The tubular section has formed therein a first through-hole communicating with a second hole connected to the first hole.

Auto-switching tee joint, device and method for washing and drying clamps

The present disclosure discloses an auto-switching tee joint, including a transitional tube, a first inlet tube, a second inlet tube and an outlet tube. The first inlet tube and the second inlet tube are disposed at two ends of the transitional tube, and the outlet tube is connected at a side wall of the transitional tube. In the transitional tube, there is provided with a switching ball which is movable freely. Both the first inlet tube and the second inlet tube have a bell-mouth which faces the transitional tube. The switching ball has a diameter larger than a minimum inner diameter of the bell-mouth and larger than an inner diameter of the outlet tube. The present disclosure further provides a device for washing and drying clamps which adopts the above auto-switching tee joint and can accomplish the washing and drying of clamps, save costs and improve working efficiency.

An expansion valve includes: a body having an insertion hole in a partition separating a first passage from a second passage; a power element configured to generate a drive force for opening or closing a valve section; a shaft extending through the insertion hole and configured to transmit the drive force to a valve element; a vibration-proof spring coaxially supporting the shaft and biasing the shaft radially inward to apply a sliding resistance thereto; and a flexible O-ring supported by one of an inner surface of the support part defining the insertion hole and an outer surface of the shaft and being in close contact with the other thereof. The O-ring, sliding portions of the shaft and the support part, and the vibration-proof spring are arranged in this order from a first passage side toward a second passage side in an axial direction of the shaft.

Ball float vent valve

A ball float vent valve includes a valve body having an inlet port, an outlet port and an axial passageway there-between. The passageway may be defined by a cylindrical inlet chamber, a cylindrical outlet chamber and a tapered seat connecting the inlet chamber and outlet chamber. The outlet chamber may include an annular retaining groove proximate the outlet port. A spherical float may be positioned in the outlet chamber. The float may be dimensioned to seal the passageway when seated on the tapered seat. A retainer positioned in the retaining groove may include an outer crescent region having a plurality of apertures, a center region dimensioned to retain the float in the outlet chamber, and a linking region connecting the outer region to the center region.

A non-return valve assembly for a high-pressure fuel injection system is disclosed. The valve comprises a valve chamber defined in part by a first body and in part by a second body and defining a valve chamber wall, an inlet passage formed in the first body and opening into the valve chamber at a valve seat defined by the first body, an outlet passage, and a valve ball received within the valve chamber and engageable with the valve seat so as to interrupt fluid flow from the outlet passage to the inlet passage through the valve chamber. The valve chamber wall comprises a plurality of guide portions to guide the valve ball in substantially linear movement within the valve chamber.

A fluid control device comprises includes: a joint block defining a fluid flow path open to an upper surface thereof, and which has an engaging portion on the bottom surface side thereof; a support member having a guide portion which restrains the joint block on the upper surface while permitting the joint block to move in longitudinal direction; and a fluid device fixed to the upper surface of the joint block. The support member is provided with at least one plunger such that the tip end portion protrudes from the upper surface of the support member. A recess is provided in the bottom surface of the joint block, and the recess engages with the tip end portion of the plunger to set the position of the joint block in the longitudinal direction.

A pressure relief valve (PRV) is provided. The PRV includes a first housing part and a second housing part. The first housing part includes first major and minor surfaces and a first deformed corner at an intersection of the first major and minor surfaces. The second housing part includes second major and minor surfaces and a second deformed corner at an intersection of the second major and minor surfaces. The first and second housing parts are disposed with the first and second minor surfaces facing oppositely at a distance to define a metering hole. The first and second deformed corners are deformed by a coining ball to cooperatively form a coined seat at the metering hole for seating and re-seating a sealing ball. The first and second deformed corners have respective radii of curvatures resulting from deformation which are larger than that of the sealing ball.

APPARATUSES AND METHODS USING HIGH PRESSURE DUAL CHECK VALVE

Apparatuses and methods related to a high pressure fluid processing device having a dual check valve setup that can be quickly and easily maintained with replacement parts are disclosed herein. In a general example embodiment, a high pressure processing device includes a body including a first surface having a first recess, a second surface having a second recess, and a third surface having a third recess, a first subassembly at least partially inserted into the first recess of the body, the first subassembly including a first check valve, a second subassembly at least partially inserted into the second recess of the body, the second subassembly including a second check valve, and a third subassembly at least partially inserted into the third recess of the body, the third subassembly coupling the body to a fluid driving mechanism, wherein the first subassembly, second subassembly and third subassembly are configured to be independently attachable to and detachable from the first recess, second recess and third recess, respectively.
