Spraygun with built-in quick-fit connector
A spray gun and a detachable liquid reservoir releasably attached to the spray gun by engagement of mateable, non-threaded formations provided on the spray gun and the reservoir. The spray gun has an integral connector boss with a socket for reception of a connector tube of the reservoir. The boss has an external flange at the distal end and the reservoir has hook members separate from the connector tube. The hook members are co-operable with the flange when the connector tube is received in the socket to secure releasably the reservoir to the spray gun. In another arrangement, the connector tube is an interference friction-fit in the socket to secure releasably the reservoir to the spray gun. In yet another arrangement, the connector tube has bayonet lugs co-operable with bayonet grooves in the wall of the socket when the connector tube is received in the socket to secure releasably the reservoir to the spray gun. In a still further arrangement, the reservoir has an integral spout received in the socket integral with the spray gun and provided with a helical projection co-operable with the underside of a radial lug externally of the socket to secure the reservoir.
Permanent quick connector and assembly therewith
A quick connector and assembly therewith is provided. The connector includes a housing having a tubular housing wall with an inner surface extending between open opposite ends with at least one locking opening extending through the wall. The inner surface bounds a through bore and forms a radially inwardly extending shoulder. A retaining member has an annular retainer wall with inner surface sized for receipt about at least a portion of the housing wall. The retainer wall has at least locking member resiliently biased radially inwardly for receipt through the opening of the housing wall in axially spaced relation from the shoulder by a gap, in which the annular collar of the insertion member is received and locked. The at least one locking member is restrained against substantial axial and rotational movement within the at least one opening, and thus, prevents unwanted removal of the insertion member from the housing.

Mating interface assembly between a dispenser hose and wash unit tub of a washer and dryer combination appliance
A laundry appliance including an appliance housing, a wash unit tub disposed inside the appliance housing, a drum rotatably supported within the wash unit tub, and a wash water dispenser assembly. A laundry compartment is provided inside the drum and the drum is rotatable about a drum axis. The wash water dispenser assembly includes a dispenser hose and a mating interface assembly. The dispenser hose includes a dispenser hose inlet and a dispenser hose outlet. The mating interface assembly connects the dispenser hose outlet to the wash unit tub. The mating interface assembly includes a tub port adapter on the tub sidewall that extends outwardly away from the drum axis to provide a mechanical connection with the dispenser hose outlet.

DEVICE FOR TRANSFERRING EXHAUST GAS BETWEEN A FRONT AND REAR CARRIAGE OF A MOBILE WORKING MACHINE SEPARATED BY AN ARTICULATED PIVOT JOINT
The present invention relates to a device for transferring exhaust gas between a front and rear carriage of a mobile working machine, in particular a dump truck, separated by an articulated pivot joint, which working machine has a pipe section, which is variable in it length, for conducting exhaust gas, a first flexible hose cooperating with a first end portion of the pipe section for introducing exhaust gas into the pipe section, and a second flexible hose cooperating with a second end portion of the pipe section for discharging exhaust gas from the pipe section. The device is characterized in that a first cardan shaft is provided in the first end portion, the distal end of which is configured to be rigidly attached to a fastening section of the front carriage or the rear carriage of the working machine, and a second cardan shaft is provided in the second end region.
PRESSURE REGULATED COUPLING MANIFOLD ASSEMBLY
A coupling manifold assembly has both regulated and unregulated flow orientations and includes a manifold body and a pressure regulator couplably received into the manifold body. The manifold body includes a pair of connection ports between which flow is movable through the manifold body, with the pressure regulator being received into a flow path between the connection ports. The pressure regulator is configured to regulate flow in a first direction between the connection ports and to allow for unregulated flow in an opposite second direction between the connection ports.

Pipe coupling
A female pipe coupling member includes a coupling body and a sleeve 138 disposed around a cylindrical peripheral wall portion of the coupling body. The sleeve has a locking element receiving hole extending therethrough from an inner peripheral surface to an outer peripheral surface. When the sleeve is in a locking element releasing position where the locking element receiving hole radially aligns with a locking element, the locking element is received in the locking element receiving hole to assume an unlocking position. The locking element receiving hole is configured to block the locking element from passing therethrough radially outward and thus holds the locking element in the unlocking position from outside.
TWO PART CLAMP AND CLAMPING MACHINE FOR AUTOMATICALLY CLAMPING CABLE AND WIRE LOOMS AND HARNESSES, PIPING AND HOSES, AND COILED ELECTRIC CORDS
The present invention relates to an apparatus and a system and method for clamping axially extending articles with a new type of two-part clamp comprising an interlocking upper and lower clamp with a feeding mechanism for successively and repeatedly clamping cable and wire looms and harnesses, pipe, nipples, and hoses, and coiled electric cords in an assembly line. A clamp and clamping device are proposed which can, with precise control and flexibility and variable positioning, successively and repeatedly clamp wire looms and cable harnesses, pipe, nipples, and hoses, and coiled electric cords using as required a pressure reading plate in the inner circumference of the clamp on a controlled computer feedback loop to control piston thrust for interlocking a male half clamp within a female-half clamp. A manual tool employing the same clamp halves is also described. The invention is for use in the automotive, boating, electronic, aerospace, and space industries.
