TOOL AND METHOD FOR ACTUATING A VALVE AND METHOD FOR MAKING THE TOOL
Various non-limiting embodiments of a tool for actuating a valve, a method for making a tool for actuating a valve, and a method for actuating a valve, are provided. In one example, the tool includes a shaft defining a longitudinal axis and configured to transfer force to the valve for actuating the valve. A body has a wall surrounding a portion of the shaft. The wall defines a track that is formed therein and that has a track section substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis. A positive feature is coupled to the shaft and disposed in the track. The shaft is slidingly coupled to the body and when a force is applied to the shaft in a direction aligned with the longitudinal axis, the shaft moves relative to the body and the positive feature moves through the track section that restricts the shaft from being rotated about the longitudinal axis.
MANUAL VALVE DEVICE AND FLUID CONTROL DEVICE
To provide a manual valve device suitable for a miniaturized and integrated fluid control system, the manual valve device includes a casing having a tubular shape and incorporating a drive mechanism, an operation member for activating the drive mechanism, and a cam part that converts a force acting on the operation member into a driving force of the drive mechanism. The manual valve device further includes a protective cover provided on an upper end side of the casing and covering at least a portion of the operation member. The operation member includes an attaching part that allows removable attaching of an auxiliary tool for causing a force required for activation of the drive mechanism to act on the operation member. The protective cover is formed so as to allow access to the attaching part of the operation member by the auxiliary tool.
Opening and Closing Valve
In an opening and closing valve of the invention, an operation dial 6 and a valve body housed in a main body 2 are connected by a rotary shaft 3, and a regulation member 4 having a first fitting hole 422 engaging with a fitter 33 in the rotary shaft 3 is disposed in a housing space 25 of the main body 2. When a second fitting hole 621 in the operation dial 6 is released from the fitter 33 in the closed state, the first fitting hole 422 is fitted into the fitter 33 to regulate the rotation, or when the second fitting hole 621 is fitted into the fitter 33, the first fitting hole 422 is released from the fitter 33 to achieve the rotation.
Valve with self-locking function
The invention relates to a valve, in particular to a valve with self-locking function which comprises a valve body, a valve element, a valve control assembly, an upper locking assembly and a lower locking assembly; the valve body comprises an upper box body, a lower box body, a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe; the lower end of the upper box body is fixedly connected and communicated with the lower box body, the left end of the lower box body is fixedly connected with the water inlet pipe, and the right end of the lower box body is fixedly connected with the water outlet pipe.
SOLENOID ADAPTER
An adapter is provided for a solenoid of a valve. The adapter provides a radial seal and enables manually bleeding by rotating the solenoid. The adapter includes two primary components with a one-way locking engagement between them that can be manually reversed for service of the adapter and the solenoid.
Adapter for bottom outlet valve
According to certain embodiments, an adapter assembly for a bottom outlet valve comprises an apparatus configured to be coupled to a stem of the bottom outlet valve of the railroad car. The stem of the bottom outlet valve is aligned generally with a longitudinal axis of the railroad car. The apparatus comprises a coupler configured to be coupled to the stem of the bottom outlet valve and a primary gear coupled to the coupler. The primary gear is configured to be coupled to a handle assembly extending from either side of the railroad car. The handle assembly is configured to operate the bottom outlet valve.
UNIQUE BRACKET COUPLING FOR ROTARY VALVE
One implementation of the present disclosure is an actuator mounting assembly. The actuator mounting assembly includes a bracket and a coupling member. The bracket defining a central opening extending therethrough. The bracket includes an actuator end and a valve end. The actuator end includes an actuator interface member. The valve end includes a plurality of legs extending away from the actuator end. The coupling member is at least partially disposed within the central opening. The coupling member includes a valve stem end configured to engage a valve stem and a driver end configured to engage an actuator drive member.
Aerosol dispensing cap for automated installation
An apparatus for dispensing pressurized air and/or tire sealant from a pressurized can. The apparatus comprising a nozzle and a locking element for the nozzle and/or a cap including a free length of hose that is positioned within the cap. The locking element locks the nozzle in the non-dispensing position for safety during non-use or in a dispensing position for ease of use. The hose provides an extension for the nozzle for hard to reach places, and stores fully wound within the cap, such as along the inner circumference of the cap.
Safety faucet for hot water
A safety faucet has a safety button which is positioned in front of a lever and slidingly moves in the front/back direction, and when the safety button is pressed, a cap contacting part on the lower end of the safety button rotates while forming a support point with respect to the upper surface of an upper cap; and has a fixed pin, which passes through an insertion groove formed on the upper end of an operation shaft, fixed together with the body of the lever, thereby preventing the lever from shaking left and right.
Pressurized fluid dispensing valve and device
A self-sealing valve device includes a main body defining a cavity; an actuating control; a valve body in connection with a plunger in the cavity of the main body; an elongate protrusion extending from the valve body; a collar forming a channel sized for friction fit receipt of the valve body, and wherein the lower end of the collar defines a perimeter zone including first and second capture regions; the valve body being rotatably movable by twisting the actuating control such that the elongate protrusion may be selectively positioned in one of the first and second capture regions; and wherein the first capture region defines a locked configuration wherein the actuating control cannot actuate the flow of the stored fluid and the second capture region defines an unlocked configuration wherein the actuating control may be selectively operated to actuate the flow of the stored fluid.
