in an internal chamber of the check valve and have an inner annular ring spaced radially inward from the outer support by a rib that angles axially toward a central longitudinal axis to position an upper surface of the inner annular ring a distance axially beyond an upper surface of the outer support. Check valves have a housing defining an inlet port, an outlet port, and a chamber in fluid communication with the inlet and outlet ports, have the check valve insert seated with the chamber, and have a seal disc moveable within the chamber between the open position defined by the inner annular ring of the check valve insert and a closed position. The seal disc is translatable in response to a pressure difference across the seal disc.

BIDIRECTIONAL VENT VALVE, BATTERY, AND ELECTRICAL DEVICE

This application discloses a bidirectional vent valve, a battery, and an electrical device. The bidirectional vent valve includes: a valve seat, where the valve seat is configured to form a gas duct, and the gas duct includes a first end and a second end; a bidirectional valve assembly, where the bidirectional valve assembly is movably disposed in the gas duct, and is configured to open or close the gas duct through movement relative to the gas duct; and a first elastic component, configured to exert a force on the bidirectional valve assembly to close the air duct, and, when an air pressure difference between the first end and the second end of the gas duct is greater than a first threshold, the bidirectional valve assembly is configured to overcome the force of the first elastic component to open the gas duct.

Valve arrangement, in particular a reflux valve with a pressed-in ball holder

A valve arrangement to allow a fluid flow in a first direction and block it in a second direction opposite the first direction. The valve arrangement includes: a fluid channel, a valve seat and a closing body arranged in the fluid channel. The closing body prevents fluid flow in the second direction when resting against the valve seat and allows fluid flow in the first direction when the closing body is lifted off the valve seat; a closing body holder in the fluid channel configured to restrict movement of the closing body in the first direction when the closing body is lifted off the valve seat. The closing body holder held on an inner circumferential wall of the fluid channel in a frictional fit and/or movable in the first direction in a position in which the closing body holder is held on an inner circumferential wall of the fluid channel.
