A diesel exhaust fluid transfer circuit providing a fluid transfer connector for securely connecting a port fitting of a diesel exhaust fluid device to a diesel exhaust fluid hose. The fluid transfer connector comprises an attachment nut attachable to a port fitting of the diesel exhaust fluid device. The fluid transfer connector further comprises a hose adapter including a fluid conduit and an annular wiper seal coaxially aligned with the fluid conduit. With the attachment nut attached to the port fitting, the fluid conduit is slidable over the port fitting and connectable to the attachment nut, and the annular wiper seal wipes any residue on the port fitting as the fluid conduit is slid over the port fitting.

The ends of the tip portion and inner layer together define a substantially flat surface which can form a seal in a flat-bottomed port of a component such as may be found in any one of a number of components in an analytical instrument system, including for example a liquid chromatography system. The nut, tube, ferrule, and transfer tube or liner tube may comprise biocompatible materials. In addition, the nut may have a slot, such as a slot adapted to allow the tube and the nut to be easily and quickly separated or to allow a portion of the tube to be easily and quickly inserted in the nut.

High pressure fitting for supercritical fluid chromatography

Described is a mobile phase fitting having reduced corrosion and erosion. The fitting includes a coupling body, compression screw, compression member and gasket. The coupling body has a threaded bore at one end, a tapered cavity, a narrow bore and a fluid channel. The compression screw has an axial bore to receive a tube and a threaded outer surface in engagement with the threaded bore of the coupling body. The compression member is disposed in the tapered cavity and has an axial opening to pass the tube and a tapered surface to engage a surface of the tapered cavity. The gasket is disposed in the narrow bore and has one surface in contact with the first internal surface and has a parallel surface to receive an end face of the tube. Mobile phase flows along a path that includes the tube, an opening in the gasket and the fluid channel.
