DEVICE INTEGRATING CRUSHING, PULPING AND ENZYME DEACTIVATION OF FRUITS
The invention relates to a device integrating crushing, pulping and enzyme deactivation of fruits, comprising a spiral feeder, a crashing cavity and a drive motor. The spiral feeder is disposed above the crushing cavity. The crushing cavity consists of an inner crushing cavity and an outer crushing cavity. The inner crushing cavity is internally provided with crushing blades and a comb-like cylindrical stator. The crushing blades are formed with a plurality of steam outlets. The outer crushing cavity is internally provided with a ring steam pipe. The ring steam pipe is also formed with steam outlets on the lower side. The outer crushing cavity is provided with a discharge hole. The device integrating crushing, pulping and enzyme deactivation of fruits completes enzyme deactivation and pulping at the same time, has a large production capacity and a high efficiency, and can meet requirements of industrial production.
Juice extractor with cleaning feature
A food preparation appliance including a housing containing a sieve having an inner perforated surface for extracting fruits and vegetables into liquids and solid particles, a source of rotatable power for rotating the sieve, and a manually operated cleaning device for removing pulp of food particles from the perforated surface of the sieve. The cleaning device includes a cleaning implement having a first position normally biased into a non-engaged position from the perforated surface and a second position when the cleaning device is operated to an engaged position against the perforated surface. The cleaning implement is biased against the perforated surface in the second position using a biasing member configured to maintain constant engagement of the cleaning implement against the perforated surface while the sieve is rotated. In an embodiment, the biasing member is a coil wave spring.
Juice extractor with cleaning feature
A food preparation appliance including a housing containing a sieve having an inner perforated surface for extracting fruits and vegetables into liquids and solid particles, a source of rotatable power for rotating the sieve, and a manually operated cleaning device for removing pulp of food particles from the perforated surface of the sieve. The cleaning device includes a cleaning implement having a first position normally biased into a non-engaged position from the perforated surface and a second position when the cleaning device is operated to an engaged position against the perforated surface. The cleaning implement is biased against the perforated surface in the second position using a biasing member configured to maintain constant engagement of the cleaning implement against the perforated surface while the sieve is rotated. In an embodiment, the biasing member is a coil wave spring.
BEVERAGE VENDING MACHINE
A beverage vending machine includes at least one outer casing with at least one magazine for accommodating agricultural products of fruit and vegetables. The machine is functionally associated with at least one device for centrifugal juicing of the agricultural products to obtain a centrifugally juiced fraction that can be utilized outside the casing. The centrifugal juicing device includes at least one element for the automatic pressing of at least one agricultural product to be subjected to centrifugal juicing against a rotating reference surface, affected by a component for automatically shredding the agricultural product supplied by the magazine for its optimum centrifugal juicing.
DEVICES AND METHODS TO DISINTEGRATE FOODS
The subject application is directed to a food processing device to extract juice. The device includes an inlet coupled to a disintegrator. The inlet is configured to accept food items and the disintegrator configured to disintegrate food items passed through the inlet. The device further includes a separator that accepts the disintegrated food items and separates out the liquid components from the food item. The device further includes a reservoir that is coupled to the separator for accepting and holding the liquid components. The reservoir includes a translucent member for viewing of liquid levels within the reservoir, and a valved outlet. The valved outlet is configured to allow or prevent the flow of liquid from the reservoir through the valved outlet.
DEVICES AND METHODS TO DISINTEGRATE FOODS
The subject application is directed to a food processing device to extract juice. The device includes an inlet coupled to a disintegrator. FOOD PROCESSOR
A food processor according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a body; a container detachably coupled to the body; a screw connected to the body while being at least partially received in the container; a juicing filter arranged to surround the tip side of the screw; and a cover detachably coupled to the leading end side of the container, wherein the container includes a first safety switch exposed toward the leading end side, and the first safety switch is switched to an ON state by the juicing filter in a state where the cover is coupled to the container.

Disclosed is a horizontal juice extractor (100) comprising a main body delimiting a food processing chamber (110) comprising a juice outlet (140), a food entry section (112) having a food inlet (130) and a food compression section (114) extending from the food entry section and having a food pulp outlet (150); a spindle (120) extending through the food processing chamber for transporting food from the food entry section through the food compression section, said spindle comprising a body (122) and a helical member (123) extending from said body; and a drivetrain (160) adapted to rotate the spindle, wherein the food compression section (114) is located in between the food entry section (112) and said drivetrain (160). The food entry section (112) comprises said juice outlet (140) at or near a distal end of said main body relative to the drivetrain, wherein the juice outlet (140) is vertically displaced relative to the food inlet (130).
