BEAM-MOUNTED SUPPLY UNIT FOR FASTENING MEDICAL DEVICES TO A CEILING
A trolley (1), for a beam-mounted supply unit, for fastening medical devices to a ceiling. The trolley has a chassis (2) which can be meshed with a rail track of the beam-mounted supply unit for moving the trolley (1) along the rail track. A medical device can be fastened to the trolley (1). The trolley has a brake unit (3) with at least one braking element (7), which exerts a braking force on the rail track and/or on the chassis in the activated state of the brake unit (3), so that a movement of the chassis along the rail track is at least made difficult compared to an operating state with the brake unit (3) deactivated. In the activated state of the brake unit (3), the braking force exerted by the braking element (7) on the rail track and/or on the chassis is generated without the aid of electric energy.
Geological Sample Scanning System
The present invention relates to a geological sample scanning system to be disassembled for transport and then re-assembled onsite at a mine site or field. The system includes a stand. An imaging sensor is provided for being supported by the stand. The system also includes a transporter for transporting a geological sample, in the form of ore from the mine site or field, along a single axis to be sensed by the sensor.
RAIL SYSTEM FOR WORKSPACE WITH MODULAR COMPONENTS
A rail system for a workspace. The system may include at least one mounting mechanism and an elongated rail. Each mounting mechanism is configured for attachment to the rail and configured for attachment to an edge of, or a surface of, a table or desk, so that the mounting mechanism(s) support the rail relative to said surface. The elongated rail is configured to extend horizontally relative to and above the surface of the table or desk. The elongated rail has at least a front surface, a bottom surface/edge, and a back surface, as well as mounting slots. In some instances, a channel (or trough) is defined between the front and back surfaces, which extends between first and second ends of the elongated rail. The rail accommodates placement of electrical cords to/from a power source, for mounting components (e.g., clamps, brackets, release mechanisms) and/or for connecting accessories thereto.
System for mounting camera equipment
A camera mounting wheeled tray may comprise a main tray body having a first end, a second end, a top side and a bottom side. The camera mounting wheeled tray may comprise a plurality of wheels, at least some of the plurality of wheels being located on the bottom side of the main tray body and configured to engage with and roll along two perpendicular bars. It may also comprise at least one tray safety comprising a first section that extends perpendicularly downward from the main tray body and a second section configured to, when in an engaged position, extend parallel to the main tray body and underneath at least one of the two perpendicular bars. The camera mounting wheeled tray may also comprise a friction brake and a plurality of mounting holes for cameras on the main tray body.
Camera slider with flywheel
A camera slider assembly for supporting a camera thereon including a frame with a pair of rails and a carriage body that rolls longitudinally along the rails upon which a camera can be supported. A flywheel is supported on the carriage body for rotation relative to the carriage body about a flywheel axis which is movable with the carriage body in the longitudinal direction relative to the frame. A pulley cable is connected between the flywheel and one of the wheels of the carriage body to rotate the flywheel responsive to rolling of the wheels of the carriage body along the rails. A brake member on the carriage body is pivotal on the carriage body between braking and released positions about the same axis as the flywheel. The flywheel can accordingly be rotatably supported upon the brake member to support the flywheel on the carriage body.
Antenna positioning mechanism
An antenna pointing mechanism for pointing an antenna includes a guide and track assembly. The guide and track assembly has a guide member fixable to a support, such as a flying vehicle, and a track member coupled to the guide member and fixable to the antenna. The track member is movable along the guide member for rotating the antenna relative to the support. The track member has a key that extends about a periphery of the antenna along a path having a portion that is non-linear. The key is received by a slot of the guide member. At each location of the track member relative to the guide member, the track member rotates about a rotational axis that is spaced from a coupling location of the track member with the guide member.
Display device
A display device includes a cradle and a display module. The cradle includes a signal transmission unit configured to transmit an image signal, a housing exposing the signal transmission unit. The display module has a curved shape along a radius of a curvature and includes a signal reception unit configured to receive the image signal, an image display unit configured to display an image based on the image signal, and a second coupling member. The display device is configured to operate in any one of a first state and a second state, in which during the first state, the cradle and the display module are decoupled from each other, and in which during the second state, the first coupling member and the second coupling member are slide-coupled to each other, such that the display module moves along the circumference of a circle of the curvature of the display module.
Adjustable support arm for use between camera and camera support
A support assembly for supporting a camera relative to a camera support includes an elongate support arm, a first bracket assembly for mounting the camera to the support arm and a second bracket assembly for mounting the support arm to the camera support. Each bracket assembly includes i) a clamp member for clamping onto the support arm, ii) a support member pivotal coupled by a pivot shaft on the clamping member, iii) a mounting member supporting the camera equipment relative to the support member; and iv) a locking member adapted to be coupled between the clamping member and the support member so as to simultaneously fix the mounting member relative to the clamping member at a selected angular position and fix the clamping member relative to the support arm at a selected longitudinal position.
