JOINT UNIT AND METHOD FOR ASSEMBLING JOINT UNIT
Provided is joint unit having a resin tube, a joint structure, and a nut, the joint structure has a guide part that guides the outer circumferential face of the resin tube, a protrusion that forms an insertion groove between the guide part and the protrusion, and a fixing part that fixes the resin tube inserted in the insertion groove, the tip of the protrusion is located closer to a main body than the tip of the guide part, the nut has a recessed part having an inner diameter greater than a first outer diameter of the guide part and smaller than a second outer diameter of the fixing part, and the tip of the fixing part in contact with the recessed part bites into the outer circumferential face of the resin tube in a state where the nut is fastened to the joint structure.
HOSE JOINT
A joint is used to connect two hoses to each other without having to rotate the hoses relative to each other. The joint includes two connectors, an adapter and a ring. Each of the connectors is connected to one of the hoses. The first connector is connected to the adapter while the ring is located between a section of the first connector and a portion of the adapter longitudinally while the ring is allowed to rotate relative to the combination of the first connector with the adapter. The ring is engaged with and disengaged from the second connector by rotating the ring relative to the second connector.
Compression fitting with visual torque indicator
A tubing nut fastener having elements that are partially rotatable with respect to each other. In between the rotatable elements, engagement members (e.g., balls) are captured within interior channels. The partially rotatable elements include permanent markings or other non-removable visual indicators, which varies spatially depending on whether the tubing nut fastener is in a torqued state or an un-torqued state, thereby providing a visual indication of the status of the tubing nut fastener.
PIPE JOINT DEVICE
A pipe joint device includes a nut defining a threaded hole and including an inward flange that defines a through hole and that has a shoulder surface facing the threaded hole, a tube body having inner and outer end portions, and a stopper detachably sleeved on the tube body. The inner end portion extends through the through hole, has an inner end surface and an outer peripheral surface connected to the inner end surface and formed with an external thread. The stopper has opposite first and second abutment surfaces and an inner surface formed with an internal thread threadedly engaging the external thread. The inner end portion further extends through the stopper, such that the second abutment surface faces and abuts against the annular shoulder and the first abutment surface is disposed not farther away from the outer end portion than the inner end surface.
Fluid fitting
A fluid fitting includes a nut, a sleeve, and a union. The union and the nut may include corresponding stops and corresponding markings. Corresponding stops and corresponding marking may engage with each other when the nut is sufficiently connected with the union. A method of connecting a fitting includes connecting a sleeve of the fitting with a nut of the fitting, connecting the nut with a union, rotating at least one of the nut and the union until a stop of the nut engages a stop of the union, restricting over torque via the stop of the nut and the stop of the union, and verifying a sufficient connection if first markings of the nut align with second markings of the union.
FLOWLINE QUICK CONNECTOR ASSEMBLY
In some implementations, a flowline connector assembly may include a first flowline member having a first cylindrical passageway, and a second flowline member having a second cylindrical passageway. The flowline connector assembly may include a pin, configured to be inserted into the first cylindrical passageway and the second cylindrical passageway, including a stop extending radially outward from an outer surface of the pin, where a first side of the stop is configured to contact a face of the first flowline member when the pin is inserted into the first cylindrical passageway. The flowline connector assembly may include a collar configured for threaded engagement at a first end with an outer surface of the first flowline member, wherein an inner surface of the collar is configured to contact a second side of the stop to connect the first flowline member with the second flowline member.
RISER SUPPORT ASSEMBLY
A riser support assembly includes a riser support pipe comprising a sidewall defining a first end, a second end opposite the first end, and an intermediate portion extending therebetween, the intermediate portion configured to extend through an elevated support structure; and a mount extending from the sidewall, the mount configured to engage a mounting surface of the elevated support structure to support the riser support assembly on the mounting surface.
Nut and line connection
A nut, in particular a union nut for a line connection, extends along a longitudinal direction, wherein the nut has at least one expansion region. The expansion region has circumferentially one or more recesses which extend transversely and/or obliquely to the longitudinal direction.
Adjustable riser support assembly
Example aspects of riser support assembly and a riser system are disclosed. The riser support assembly can comprise a riser support pipe comprising a cylindrical sidewall defining a first end, an opposing second end, and an intermediate portion extending therebetween; and a mount defining an arm and a pedestal, the arm extending from the intermediate portion of the cylindrical sidewall, the pedestal extending from the arm distal to the riser support pipe, the pedestal configured to engage a mounting surface.
HOSE JOINT SLEEVE AND HOSE JOINT WITH THE SAME
Problem to be solved is to fasten a flexible hose to a nipple so as to prevent the flexible hose from slipping off by coupling a plurality of belt-like bodies divided in the same shape. A hose joint sleeve of the present invention includes a sleeve main body that is deformable in a radial direction and is provided to hold a flexible hose between the sleeve main body and a nipple of a hose joint, the hose joint sleeve being configured to press and tighten the flexible hose toward an outer peripheral surface of the nipple with radial contraction and deformation of the sleeve main body.
