HYBRID THREAD GEOMETRY FOR THREADED FITTING
A threaded fitting comprising a first plurality of threads from a first end of the fitting to a transition thread and a second plurality of threads from the transition thread to a second end of the fitting. The first plurality of threads is configured to provide a labyrinth type seal minimizing the migration of at least dust and/or gases across a thick-walled enclosure. The second plurality of threads is configured to engage a lock-nut in thin-walled enclosures, or a plurality of pre-formed threads within an aperture of thick-walled enclosures, for minimizing the migration of at least fluids/water across one of the thin- or thick-walled enclosure. The first and second plurality of threads are serially-arranged and may be used either thin or thick-walled enclosures to retard a passage of at least one of either gas, fluid, dust and flame.
Body venting and sealing member
A system for sealed venting of a compartment includes a sealing member having a first body portion and a second body portion, an inner sealing member surface defining a central passage passing longitudinally from a first terminal end of the sealing member to a second terminal end of the sealing member, an outer sealing member surface defining an outer circumference of the sealing member, a sealing flange extending radially outward from the outer sealing member surface, and a channel including at least one stop surface. A securing member having a securing flange engages with the second body portion. The channel engages with the aperture defined in the body when the sealing member is inserted into and rotated in the aperture and the sealing flange and the securing flange seal the sealing member to the inner and outer surfaces of the body.
FITTING SECURING DEVICE FOR HYDRAULIC HOSE COUPLINGS, CONSTRUCTION MACHINE, AND METHOD
A fitting securing device for facilitated assembly and securing of hydraulic hose couplings, in particular for construction machines, with a holding device comprising a fitting receptacle for receiving a fitting of a first hose end, wherein the holding device includes an anti-rotation device which prevents rotation of the fitting of the first hose end about a flow axis in the fitting receptacle, wherein the fitting securing device includes an axial securing device which prevents displacement of the fitting of the first hose end along at least one direction of the flow axis in the fitting receptacle, and wherein the fitting receptacle penetrates the holding device such that a fitting of a second hose end can be coupled directly to the fitting of the first hose end secured in the fitting receptacle. The invention further relates to a method for assembling a fitting securing device.
Conduit Coupling Adapter
A conduit coupling adapter for securing attaching a conduit to an enclosure is disclosed. The conduit coupling adapter generally includes a first end for receiving a conduit and attaching to it via an adhesive, and a second end coupled to the second end comprises threads and is configured for attaching to an enclosure using a locknut.

A securing member having a securing flange engages with the second body portion. The channel engages with the aperture defined in the body when the sealing member is inserted into and rotated in the aperture and the sealing flange and the securing flange seal the sealing member to the inner and outer surfaces of the body.
Self locking and sealing pipe tapping means
The invention is a tapping assembly for use on a pipe or tank. It includes a hollow body that sits flush on the outer wall of the pipe or tank and includes a plurality of locking members that sit flush within the body and form a threaded portion into which a cap is insertable. Each locking member extends into the interior of the pipe or tank, and has an outwardly extending flanged portion that engages with the inner sidewall of the pipe or tank. When the cap is tightened against the body, it causes each of the locking member to retract, thereby causing the respective flange portions to lock the assembly against the pipe or tank wall. The assembly can be manufactured to provide either an orthogonal tap, or an angled tap, relative to the longitudinal axis of the pipe, or plane of the tank sidewall.

METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR HIGH PRESSURE SEALING
The present technology generally relates to devices, systems and methods for providing robust sealing between surfaces in a pressurized system, such as a chromatography system. In particular, the devices, systems and methods relate to compliant and resilient parts that can be reused and/or reinstalled while providing a pressure tight sealing surface even within a high pressure environment (e.g., 1000 psi or greater).
Side Entry Sub
A side entry sub has an elongated main body with a longitudinal bore and a side passage intersecting the longitudinal bore. A removable hub has a nose portion which threadably engages mating threads in the side passage, with a resilient seal on the nose portion providing a fluid seal with the main body. The threads are formed such that a flange on the hub advances into contact with the main body with a desired contact force as holes in the flange come into alignment with threaded holes in the main body. Threaded flange bolts through the flange holes engage the threaded holes in the main body. Locking washers, preferably NORD-LOCK brand locking washers, are used on the flange bolts. The removable hub is structurally connected to the main body by the threaded connection and contact of the flange with the main body, and pressure- and fluid-sealed by the resilient seal.
