Connecting Arrangement and Press Ring for A Connecting Arrangement
The invention relates to a connecting arrangement having a connecting piece (2) and a hose (3), wherein the hose (3) is pushed with one hose end (5) onto the connecting piece (2). In order to be able to ensure secure retention even during tool-free mounting, a press ring (4) is arranged at the hose end (5), surrounding the hose (3) on the outside, wherein the press ring (4) is retained on the hose end (5) by a friction fit. The invention further relates to a respective press ring.
Hose connector and automotive component part incorporated with hose connector
Provided is a hose connector that is protected from inadvertent disconnection, and permits any problem with the hose connection to be readily detected. The hose connector (10) includes a connector main body (12), and a lock member (14) fitted on the connector main body. When the lock member (14) is displaced to a locked position, an annular reduced diameter portion (42) of the lock member (14) approaches an annular enlarged diameter portion (24) of the connector main body (12) so that these two portions clamp the wall of the hose. The lock member (12) is held in the locked position by a second engagement portion (38) formed in the inner circumferential surface of the lock member (12) engaging the connector main body (12). When the lock member (14) placed in the locked position is subjected to a twisting force exceeding a prescribed value, a frangible part (49) provided between the second engagement portion (38) and the annular reduced diameter portion (42) fractures, but the connection of the hose is maintained because the second engagement portion supports the annular reduced diameter portion from the rear via the frangible part (49).
Hose and hose accessories having charcoal-infused water contacting surface
Activated charcoal is infused in the material of at least a portion of one component amongst a hose accessory (e.g., a nozzle), an inner flow conductor (e.g., tube) of a hose, and a hose connector for connecting the hose to the accessory or a water source, to convey, to the component, an adsorption property to adsorb undesirable components in water contacting the component.
HOSE CONNECTION
The invention relates to a hose connector (1) having a sleeve-shaped union nut (2) which (2) surrounds a sleeve-shaped connector part (3) that (3) is connected to a hose end (4) of a flexible hose line (5) and that (3) has, at its end region oriented away from the hose end (4), an annular flange (6) which (6) bears rotatably against an annular shoulder (7) of a circumferential wall (8), and having at least one sealing ring (9) which is held in a retaining groove (10) provided on the outer circumferential side of the connector part (3) and radially seals an annular gap provided between the connector part (3) and the circumferential wall (8). The hose connector (1) according to the invention is distinct by the fact that, between the connector part (3) and the circumferential wall (8), there is provided a clearance that is dimensioned such that the connector part (3) and the circumferential wall (8) can be tilted with respect to one another (see FIG. 1).
DEVICE FOR HOSE FITTING
A system for coupling at least one flexible hose is provided that includes first and second annular connecting elements. In a system mounting position, the second element is inserted partially into the flexible hose and the first element is mounted on the second element to compress the flexible hose. The first element includes a tubular body, and a proximal end having an annular part. The tubular body is divided from the annular part by axially extending openings that form at least two hooking portions with hook-shaped ends. The second element includes a first sealing projection and a second retaining projection formed beyond the first sealing projection. The second projection cooperates with the hooking portions. More specifically, the annular part comprises an annular inner protrusion to form a constriction between a bottom and top of the sealing projection side facing the said first end of the second element.
CLAMPING DEVICE FOR CONNECTING HOSE BARBS
A clamping device for fluidically and mechanically connecting two hose barbs. The clamping device includes a seal and a locking mechanism, wherein the locking mechanism can be transferred from a mounting condition to an assembled condition. In the mounting condition, the hose barbs can be inserted into the clamping device, while in the assembled condition, those hose barbs are locked in place in a position in which free ends of the hose barbs face each other and a seal coaxially aligns and fluid-tightly connects the free ends.
Pipe connection mechanism, refrigeration system having the same, and refrigeration appliance
The utility model discloses a pipe connection mechanism, a refrigeration system having the same, and a refrigeration appliance. The pipe connection mechanism is used for connecting a flexible pipe and a rigid pipe, and includes: a joint pipe and a sleeve sleeving the flexible pipe, wherein the joint pipe has a first pipe part fixedly connected to the rigid pipe, and a second pipe part forward inserted into the flexible pipe and stretching the flexible pipe in an interference manner; and the sleeve backward sleeves the second pipe part and the sleeve and the second pipe part clamp and fix the flexible pipe together. The refrigeration system includes a rigid pipe and a flexible pipe which are fixedly connected in a fit manner through the pipe connection mechanism.
Clamping ring, sliding sleeve, arrangement, and method for producing a non-releasable connection
A clamping ring for a non-releasable workpiece connection includes an inner circumferential surface, an outer circumferential surface, a proximal end, and a distal end, said inner circumferential surface having a cylindrical design in at least some sections. A sliding sleeve for a non-releasable workpiece connection includes an inner circumferential surface, an outer circumferential surface, a proximal end, and a distal end. An arrangement for producing a non-releasable workpiece connection and a method for producing a non-releasable workpiece connection are provided.
CONTAINER STOPPER CAPABLE OF BEING RAPIDLY OPENED AND CLOSED
The invention discloses a container stopper capable of being rapidly opened and closed, comprising a columnar plug body, the plunger body includes a stopper rod, the bottom portion of the stopper rod is provided with a base, the shape and size of the base correspond to the shape and size of the straight section of the container mouth or the minimum cross section of the container, the upper part of the base is provided with an annular plug body, a foldable and deformable elastic seal cartridge is arranged between the annular plug body and the base, the annular plug body and the base can both move mutually along the axial direction of the container in the container mouth under the effect of an external force to press the elastic seal cartridge, and the seal ring and the base together form a sealing layer which realizes the rapid closing of the container.
