Adjustable bracket and hub for flexible hose support
An adjustable bracket includes a first bracket portion with a first leg and a first bar element, a second bracket portion with a second leg and a second bar element, and a hub assembly supported on at least one of the first and second bracket portions. The hub assembly can be configured to couple a flexible hose to the adjustable bracket. The first bar element can be telescopically received by the second bar element so that a distance between the first and second legs is selectively adjustable. A fastener can fix the first and second bar elements in a desired relationship. The hub assembly can include first and second support members that are pivotably connected to rotate between open and closed positions. The second support member may have a slot that allows the second support member to rotate and move laterally with respect to the first support member.
SEISMIC CLAMP FOR NON-STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS IN A BUILDING
A seismic clamp for securing a utility pipe to a rigid rod includes a pipe holder that secures the utility pipe to the seismic clamp. A rod fitting secures the rigid rod to the seismic clamp so that the rigid rod extends transverse to the utility pipe. A spacer is disposed between the holder and the rod fitting. The spacer inhibits the rigid rod from contacting the utility pipe when the utility pipe is secured to the seismic clamp, and the rigid rod is secured to the seismic clamp.
BRACE CLAMP FOR SWAY BRACE PIPE
A brace clamp includes a first jaw; a second jaw pivotably coupled to the first jaw, wherein a clamp channel is defined between the first jaw and the second jaw, the clamp channel configured to receive a sway brace pipe therethrough; and a clamp fastener coupled to the first jaw; w the brace clamp is configurable in a disengaged configuration and an engaged configuration; and wherein, in the disengaged configuration, the first jaw is pivoted away from the second jaw and the clamp fastener is disengaged from the second jaw, and in the engaged configuration, the first jaw is pivoted towards the second jaw and the clamp fastener is engaged with the second jaw.
A FASTENER ASSEMBLY
Disclosed is a fastener assembly (100) for use with a generally elongate member (1) having formed therein a plurality of recesses (10), the fastener assembly (100) comprising: an engaging member (2A, 2B), having a generally tapered portion, arranged to receive the generally elongate member (1); a container (3, 203, 303, 403, 503) arranged to substantially enclose the engaging member (2A, 2B); and a retaining member (4) for securing the engaging member (2A, 2B) and container (3, 203, 303, 403, 503) on the generally elongate member (1), wherein the generally tapered portion of the engaging member (2A, 2B) has at least one projection (20) arranged, in use, to enter at least one of the plurality of recesses (10) of the generally elongate member (1).
Bracket for fixing reducer in fire sprinkler
Disclosed is a bracket for fixing a reducer in a fire sprinkler, the bracket including: a main body part provided with a cutaway seat for allowing the reducer to be seated therein; and a coupling part openably coupled with the main body part, formed with a groove at a side thereof to lock the reducer seated in the cutaway seat of the main body part, and configured to lock and release the reducer seated in the cutaway seat of the main body part by being opened and closed, wherein an edge of the cutaway seat of the main body part is provided with a main body part wing to increase a contact area with the reducer seated in the cutaway seat, and an edge of the groove of the coupling part is provided with a coupling part wing to increase the contact area with the reducer.
MODULAR PIPE RACK SYSTEM
An apparatus for supporting one or more pipes is disclosed. The apparatus includes a first tower, a second tower, and each tower includes four vertical columns, and a first set of horizontal beams. Each beam is configured to span and connect two of the vertical columns via biaxial moment connecting collars. The towers are aligned to support a first pipe on beams from both towers along a primary pipe support axis, and none of the columns in the first tower is connected to a column of the second tower by a biaxial moment connecting collar.
Beam Clamp
A beam clamp can include side walls configured to receive a beam, and cross-walls that extend between the side walls. A first cross-wall can include a first threaded opening to receive a threaded rod along a first axis and a second threaded opening to receive a set screw. A second cross-wall can include a third opening aligned with the first threaded opening along the first axis.
Hose holder system and related methods
A hose holder system includes a rigid holder having a substantially vertical section and a substantially horizontal section. A flexible sling movably couples with the substantially horizontal section and includes a first flap and a second flap. A hose couples with the rigid holder through the sling, the hose coupled between the first flap and second flap, the sling supporting a portion of the hose in a position substantially parallel with the substantially horizontal section of the rigid holder. A swiveling base is coupled with the rigid holder and includes an opening therethrough through which the hose passes substantially perpendicularly. In implementations the hose holder system is configured to allow the hose to contact no rigid element of the hose holder system between the opening and a dispenser during use. The hose may enter the sling at an about 90 degree angle and exit at an about 30-35 degree angle.
