Cleaning device, sensor cleaning module, vehicle, and method for operating a cleaning device
A cleaning device for a vehicle provides a liquid cleaning pulse and/or a compressed air cleaning pulse for a cleaning nozzle. The cleaning device includes a module compressed air connection for receiving compressed air and a pressure cylinder with a cylinder volume. A movable separator divides the cylinder volume into a compressed air receiving chamber and a cleaning liquid receiving chamber in a fluid tight manner. The air chamber has an air chamber connection which can be supplied with compressed air. Contraction of the liquid chamber occurs when filling the air chamber by moving the separator against a restoring force. A switching valve establishes a pneumatic connection between the module compressed air connection and the air chamber connection. A bypass valve establishes a pneumatic connection between the module compressed air connection and the compressed air nozzle line while bypassing the switching valve for providing a bypass compressed air flow.
Backflow prevention assembly having a cartridge with dual zone testing
A backflow prevention assembly includes a body forming two buckets, wherein flow passes through the body from an inlet to an outlet along an axis and consecutively through each of the buckets. A single zone test cover encloses a first of the buckets to form a single zone chamber. A dual zone test cover encloses a second of the buckets with a dual zone cartridge assembly therein. The dual zone test cover has two test cocks. The dual zone cartridge assembly includes a frame having a valve seat, wherein the frame includes a lumen providing fluid communication from a dual zone chamber upstream of the valve seat to a first of the two test cocks of the dual zone test cover, and wherein the second of the two test cocks of the dual zone test cover is in fluid communication with the dual zone chamber downstream of the valve seat.
Telescoping spring retention assembly for a check valve
A valve assembly with a spring retention assembly including an elongated cylinder portion having an open threaded end and a closed end and an elongated piston portion having a free end and a threaded tab end configured to thread through the open threaded end and, thereby, be slideably captured in the cylinder portion. A spring couples to the body portion and the piston portion to provide a force to urge the body portion and the piston away from one another, wherein the closed end and the free end are similarly shaped so that the spring retention assembly can be reversibly mounted to a valve member that can also be reversibly mounted.
Schrader Valve Adapter and Optimizer
A Schrader valve adapter and optimizer engages an HVAC flare fitting and includes an adjustment collar that controls the insertion depth of the core depressor enabling the technician to avoid blow outs and compensate for Schrader valve cores that are set at maximum insertion depth.
Electromagnetically activated rising stem valve
An electromagnetic rising stem valve includes a stopper configured to block flow of fluid within a pipe. The stopper is connected to a shaft configured to be rotated via an electromagnetic force generated between magnets attached to the outside of the shaft and magnets surrounding an outside surface of a section of the valve. The rising stem valve is further able to include a second shaft which is directly rotated by the electromagnetic force, to open, closed, and one or more semi-open positions, and which is coupled to the shaft connected to the stopper via gearing. Advantageously, the one or more shafts and any gearing is entirely contained within a gear housing, with the electromagnetic force being generated by interaction with magnets outside the housing entirely, preventing unwanted leakage of fluid from the pipe into the environment.
Electromagnetic Valve
Some embodiments of the present disclosure provide an electromagnetic valve. The electromagnetic valve includes: a valve cover and a valve core, the valve core being installed in the valve cover; a first sealing structure and a sealing sleeve, the sealing sleeve being installed at one end of the valve cover, and the first sealing structure being arranged at an end of the sealing sleeve close to the valve cover and forms a valve port; and a driving assembly, the driving assembly driving the valve core to move along an axial direction to open or close the valve port, there is a hardness difference between a part matched with the valve core on the first sealing structure and the valve core. The present disclosure solves the problem of medium leakage at the valve port easily occurring when a valve core blocks a valve port in the art known to inventors.
Electromagnetic valve unit
An electromagnetic valve unit held so as to be sandwiched between a receiving portion of a housing portion of control equipment and a pressing member includes a shoulder portion to be opposed to the receiving portion of the housing portion and an annular elastic member provided with a protruded portion to be inserted into a recessed portion formed at the shoulder portion. The annular elastic member is further provided with an annular deformation portion that is deformable in the axial direction so as not to press the protruded portion in the axial direction.
VALVE
An assembly for a pressure relief valve includes a valve seat member, a piston and a fluid outlet. The valve seat member includes a fluid inlet, a seat sealing surface and an axial bore. The axial bore includes a first cavity and a second cavity. The seat sealing surface is disposed axially between the first cavity and the second cavity and the fluid inlet is disposed axially between the seat sealing surface and the second cavity. The piston is movable within the axial bore. The piston includes a piston sealing surface, a first cylindrical portion and a second cylindrical portion. The first cylindrical portion configured to be retained by and slidably engage with the first cavity and the second cylindrical portion configured to be retained by and slidably engage with the second cavity. The piston sealing surface is disposed axially between the first cylindrical portion and the second cylindrical portion.
High-pressure valve cartridge
Disclosed herein are components, systems, and methods to improve performance and maintenance of high-pressure fluid systems, such as waterjet cutting systems. Specifically, embodiments of a valve cartridge are disclosed that include a pre-assembled body such that the valve cartridge is able to be inserted into a valve body of a valve assembly without the need for additional assembly or adjustment of the components of the valve cartridge, for example the poppet assembly of the valve cartridge.
