An oil conditioner is provided for removing impurities from oil, such as water, fuel and glycol, to increase engine life and efficiency. An evaporator assembly includes an upper plate, a lower plate, with a heater unit sandwiched between the two. To increase the efficiency of the evaporator assembly, materials are selected so that the upper plate thermal conductivity property is greater than the lower plate thermal conductivity property; and, optionally, the lower plate includes a reflective surface to direct thermal radiation toward the upper plate. This unique design enables oil conditioning with reduced power consumption and improved heating compared to existing technology.

Liquid Filtering Device

A filter arrangement for liquids has a filter housing and a functional carrier arranged inside the filter housing. A cylindrical filter element is inserted axially into the filter housing and defines an unfiltered side and a filtered side inside the filter housing. A non-return diaphragm is arranged on the filter element within the filter housing, wherein the non-return diaphragm is connected to the functional carrier and held at an axial spacing against a stop of filter housing so as to effect an axial and/or radial sealing action of the unfiltered side relative to the filtered side of the filter arrangement.

A suction oil filter for a transmission or combustion engine including an oil filter housing made of plastic and having at least one suction channel that can be connected to a suction side of a suction pump and at least one return channel feeding into the suction channel for a pressurized oil flow returned by the suction pump. The return channel is provided with at least one nozzle in the region of the opening thereof into the suction channel, as well as at least one pressurized oil supply pipe which is linked to the return channel and can be connected to a pressure side of the suction pump, and which is connected to the oil filter housing via at least one contour connection.

A filter assembly includes a filter housing, a filter housing lid, a filter cartridge, an endplate, and a seal member. The filter housing defines a first cavity and comprises a return passage in fluid communication with the first cavity. The filter housing lid is selectively coupled to the filter housing and defines a second cavity coextensive with the first cavity. The filter cartridge is positioned within the first cavity. The endplate is coupled to a first end of the filter cartridge. The endplate is configured to interface with the filter housing. The seal member is coupled to the endplate and is configured to be received in the return passage. The endplate is configured to partially separate the filter housing from the filter cartridge.
