The present invention is a hydraulically operated splitting device with a piston cylinder unit comprising an extending chamber and a retracting chamber in which a piston is supported, displaceable in an extending direction and a retracting direction, allowing the extending chamber and the retracting chamber to be impinged with pressurized hydraulic medium for moving the piston at a displacement speed, a cylinder housing at which a plurality of pressure pads is supported, displaceable perpendicular to the extending direction and the retracting direction, a wedged lance connected to a piston rod of the piston and mobile with said piston, which engages wedge-shaped pressure areas of the pressure pads complementary to the wedged lance, and moves the pressure pads perpendicular to the extending direction and the retracting direction, a lubrication unit by which lubricant can be inserted from a lubricant reservoir to an area between the wedged lance and the pressure pads, with the splitting device comprising a protective unit by which the displacement speed can be reduced depending on the fill level of the lubricant in the lubricant reservoir.

MIXING MACHINE SYSTEM

A mixing machine includes a head extending over a bowl receiving location, the head including a downwardly extending rotatable output shaft for receiving a mixer tool. A drive train including a motor having an output operatively connected to drive a planetary gear system that effects rotation of the rotatable output shaft about its axis and orbiting of the shaft axis about another axis. A control system includes a master control unit and a slave control unit, the master control unit connected with a first sensor located along the drive train between the motor and the planetary gear system, the slave control unit connected with a second sensor, wherein both the slave control unit and the second sensor rotate with a part of the planetary gear system, wherein the master control unit and the slave control unit are configured for wireless communication with each other.

REAL TIME FLUID LEVEL MONITORING SYSTEM
20180298798 · 2018-10-18 ·

The present invention is a real time fluid level monitoring system comprising a time of flight sensor coupled to a data processing unit with a means to output the measured fluid level data. The system may be configured to monitor fluid levels such as engine oil, hydraulic oil, coolant, fuel, and wiper fluids in automobiles and commercials. The time of flight sensor may be installed at the top of the fluid vessel and calibrated for the vessel size. The data processing unit communicates with the time of flight sensor to relay real time data concerning fluid level measurements to the operator of the automobile or commercial vehicle.

Fluid System

Replaceable fluid containers for engines, such as those comprising at least one fluid port adapted to couple with a fluid circulation system of the engine when the replaceable container is coupled to a dock, a data provider configured to provide analog data characteristic of at least one of the fluid and the container, an analog-to-digital converter configured to convert analog data from the data provider into digitized data, and an interface configured to provide the digitized data unprocessed to an interface of the dock for supply to a processor configured to process the unprocessed digitized data to provide an indication of a property of at least one of the fluid and the container, related replaceable fluid containers for engines and associated methods of determining a property of a fluid in a replaceable fluid container for an engine.

LUBRICANT RESERVOIR SYSTEM

A lubricant reservoir system includes a lubricant reservoir having an interior wall and an inlet for receiving lubricant from a supply. A follower device in the reservoir contacts the interior wall of the reservoir in a sliding and sealing manner, and the follower device is movable up and down in the reservoir from a first position to a second position in response to a changing lubricant level. A valve is in fluid communication with the inlet and is configured to selectively prevent a flow of the lubricant through the inlet. A connector operatively connects the follower device to the valve unit such that the flow of the lubricant through the inlet is prevented when the follower device is in the second position. The connector is configured such that the valve is positionable independently of the reservoir.

Automatic lubrication system with detune
